Summary:

Ideally, this beautiful brand-new home can host 14 guests, perfect for a family reunion, a special event, or an escape from the routine. The main bedroom includes a very comfortable king bed; each of the following two rooms has queen beds and two sets of full-over bunk beds, perfect for the family's youngest members. The Lofts at Green Valley is the newest property in St. George. We are conveniently located on the hilltop off Dixie Road.



The Space:

This beautiful new home sleeps up to 14, with a king bed in the primary bedroom, a queen bed in each of the following two rooms, and two sets of full-over bunk beds in the 4th room.



The Lofts at Green Valley is the newest property in St. George. They are conveniently located on the hilltop off Dixie Rd and next to one of Southern Utah’s most extensive BLM land full of ATVs, mountain biking, and hiking trails. This home features four bedrooms with lots of common areas and extra space. The decor and furnishings were well thought out and created a fun atmosphere. Here is a list of things you can find around the unit:

Just minutes away, you can enjoy the coolness of Quail Creek and Sand Hollow Reservoirs.



Other Things to Note:

There is a two-car garage and driveway parking, and limited additional parking stalls are available. Trailers are not allowed on the property; trailers must be parked in the bottom area by the pickleball courts.

The house was very nice and well maintained. The park out the back door and swimming pool were wonderful. The kitchen is not well stocked with anything outside the very basics. And the house was a little far from any grocery stores or shopping. We would definitely stay here again though.

Decent family property

Overall, this is a great place to stay. The bunk room was great for the 6 kids we had with us. The home was very hot upon arrival. It took all evening and the next day to get it cooled to a decent feel. The instructions say to not turn the air under 72 which is a little warm but overall would be fine. It didn't seem to cool off to 72 though. Our entire stay seemed to stay around 75/76 which is pretty warm. The onsite manager was super helpful when we first arrived.

Awesome place

We have been stay at the lofts for years and this particular unit was great! We love the location, and the amenities! The unit was clean and inviting. We plan on returning!

Perfect Condo

The condo is very clean and spacious. Very open kitchen and family room that is perfect for hanging out and gathering. Bunkroom is great for the kids. Great location. Heated pool and hot tub are close to the condo and really fun. Pickleball courts across the street.

Great short stay in St George

We loved our stay in St George. The condo was very nice. We enjoyed the pool/hot tubs. The bunk room was great as well as the balconies. The only negative was that the AC could not be turned below 72. Things that would make the stay even better would be- screens on the doors or windows so they could be opened on cool evenings.

Beautiful accommodations

Our family had a wonderful time staying in this condo. It is spacious and well appointed. The grandkids loved the bunk room. We had a problem with sliding door blind, and someone was over to help us in less than an hour

Complex is nice

Upon arrival our kids were excited to swim. We couldn’t find pool towels though. I called the property manager who told me the unit does not come with pool towels. Wouldn’t have been a big deal though, if there were extra bath towels. We had the exact amount of bath towels for people that were staying there though. I said but there is a pool? She said “the unit doesn’t have a pool thats a community pool” I said well the listing says towels are included, she then said yeah that doesn’t specificy pool towels and she will make sure to update the listing. I’ve stayed in 10+ rentals in STG with units that have pools and I always have pool towels. Her attitude just made the whole thing worse. Needless to stay bring your own towels, and I hope you don’t need tbe manager for anything.

Great place to stay!

Stayed there during our sons soccer tournament. A perfect place to relax between games. Loved the pool and hot tubs and pickle ball courts. Love the townhouse style.

I love the property. The kids played at the little park and we loved the heated pool and two hot tubs. The condo was very clean and well kept. I liked that check out was simple not a lot of things to do. I would stay there again for sure.

Beautiful home!

We loved staying here! The home and pool were amazing.! I would have liked check in info before the day of, including directions (GPS could not find it, but a quick phone call fixed that.) and the remotes need labeling and maybe spare batteries? We had a couple we couldn’t get to work. Overall an amazing place!!!

Great place

No complaints. Great place. Very clean and lots of room and beds. ***DO NOT FOLLOW GOOGLE MAPS TO ADDRESS. It takes you to another association. I spent an hour trying to find the place.

Great Property for Families

We stayed at this condo/townhouse with our extended family. There is one very large room with bunk beds that all the cousins stayed in. They loved it. The place is beautiful. Beds were great, style is perfect. Everything we could need was there. Would definitely stay again.

Great end unit!

Check in was a bit of a pain. The code was wrong and we ended up waiting about a 1/2hr to get in. There were a couple small issues we found once we got in: the master toilet had poo splatter and the sink in that area didn’t drain well. The sliding screen to the back door was hard to work with and the table splintered a little and gave one guest a sliver under her fingernail. Beside those few little issues, the place was awesome! We fit quite well. It was nice to have an end unit. The pool and hot tubs were great and it was a great area to go for a run! All in all, we really enjoyed our stay. Thank you Weston!

Great location for biking trails

We stayed over the Thanksgiving holiday and had plenty of room for our growing family. The location was perfect for popular bike trails in the area. We didn't utilize the swimming pool while there due to lack of time, but the pool looked well kept and was very warm. The upstairs bedroom closest to the front door with the en suite bathroom has a very loud motorized sound all hours of the day and night. I had to wear earplugs to be able to sleep. If you are a light sleeper, do not stay here or at least not in this bedroom. Otherwise, no complaints.
