Luxury 3 Bedroom-2 Bath Condo in Mammoth - Great Getaway for Families!

This property centrally located in the city of Mammoth makes it easy to get around. It is walking distance to just about anywhere and only a short 1/2 mile distance to the Village where catching the gondola to the slopes is always an added treat. We recently updated this unit to provide all the comforts needed for a fabulous getaway. This condo sleeps seven in an assortment of all new beds and bedding! The rooms are very adequate in size and includes the following - a room with 1 king bed, a room with 1 queen bed, and the third room featuring a full/queen bunkbed (please note only 1 child/adult permitted on the upper full bed of the bunkbed at a time). There is a queen pull out bed in the living room, if needed. The open floor plan supports some good ole' fashion family fun for BBQ'ing, board games and/or just a moment to relax. This unit is approx. 1,300sq. feet, so although not expansive, it provides just the right mix of contemporary furnishings, clean and simple lines to support an environment suited for pure enjoyment! The adjacent unit #2 is also available for rental. It's 2 bed/2 bath. Very spacioius. Updated as well. VRBO #1252570.

Host was very accommodating. Communication was excellent. Condo had everything needed. Garage was beneficial especially with all the snow. Walk to the village gondola was easy as sidewalks were kept clear.

Excellent experience! Updated home, larger than expected, very clean, and well located - close to everything. Love the Mountain ciew out of the living room and the private deck. The garage is big amd easily for our Suburban. Our family of 6 loved the fact we didnā€™t have to drive anywhere after arriving from LA. Mammothā€™s public transit program is fantastic. The bus leaves to all the mountains every twenty minutes and the bus stop is only about a 100 yard walk, and much easier than dealing with parking at the mountain in my opinion. We even took the evening trolley back after enjoying the Night of Lights at Canyons. The host is very nice and we would definitely stay here again.

The location was perfect, everything was just as the listing noted and we really enjoyed our trip. We will definitely keep this one on our list for future stays. My 5yr old just loved the bunk beds.

Comfortable house and great location!

Really loved this house! It was so convenient to the village and had a bus right down the street to get anywhere else! The garage was so helpful and fit our big SUV with a roof rack! Beds were so comfortable and kitchen and living room had everything we needed for a weekend stay. Definitely will be renting again!

Great central location in Mammoth, close to stores, restaurants, lifts, bus stop. Place was very nice, 2 car garage was great to have, plenty of hot water (we had 6 people and running out of hot water was never an issue). Everyone enjoyed the place and we would definitely return there again

Amazing place for a ski strip

A snow storm had us stuck inside all weekend and we couldnā€™t have asked for a better place to be stuck in. It was clean, spacious and the garage parking was worth every cent. We plan to stay here again.

Loved staying at this condo! My husband, 2 year old, and I stayed with two family friends and another family who had an almost 2 year old. This felt spacious enough for our group size and worked well for those of us with little kiddos. Itā€™s super close to the village and bus stops to main lodge. Amenities were great as well.Two of the bedrooms shared a jack and Jill bathroom and isnā€™t my overall preference but it worked for us just fine anyway.Host was friendly, responsive and helpful!Would recommend :)

Perfect!

Quite possibly the nicest mountain unit weā€™ve ever stayed in. Very clean and well stocked with everything we needed. Great internet and streaming services available on all the smart tvā€™s. The location was perfect for us, it close by to everything. Ample parking for our huge truck. The owner/manager Jessica was very friendly, communicative and accommodating. We sure hope stay here againā€¦ in the not too distant future.

Great townhouse near the Village

This townhouse is located 10-15 minutes walking from the Village. It had garage parking for two cars, which we were very thankful for since for most of our long weekend in Mammoth, there was a blizzard that dumped over a foot of new snow. Due to that storm, our party of 4 adults ended up spending most of our time indoors, and we were very comfortable. The kitchen was well stocked, including basic supplies like vegetable oil and spices, such that we had no problem making simple meals. The house was also well stocked with extra towels, bedding, bathroom supplies, etc. Jessica was a great host, very communicative and helpful. I would be happy to stay here again.

Condo was great-just as expected from online listing. We were the last car in on Friday. They did as good as expected trying to clear driveway and road but tons of snow. Someone parked their Subaru in the entrance to the driveway all weekend which made it difficult to enter and leave without hitting it or sliding into it- not sure whose car it was but finally was moved on Monday morning. Everything else was great

Communication is slow. Guest bathroom doesnā€™t have a lockable door

Overall of the stay is ok, just communication is slow. Response takes 3 days to have someone came over. The guest bathroom is not lockable at all which doesnā€™t make sense to me. We had 2 families stayed, and we felt unsecured for using the restroom or taking shower at all. Our kids are little and they may open the door. Since we stayed for a week, I tried to communicate with the owner if possible we can change the door lock. The owner got back with a donā€™t know answer and say someone will come over to check. The property manager showed up 3 days after. I didnā€™t bother because it always half way through the stay. For the entire week, we need to prop chair inside the restroom against door to make sure it was not open by kids easily. Shower time needs to be after 10pm once all kids slept.

Wouldn't stay here again.

The refrigerator wouldn't keep cold. It was at 55 degrees the entire time. Tried resetting the temperature the entire stay to no avail. The manager claimed we couldve broken it by placing warm food inside. The microwave stopped warming food completely. The verbal fire alarm threatened to sound off saying there was smoke inside even though we weren't cooking or anything. I dont think anyone has cleaned under the beds since they redecorated. The entryway steps are frozen over so you cant use the front door without the fear of slipping and falling. The parking is tight. The neighbors needed to either move their car or park elsewhere in order to get into the garage. No jacuzzi, sauna, or even a fireplace in the living room. Wont come back ever.

Loved our short stay here. It was perfect for our family of five - had all the amenities you could think of, and all of the decor was thoughtfully curated, modern, and comfortable. It was only minutes from Mammoth Village in one direction, and the big Vons and shopping in the other direction. The garage with a super tall ceiling was a nice addition and fit our suv with a Thule on top perfectly. Would definitely stay here again.

Such a lovely property, bring your cooler!

Jessica has such a lovely property here. Seriously great location with all the amenities and little home touches. The only drawback was that the refrigerator doesnā€™t work. The freezer does though, and we brought our cooler with us so we were able to go shopping for food items every day and keep them cold by rotating out our ice packs. It wasnā€™t a deal breaker, just very inconvenient. I would confirm with her if itā€™s been fixed (or probably replaced as this seems to be an issue with old GE fridges) before you head out on your adventure here. Otherwise, we had such a lovely stay and would definitely stay here again.
