The Hedges Lane Residence - Quintessential Hamptons Summer

Between the Ocean and Main Street, the location is perfect and moments to everything. A 3 minute walk to Amagansett Square, 8 minute walk to Indian Wells Beach. South of the highway.

This home on Hedges Lane is stylish and comfortable. An open floor plan allows for carefree living and easy entertaining. The bright spacious kitchen opens up to a brand new deck that runs the entire length of the house overlooking a heated gunite pool, spa and separate dining and lounging areas.

The kitchen and dining room flow seamlessly to a comfortable family room with HDTV television. The first floor also provides an expansive master suite entered through a private hallway, complete with a master bathroom, king four poster bed, fireplace and sitting area.

The second floor features three well appointed bedrooms (2 with queen beds and 1 with twin beds), hardwood floors, large closets and central AC. All bathrooms are new featuring rain shower and marble finishes.

There is a Tesla charger and outdoor shower at the home. Bicycles, toys for children. beach chairs, umbrellas and towels are provided.

The pool and spa is closed from mid October - early May.

We are in full compliance with Town of East Hampton Rental Registry. The Rental Registry Certificate Number is 21-969.

Beautiful weekend in Amagansett

Our stay was perfect! Communication was easy and replied to quickly, the property and neighborhood were beautiful and peaceful, and the proximity to everything we wanted to go to couldn't have been better. Can't wait to hopefully come back and stay again!

Great Amaganset Property

House was perfect for our family weekend away. Walking distance to beach and town makes travel easy with young kids. Great backyard, pool and patio. Owners easy to communicate with throughout.

Wonderful stay!

We visited this property about a month ago and absolutely loved it! The house is beautifully decorated and conveniently located just a couple minutes' walk from Amagansett Square. We were lucky to get the last warm days of the season and were able to take advantage of the beautiful back yard and terrace. Thank you so much for having us and for accommodating our dog, we hope we will be back again!

A gem in the jewel of the Hamptons

This house is delightful, warm, cozy, comfortable, well-appointed and you simply could not ask for a better location. Easy walk to Indian Wells beach, and literally steps from the center of town. The host was extremely responsive to questions, and we had zero issues with the house. As a family that loves to cook and eat together, I have to say that this was one of the better kitchens we have seen at a VRBO. It was stocked with good equipment, and was very easy and pleasant to cook in. the backyard is wonderful -- pool, grill, seating area. we thoroughly enjoyed out stay and would recommend this house for anyone.

Hedges Lane Getaway

The home is very comfortable with a functional layout for easy living. The open floor plan on the first floor incorporates the living, dining, and kitchen areas which all flow seamlessly to the massive deck which has plenty of outdoor dining and lounge seating. The yard is spacious, immaculate, and private. The heated pool/spa is wonderful and provides for hours of fun. Importantly, the owner was exceptionally responsive and helped us quickly acclimate. We look forward to returning for a future visit.

Lovely home and great location!

This is a lovely home and a seriously great location - an easy 5 minute walk into town and a 12-15 minute walk to the beach (l5 minutes on a bike). We really enjoyed Amagansett, as the town has wonderful restaurants (Wolffer & Il Buco) and shops with a very relaxed vibe, and the beach is exceptional. It was also nice to be able to drive 7 minutes to East Hampton (Carissa's Bakery); 15 minutes to Sag Harbor (visiting friends), and 20 minutes to Montauk (surfing and lobster rolls). The house was exactly as described, with a lot of nice touches. We particularly enjoyed the flowers and landscaping around the pool and deck, and the home was well appointed. Everything worked as it should - bathroom were nice; A/C was good, etc. - and the house was spotless. Communication with our host was excellent, making us feel very welcome. In all, we had a great stay and we would highly recommend it. Thanks also to our hosts for sharing their CSA from Amber Waves. It was a nice and unexpected treat!

Amazing stay on Hedges Lane

We had a perfect family vacation to Amagansett, staying at this lovely home on Hedges Lane. From our very first communication in April throughout our stay in June, Jenn was responsive and helpful. The house is in the prettiest neighborhood in Amagansett, close to the beach. Walking, running and biking in the neighborhood, and on nearby Further Lane was a highlight of our trip. The pool is gorgeous and the yard beautifully maintained. My kids spent hours swimming in the pool and playing out in the yard. We had everything we needed while there. The master bedroom is perfect. As soon as we came home, my husband said "we should have rented the house for longer." We would have loved to stay all summer. Thank you!

Ideal location and cozy well appointed home with beautiful pool!

We loved our two week stay at Hedges Lane! The property is just as pictured and well appointed with everything our family needed to enjoy a two week summer vacation. We especially loved the new pool with long shallow edge (perfect for kids), the outdoor deck and shower, and the nicely renovated bathrooms and bedrooms. Great setup for families with master downstairs and other bedrooms upstairs. The location was prime for walking to the Square; we loved Jack's for coffee and both Wolffer Kitchen and Coche for dinner. Amagansett is well situated for exploring the Hamptons more generally; we spent a few nights out in East Hampton, Montauk and Sag Harbor. We hope to come back!

No time to mess around

I'm busy. You're busy. I had to find the perfect getaway place quickly with little room for error. And I did. Yes, you can look at the pictures - the place is amazing. What you can't see is the great environment. It's quiet. It has nice neighbors. It's within walking distance of cool places. We wanted to go out every night but found ourselves mainly bringing home dinner usually from Round Swamp Market or Wolffer's. It's that kind of place -relaxing and homey. Our hosts were super responsive to any questions and our stay was beyond our expectations. Look, it's not cheap, but there is great value in having a good time.
