This villa includes a fully furnished dine-in terrace complete with a wet bar, a fully equipped kitchen and dining area, cable, flat screen TV's in all rooms, ceiling fans and individual thermostats in the main rooms.

The master suite has a kind bed with a pillow top mattress, a jacuzzi tub, his and her sinks, and a sitting area with a balcony entrance The guest suite provides 2 queen beds, a small refrigerator, a complete entertainment center and a full bath. There is a pull-out sofa in the living room that can sleep two with a full bath off the living room.

The contemporary kitchen includes a breakfast bar, roomy dining area full size refrigerator, microwave, coffee maker, blender, a pantry as well as a washer/dryer wash tub combo conveniently located and concealed right off the kitchen area.

The U-shaped design of Villa La Estancia surrounds the Infinity Pool and affords all guests a beautiful glimmer of the sapphire blue Sea of Cortez or the gorgeous gardens. Building 1-enjoys views of the Land’s End rock formation while Building 3-offers early risers a peek of the beautiful morning sun rise. Building 2 directly overlooks the lush gardens and the sparkling Sea. This ideal location is only a short walk away from the town of Cabo San Lucas. You can either walk the beach, the sidewalks, hop in a taxi or water taxi.
