The Building is located in the historical Up and coming West Adams District.. The furnished units include utilities Electric, Gas, Water, Spectrum Internet & Sanitation pick up. The Electricity, Gas and water are capped according to prior billing averages to prevent abuse. Owner may provide averages upon request. Some units have a King size bed some have a Queen size bed. All adults over 18 yo, are required to provide Government ID’s, along with proof of Income and a valid, current credit report to be processed. Prior to move in we will need 1st month rent, a cleaning fee and refundable Deposit.
