L'AMANDIER ROSE, peaceful and cozy 2-bedroom apartment facing the Caribbean Sea

Welcome to l'Amandier Rose, a small holiday home by the sea.
Located in the center of the Carbet commune, it enjoys a lovely view of the magnificent volcanic sandy beach. Surround various local shops and several restaurants.
5 minutes from the zoo and the historic town of St-Pierre.
Visit the famous NEISSON Carbet Distillery, created in 1931 and which benefits from the designation of Origin Controlled Agricultural Rhum Martinique.
You will find there all the necessary comfort for 6 people.
Recently refurbished, it consists of a fitted and equipped kitchen (microwave, dishwasher, washing machine, toaster, induction hob, oven, etc.) open to a cozy living / dining room and air-conditioned equipped with Internet / Wi-fi / TV.
Two air-conditioned rooms:
- The first with a large double bed and a fitted king-size closet (sheets provided). - Baby cot provided.
- The second has a single bed and a bunk bed with three beds (1 place and 2 places), two small wardrobes and a chest of drawers (sheets provided).
The bathroom has a cabinet with two sinks, a toilet and a walk-in shower (from where you can see the sea). Towels and beach towels are provided as well as the hairdryer.
Ironing board and iron available.
All openings are double glazed and have a roller shutter.
For additional comfort you have a sink and an outdoor shower in the charming flowery courtyard which overlooks the beach.
You can take your meals there while listening to the sound of the waves.
Parking spaces are available on the street and seaside side.
Decreasing prices depending on the duration.
