This one bedroom Maui Kamaole condo is right on the front row and enjoys unobstructed ocean views, seasonal whale watching, an easy walk across the street to Kamaole Beach Park III and it is in close proximity to the charms and offerings of Wailea. The complex features tropical gardens, two pools (one heated), two tennis courts, multiple BBQ areas, and two Jacuzzis!

This one bedroom Maui Kamaole condo has a front row ocean view from the lanai, living room, and kitchen.

You'll have access to many extras including air-conditioning, cable TV, WiFi, in room safe, beach towels, in unit washer/dryer, and a fully equipped kitchen.

The spacious lanai offers spectacular views and a true taste of Maui’s relaxed island lifestyle.

You'll be within steps of the beach, the pool, and bbq area.

This unit is in close proximity to the charms and offerings of Wailea.

This neighborhood is quiet and in close proximity to several restaurants, Wailea, and all that Kihei has to offer. This location has all the amenities you're looking for the perfect Maui vacation!

This unit is an 8 minute walk to Keawakapu Beach and a 5 minute walk to Kamaole Beach Park III and a 10 minute walk to Kamaole Beach Park II. The shops at Wailai are a 10 minute drive away.

*Hawaii has one of the most enjoyable ecosystems on earth, and insects are a part of that system. We try to control this natural occurrence by regularly spraying for insects. The most common pests that may find their way into the Property include ants, small beetles, gnats, mosquitoes, geckos, and even cockroaches. Naturally, it is a good idea to keep the doors closed while enjoying our islands but that will not necessarily eliminate all occurrences of insects. We do not offer refunds or adjustments for pest control issues.

QUIET HOURS are from 10PM to 8AM No music or excessive noise that can be heard outside during those hours.

Notify owner of any lost, damaged, or non-working items. Lock the doors and turn off lights and fans when you leave the condo.

This is a NON SMOKING home and is permitted in outside smoking areas only. Smoking will result in automatic loss of your deposit plus additional cleaning fee.

PETS Pets are not permitted to stay in the condo. Having pets in the condo will result in automatic loss of your deposit plus additional cleaning fee.

TRASH Trash must be kept in closed containers and not allowed to accumulate. There is a green dumpster in the parking lot. Take out all trash and wash dishes upon departure.

PARKING One parking space is available for guests. I will provide the space number with all directions after the booking is confirmed. Park only in designated space. Use the key provided in the house. This will insure that you do not get locked out.

There is a $75 charge if you do lock yourself out and a key must be brought to you.

WHAT WE SUPPLY The property is equipped and set up as a fully furnished house that includes linens, blankets, pillows, towels (including beach towels), snorkel gear, beach chairs, as well as a fully equipped kitchen, TV, and outdoor furniture. A small supply of paper goods and detergent (dish and laundry) is provided to get you started.

HOUSE CLEANING Non-refundable House Cleaning Fee covers a thorough house cleaning prior to your arrival.

DAMAGES The deposit will be used to cover the cost of any damages that occur. Guest will notify owner of any damages that occur during their stay. The deposit is for security and shall be refunded provided no deductions are made due to:
i. damage to the property or furnishings;
ii.excessive dirt or other mess requiring excessive cleaning; or
iii. any other cost incurred by Homeowner due to Guest’s stay.

OCCUPANCY The maximum number of adult guests allowed is 4. Children under 12 not counted

OWNERS CABINETS may not be tampered with. Any tampering of locks will result in automatic loss of deposit in addition to any repairs or losses incurred by owner.

INJURIES The owners assume no responsibility for illness or injury that may incur to people while on the premises.

LIABILITY AND DAMAGE Tenant shall indemnify and hold Owner free and harmless from any and all liability, claims, loss, damage or expenses, including attorney fees, arising by reason of any death, injury illness or property damage sustained by any person including Tenant or any agent, employee, guest or invitee of Tenant where such death, injury, illness or property damage is: a) allegedly caused by a negligent or intentional act of tenant or any guest, invitee or agent of the tenant, and/or b) allegedly caused by a negligent or intentional act of Owner or any guest, invitee, agent or employee of Owner, unless there is gross negligence by owner. Neither owner nor their agents shall be liable for any damage to personal property of the Tenant, or invitees, from theft, vandalism, fire, water, rain, acts of God, and interruptions of utilities, acts of others or any other causes whatsoever.

PROHIBITION OF ILLEGAL BEHAVIOR Tenant and all other occupants may be required to VACATE the premises and FORFEIT all rents and deposits for: Using the rental property for any illegal activity including but not limited to serving alcoholic beverages to persons under the age of 21 years of age, causing damage to premises or any neighboring property, any act which interferes with neighbor’s right to quiet enjoyment of their property.

FALSIFIED RESERVATIONS Any reservation obtained under false pretense will be subject to forfeiture of advance payments and the party will not be permitted to check- in

Paradise!
Unforgettable escape! This Maui Condo was beyond incredible. The views from the lanai were like something out of a postcard, and the condo itself felt like a home away from home, with every amenity you could imagine. We couldn't have asked for a more perfect getaway. Already planning our next visit!

We will be back!
We loved this condo. It has everything you need to be comfortable and central to all that West Maui has to offer. We had plenty of room and being on the ground floor gave us extended living space and a place for our kids to play outside while we enjoyed the amazing sunsets. Thanks Mark for a wonderful and memorable stay.

Relaxing Getaway with Easy Access to the Water
Unit was exactly as advertised and expected. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Mornings drinking coffee and staring at the ocean. An easy walk to nearby eateries and the beaches, plus snorkel tours to Molokini left from the boat ramp across the street. Could sit on the couch and watch the ocean/sunrise/sunsets. Even better when venturing just outside! Full amenities meant we could do things like cook and wash clothes. Highly recommend!

Hi there! I'm Mark! I love to travel and one of the locations I frequent is Maui. I love the view, the location, and all the amenities this unit has to offer!

When staying in Maui I like to spend my mornings on the water. I normally head down to Maui Waveriders around 7am and rent a paddle board. The surf is relatively calm and great for a morning workout. Afterwards I like to go to Nola's for breakfast. In the afternoon you'll likely find me at Coconuts for their great fish tacos and at Mamas Fish House for dinner.

In the evening I like to walk down to 5P (5 Palms) for their happy hour specials. The beach across the street is beautiful and I like to spend the day there before breaking out the bbq in the evening. I like to go to the Dog and Duck Pub for a night cap and a bit of live music.

Hope you enjoy Maui as much as I do!

Our condo has an unobstructed view of the most beautiful sunsets in South Maui, it is not a peek-a-boo view, it is not just an "ocean view" over the roof of other properties, it is an AMAZING UNOBSTRUCTED OCEAN SUNSET VIEW! Our condo is one of the handful located in the very front of the Maui Kamaole complex. It is in the very desirable 'G' cluster looking directly at the ocean, it is closest to some of the most popular beaches in Maui which are all just a few steps away. From your own private lanai you'll be able to view spectacular sunsets, seasonal whale watching, and all the various water sports and activities Maui has to offer.

Maui Kamaole is a first-class condominium resort, on the border of Kihei and Wailea, which consists of 316 units in 29 two-story buildings on 23 acres. The buildings are low-rise, low-density, it offers peaceful privacy in a beautifully landscaped setting of tropical flowers, plants and palms. It is ranked one of the top three condo complexes rated next to Grand Wailea Hotel , but with a fraction of room cost in Grand Wailea which averages ~$1000 per night. It is located in South Kihei, right on the border of Wailea's beautiful resorts (Four Seasons, Grand Wailea), world class shopping (Tiffany’s, Louis Vuitton, Gucci, Coach etc.), restaurants (Ruth Chris, Sarrento, Spago, Cuatro, Coconut’s Fish Café, Sansei Sushi, etc), Championship golf, and best beaches in Maui. Kamaole III beach is across the street, it is ideal for swimming, snorkeling and boogie boarding, there is also a very large grassy lawn and big trees to provide shade for picnicking and hanging out.

South Maui has the best weather in all of Maui. The climate is warm and sunny year around with a calm ocean in the morning, lighter trade winds in the afternoon and very little rainfall compared to other areas of maui. The high temperature will average 80F in the winter and 86F in the summer with clear blue skies all year around. South Maui has better reefs, numerous great beaches that are less crowded and beach access don't get filled up often.
