This inviting warm space is the perfect spot for your month (30 days or more) stay in Nashville. Located a short 5 miles south of downtown Nashville in the Woodbine neighborhood it is a perfect place for you to rest your head, hang out on the patio, enjoy the fire pit or grab some amazing ethnic food from around the neighborhood. This two story townhouse is a 2 bedroom, 2.5 bath which means each room has a private bathroom. The drive to downtown or the airport is a quick 12-15 minutes with 3 freeways near by. Both bedrooms and full bathrooms are on the second floor of the townhome.
The hose is furnished with one queen bed in the master bedroom and a set of full size over full size bunk beds in the second bedroom. The house will comfortably sleep 6 people. There is a large desk and chair in the living room, a papazan chair and a leather sofa with coffee table and a 40" smart TV in the living room. The dining room has a counter height table and four chairs. The kitchen is equipped with everything you need for basic cooking including: coffee pot, toaster, blender, pots, pans, cutting board, knives, dishes, glasses, silverware and cooking utensils.
Bed linens and towels are provided. Washer and Dryer on premises, street parking in front or driveway accessed via alley behind house.
Internet and utilities included in the monthly rate. No pets, no smoking (a butt receptacle is available outside on back patio)
The house has a small fenced in area out back with seating. A charcoal grill available upon request.
Rent is charged on on a monthly period, rent is prorated for each additional day over 30 days.
References required, contact Julie to provide employment and landlord reference.
Security deposit of $600 required to reserve property. This will be returned after inspection of property at check-out.
A non-refundable cleaning fee of $200 will be charged at booking.
Cleaning services available upon request for additional per-instance fee.
Short Term Lease contract will be provided or booking will be handled through a booking website like AirBnB depending upon your preference.

I started hosting short term vacationers in Nashville in 2016 through AirBnB. I'm not expanding my offerings to include this 30 day or more furnished rental property only 5 miles from down town Nashville. I love meeting people from all over the world almost as much as I enjoy traveling and seeing it myself. My husband Adolfo and I have three vacation rentals in the Nashville area and are avid travelers to boot. I work for a medical missions organization called Health Talents International. My job is to coordinate mission trips to provide medical, dental and other services to the impoverished people of rural Guatemala and Nicaragua. I have been working with my organization for 11 years and have been to Guatemala and other Central American countries over 70 times leading missions. It's a dream job and I will be happy to tell you more about it and get you signed up to go as well!
I have lived in Nashville since I came here for college years ago and can provide lots of great tips and insider suggestions for places to eat and things to do around town. Nashville is full of wonderful places to check out!

This house is charming, well kept, super clean and ideally located. The airport is a 10-15 minute drive, down town is a 10-15 minute drive and the rest of Nashville is within a 5-20 minute drive from our house. There is easy access to four major freeways I-65, I-40, I-440, and I-24. The house itself is in a growing part of Nashville with new construction surrounding it and hip new restaurants and coffee shops popping up in the neighborhood all the time. The area is very multi cultural with lots of amazing ethnic food options (ask me about where to go for this). We are friends with our neighbors up and down the street and do our best to keep both them and our guests happy by taking great care of our property.
