From the warm, rich look of the original brick wall to chalk board for added fun, every detail in this balcony unit is anticipated and executed with superior quality, combining city living with small town charm in one perfect location. Crisp, clean decor and furnishings bring upscale quality to each well-considered detail. Specialty linens, towels, bathroom amenities, and robes enhance every aspect of your stay. Apartment-style kitchen with coffee maker, beverage cooler, microwave, and two-burner electric stove top. Flat screen TV and queen bed complete the living area, along with full-length mirror and barn-door detailing. Enjoy the tree-house feel of the shaded, private balcony, as you sip wine and anticipate the next day's adventure.

Paso Park Suites offer the only downtown balcony living overlooking the town square. This is one of four distinctive units "on the park" in charming downtown Paso Robles, with all that downtown has to offer right outside the front door. Descend by elevator or stairs to restaurants, boutique shops, wine-tasting rooms, brew pubs, movie theater, concerts in the park, and so much more. Digital sound system on site, ready for you to hook up to your personal playlists. Ice maker and laundry area available to all guests. On-street parking only, no assigned parking. Single elevator onsite. In case of maintenance issue, use of stairs may be required.

***Five Star Coffee Program- We start your stay with a supply of coffee, filters, coffee pods, cream, and sugar for our provided drip and pod-style coffee makers onsite at every home.***Wi-Fi and/or power outages can occur periodically in our small town and rural settings, over which we have no control***There may be wildlife on site, including insects, both inside and outside.***
***We continue to implement our already rigorous cleaning protocols along with an added layer of disinfecting, as we finalize for each guest arrival. On departure, we require that you not leave any dirty dishes/pots & pans. A fee of up to $200 may be charged for dirty dishes/pots & pans.***
***Parking: The downtown parking is unlimited and free, with no assigned spaces.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This place is wonderful and we would definitely stay again. So cozy, well decorated, has everything you need and in the heart of everything happening downtown. It is also close to so many wineries and even main pharmacies and grocery stores. Even with an art festival going on, it was still quiet at night. The only thing I’d suggest is improving the type and quality of bed. It is very small and not the most comfortable.

Thanks for your feedback. The three front-facing suites have comfortable configurations for their queen-size beds. A king bed is available in the back suite with it's own deck area. We recommend all four suites and would love to welcome you back for a visit! Beth, PasoStay

This was our second time staying at this property. Location is excellent if you want to be downtown around all the restaurants, boutiques and tasting rooms. Always our first choice when visiting Paso as a couple looking for a getaway. Very easy to use app for access and instructions. Highly recommend - will be back again!

We visit Paso Robles very often, one of our favorite places to go for a little get away. We really enjoyed staying at this property. So conveniently located to everything, hardly ever got in the car. Would stay there again!!

Really cool place with old style brick wall, nice kitchenette, and balcony over looking the park. Great location where you want to be downtown walking distance to all the good Restuarants. Only issue for us was the bed was a full not a Queen and we are use to a King.

Great location, comfortable place, great hosts

We flew in before check in time and the hosts did everything they could to make us comfortable with bags and no car before check in. We really appreciated it. The location is amazing… super walkable to many of the best places to eat and drink. The place is comfortable and although it was a little noisy on Friday night, we did not expect it to be as quiet as it was. Paso is a tame town!

Nice Place! Love PAOS!

The property was great, fantastic location too! Loved having one code for the door, laundry area and stairway door! Loved the large shower too. The noise from the restaurant is a bit of an issue, as mentioned in other reviews. Was thankful for the ear plugs that were provided. Just know Fridays and Saturday nights will be a bit noisy.
