LAKETOWN COTTAGE: 3 bed, New Kitchen, LARGE yard; seconds from the lake & park!

You’ll love our beautiful, newly renovated cottage by the lake! Outside you'll enjoy a large yard- great to play lawn games, lay in the hammock or recline under the covered porch with a great book! Inside you'll enjoy a spacious living room where you can curl up by the electric fireplace or enjoy a movie together. Full kitchen & separate dining room make sharing meals or playing games indoors easy. For family vacation, personal retreat, or a fishing excursion, this is the perfect spot!!

One bedroom has a king bed, while the other has two twin beds. A pull out couch in the living room accommodates additional guests. We provide all the linens you’ll need (bedding for each configuration & towels). (If you need different bed arrangements, there is an option upon request to set up either room as a king bed or as two twins.)

Enjoy a Newly Renovated Kitchen! Oven range, refrigerator, toaster, microwave, and a fully stocked Keurig coffee station are provided. We also provide dishes and utensils.

The dining room has a table that seats four plus two additional seats at the breakfast bar/pass-through. Plenty of space for meals, working on a puzzle or playing board games.

A washer and dryer is also provided for your convenience.

Inside, the living room offers plenty of space for everyone to gather and watch a movie or relax by the fire - perfect for a cooler evening or over the winter time. Stream your favorite show on Netflix, Hulu, Disney Plus (included) or watch one of the provided DVDs!

Outside, there is plenty of space to enjoy. Our fire pit has 6 seats around it. There’s a large patio table that seats 6 plus some comfortable lounge chairs under the covered porch. We also provide a gas grill outside. Kick back and relax, get competitive with the provided yard games or get comfy in the hammock between two large trees - the perfect place to unwind!!

Laketown Cottage is situated on a quiet street with no thru traffic. It's a short walk to the shops and beach as well as a 325 acre park that offers playgrounds, a splash pad, sports fields, and many other activities. Our cottage is a 2 minute drive to Newfane Marina. Enjoy this unique lake town and all it has to offer, check out the famous Niagara Wine Trail which runs right by here, or visit world-famous Niagara Falls, just a short drive away.
