This neighborhood is quiet and in close proximity to several restaurants, Wailea, and all that Kihei has to offer. This location has all the amenities you're looking for the perfect Maui vacation!
This unit is an 8 minute walk to Keawakapu Beach and a 5 minute walk to Kamaole Beach Park III and a 10 minute walk to Kamaole Beach Park II. The shops at Wailai are a 10 minute drive away.

PARKING One parking space is available for guests. I will provide the space number with all directions after the booking is confirmed. Park only in designated space. Use the key provided in the house. This will insure that you do not get locked out.
There is a $75 charge if you do lock yourself out and a key must be brought to you.
WHAT WE SUPPLY The property is equipped and set up as a fully furnished house that includes linens, blankets, pillows, towels (including beach towels), snorkel gear, beach chairs, as well as a fully equipped kitchen, TV, and outdoor furniture. A small supply of paper goods and detergent (dish and laundry) is provided to get you started.
HOUSE CLEANING Non-refundable House Cleaning Fee covers a thorough house cleaning prior to your arrival.
DAMAGES The deposit will be used to cover the cost of any damages that occur. Guest will notify owner of any damages that occur during their stay. The deposit is for security and shall be refunded provided no deductions are made due to: i. damage to the property or furnishings; ii.excessive dirt or other mess requiring excessive cleaning; or iii. any other cost incurred by Homeowner due to Guest’s stay.
OCCUPANCY The maximum number of adult guests allowed is 4. Children under 12 not counted

Neither owner nor their agents shall be liable for any damage to personal property of the Tenant, or invitees, from theft, vandalism, fire, water, rain, acts of God, and interruptions of utilities, acts of others or any other causes whatsoever.
PROHIBITION OF ILLEGAL BEHAVIOR Tenant and all other occupants may be required to VACATE the premises and FORFEIT all rents and deposits for: Using the rental property for any illegal activity including but not limited to serving alcoholic beverages to persons under the age of 21 years of age, causing damage to premises or any neighboring property, any act which interferes with neighbor’s right to quiet enjoyment of their property.

The property is directly across the street from Kam 3 beach and about a 5 minute walk to Keawakapu beach which is our personal favourite. We spent lots of time on the lanai enjoying the view. The unit is well stocked ,it had everything we needed for our stay beach chairs, umbrellla and snorkel gear. The property was quiet despite being on South Kihei Rd. I would not hesitate to book here again.

Unforgettable escape! This Maui Condo was beyond incredible. The views from the lanai were like something out of a postcard, and the condo itself felt like a home away from home, with every amenity you could imagine. Relaxing Getaway with Easy Access to the Water
Unit was exactly as advertised and expected. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Mornings drinking coffee and staring at the ocean. An easy walk to nearby eateries and the beaches, plus snorkel tours to Molokini left from the boat ramp across the street. Could sit on the couch and watch the ocean/sunrise/sunsets. Even better when venturing just outside! Full amenities meant we could do things like cook and wash clothes. Highly recommend!

Fabulous Condo and host!!!
This Condo is exactly how the pictures show it. The view is amazing. Mark is an incredible host. I at first couldn’t find a fan, texted him and within an hour he was delivering a fan. The condo had everything you could need, beach chairs, snorkeling gear, beach umbrella, kids sand toys… the kitchen.. has everything. He’s literally thought of everything ! He goes above and beyond. I left an expensive sweatshirt the day we flew home to Oregon, he mailed me my sweatshirt! You will not be disappointed in this condo. We will be back! Mahalo Mark!

A wonderful condo and host
This condo is one-of-a-kind. We enjoyed the exquisite views of the ocean, and at the same could relax with a sense of privacy and security in this clean, modernized, fully equipped condo. The host is exemplary in providing rapid, informative responses to inquiries. We've stayed in many condos in Hawaii, but none better. Simply put, it is convenient, comfortable, and awesome.

We really enjoyed our stay here. I was a little worried the condo would be a bit small for myself, my wife and our two young adult sons, but it turned out to be plenty big enough. The lanai is beautiful and extends the usable living space a fair bit.
Mark was very accommodating and offered us an Inflatable mattress so my sons wouldn’t have to share the pull out bed. We left the mattress inflated in the living room and there was still plenty of space in there.
Liked the location and enjoyed that we could walk into walk into Wailea if we wanted to.
The sunset views were as good as it gets.

Perfect Getaway
Great location for beaches and great places to eat close by. We walked to Kam 3 everyday in less than 5 min. Mark responded to any question in minutes and was super flexible. Plenty of beach gear. The condo was a perfect fit for our family of 4. We used the well equipped kitchen and nearby BBQ daily. We’ll stay here again for sure.

We enjoyed our stay
The condo was very clean and met our family of 4’s needs for a 10 day vacation. The kitchen was nicely remodeled and had everything we needed to make a meal and coffee each morning to enjoy on the lanai overlooking the ocean. There was plenty of beach gear and the walk to the beach from the unit was only five minutes. The washer and dryer were convenient and appreciated. A few suggestions for improvement: 1) the wicker dining and bar chairs were not very comfortable and seemed too large for the space, 2) cooking pans were heavily scratched and could be replaced, 3) the lanai furniture would be more appealing if it was updated to non-fabric, and 4) the unit only has one set of sheets for both the king size bed and the queen size sofa sleeper. An extra set for each would be nice. Otherwise, everything worked as it should including the air conditioning units in both the living room and bedroom. We would stay at this condo again.

Great condo & location!
We had a great time on our first visit to Hawaii and beautiful Maui and Mark's condo made the stay even better! The place was super clean and well stocked with everything needed for our stay of nine days. From the kitchen, to the bathrooms, to the beach gear. The views from the lanai are amazing. Sunrises, sunsets, and whales!! Mark was easily reachable and very responsive. Thanks for making our stay great Mark! We would definitely like book here again on our next trip!

Great vacation spot
The place was exactly as advertised. Location was excellent to several beaches and close enough to town to walk everywhere. By far, one of the best stocked places we have stayed. Beach equipment was a great bonus. The kitchen was stocked with everything you need, cooking hardware, condiments, Saran wrap, ziplock bags etc. Our only complaint would be the sun streaming in our eyes in the morning which a small blind on that window would fix.
We wouldn’t hesitate to book this unit again. Thanks very much Mark for a great week.

Convenient Location and Excellent Accommodations
We were a bit apprehensive about booking but needn't have been. The condominium exceeded our expectations. It had a view of the ocean and was a short walk to a pleasant beach. It was well equipped and the two bathrooms were especially nice for the four of us. It was quiet and well located. Mark was very quick to answered our questions and to provide assistance. We thoroughly recommend this rental and will stay at here again if we return to Maui.

Hi there! I'm Mark! I love to travel and one of the locations I frequent is Maui. I love the view, the location, and all the amenities this unit has to offer!
When staying in Maui I like to spend my mornings on the water. I normally head down to Maui Waveriders around 7am and rent a paddle board. The surf is relatively calm and great for a morning workout. Afterwards I like to go to Nola's for breakfast. In the afternoon you'll likely find me at Coconuts for their great fish tacos and at Mamas Fish House for dinner.
In the evening I like to walk down to 5P (5 Palms) for their happy hour specials. The beach across the street is beautiful and I like to spend the day there before breaking out the bbq in the evening. I like to go to the Dog and Duck Pub for a night cap and a bit of live music.

South Maui has the best weather in all of Maui. The climate is warm and sunny year around with a calm ocean in the morning, lighter trade winds in the afternoon and very little rainfall compared to other areas of maui. The high temperature will average 80F in the winter and 86F in the summer with clear blue skies all year around. South Maui has better reefs, numerous great beaches that are less crowded and beach access don't get filled up often.
