The condo has an attached garage, nicely landscaped, outdoor paved patio enclosed by a new cedar fence for privacy & comfort.
Additional amenities as follows: Garage shelving, racks for bikes, kayaks or other recreational equipment (garage fits up to a mid-size SUV. owner has a Nissan Rogue) New efficiency windows Laundry room W/D Fireplace New six panel interior doors Combination of new carpet, tile and wood floors Kitchen cabinets refinished and new counter tops installed August 2022. Patio furniture, gas grill and firepit.
Miamisburg is parallel to 70 miles of recreational trails (paved bike trails) and river access. There is something offered for families and individuals including camping, hiking, mountain biking, disc golf facilities, rivers for kayaking and canoeing, fishing lakes and rivers to mention a few. Downtown Dayton is 12 miles north of Miamisburg. Very Interesting. Eddie was aware of the stairs being worked on and are completed with newly luxury vinyl flooring when he choose to move in to get out of a hotel. He was fine with it. They were completed and finished out nicely. Eddie did not mention any issues with the dryer at all. He didn't mention when he came home to no heat, I had someone there and it fixed in 90 minutes. He never mentioned anything with the dryer. Maybe if called instead of complaining that would be helpful. I can't help if I don't know. Yet he wanted to extend the stay but it took him until the 10th of February to pay the rent for never paid me the deposit. He wouldn't sign my agreement. He's actually a terrible communicator and does not pick up the phone to talk. His VM is full as well. In my defense...that's what I've experienced more recent with Eddie. I'm disappointed in his lack to communicate like adults do. The condo is warm and cozy. I've had good reviews. The other issue is VRBO has yet to pay me for Eddie's January stay. That's pretty disappointing as well. He paid, they got commission and I've not seen any money. It's been a battle all the way around. Michelle

Great location. Has everything you need for an extended stay. Has a cozy feel to it! Would definitely stay at this condo again.

Awersome! Excellent! No disappointments!
The owner greeted me and made me feel so welcome. The condo was very clean, well stocked with necessary items. The location is excellent. There is 1.5 bathrooms. Both bedrooms have large closets and more storage in the unique vintage dressers. Secluded, yet within minutes of I-75 and I-675. Within minutes of the Dayton Mall and fine dining. We were able to go to the Cincy Zoo, Kings Island, Great Wolf Lodge, Air Force Museum, Carillon Park, Miamisburg Swim Park and the Franklin Swim Park etc., all within minutes of the Condo. This was the best location I've stayed at in travelling to this area to see my family in the past 20 years. Miamisburg is a small town with great charm. Has its own theatre, shops, antique and consignment stores. Has a splash park, central to the Metro Bike Way, close to the Germantown Dam and great picnic area. Near the famous Miamisburg Mound, built by the Indians of by gone days. Great place for boating and fishing on the Great Miami River. The condo is located within 15 minutes of Dayton and all it has to offer and 20 minutes of Cincy and all it has to offer. We have already informed the owner that we would like to make this our destination stop each year we return to visit our family and grandkids. You will not be disappointed in any aspect of your stay at this location. Also want to mention the owner was very accessible in answering all questions we had during our stay to give us ideas on places to go. Great wealth of knowledge. I would highly recommend this VRBO for its location, cleanliness and the owners hospitality.

Ronald (Rocky) is a very kind person and the ultimate guest!! I was pleased the circumstances allowed me to meet and greet him. He communicated very well from the start and throughout his stay. He respected the property as if he owned it. When Rocky prepared to leave he even offered to pay for any increased cost with the power/gas or water bill due to having his grandchildren for sleep overs during his stay. That was an amazing gesture but there is no need. I'm glad he could spend time with them. He departed leaving the condo very clean. The linens & trowels were washed, beds made up perfect & floors clean.. I could go on. I welcome Rocky back as my guest. I hope all hosts have the same experience as I did. Thank you Rocky and I'm so so happy you enjoyed your visit.

Hello, my name is Michelle. The rental condo was my permanent home until I moved to Florida. I lived in the Dayton vicinity most of my life and raised my daughter in Miamisburg, Ohio. The property is in a fantastic location. Highways are easy to access and downtown Miamisburg is less than a 5 minute drive where the town has a beautiful renovated 1919 movie theater. There are plenty of eateries within a 5 minute drive or adventure out 15 - 20 minutes for more options. And even There is plenty of shopping, theater, arts and more. My condo is 1232 square feet. There is plenty of space for two. The decor is more modern and traditional combination. The laundry room is off the kitchen area a complete washer and dryer set. Appliances are all in working condition including a dishwasher. I've always enjoyed sitting out back on a paved patio with the cedar private fence. A grill is provided for your use.
The Miamisburg community is quaint and offers many events and activities to enjoy. Downtown is on a stretch of 340 paved miles of connected bike trails and has a new park along the Great Miami River. Throughout spring through fall months the new band stand venue is a fun place for everyone to enjoy.
My goal is for my guests to feel at home and enjoy a quiet and clean home to enjoy.
