It has a large lake side room with wrap around windows that serves as another bedroom or a second living room. This room has a small living room area, a small dining table, a full pull out couch, a full size daybed with a single trundle under it. There is also a newly renovated second smaller kitchen and bathroom on the upper level. There is a fire place, forced air heat, central A/C (on separate thermostat), cable TV, etc.
