Featuring an expansive pool, a Swedish sauna, and an 8-person hot tub, and Private Pickle Ball court

4 Main bedrooms with en suite bathrooms.
5th bedroom is a separate Casita. Large kitchen with Wolf Range and Sub Zero Fridge. Beautiful Courtyard and uncovered pool Area. We offer an 8-person hot tub and a Swedish sauna to enjoy!

You will have sole access to the home and pool.

This Secluded Gated home is close to many of what makes Southern California so great. U Pick Strawberry farms and avocado groves. Beaches within 30 minutes.

25 minutes from Ocean Side Beach, Close to San Diego Safari, Legoland. Minutes away from Temecula Wine Country. Close to Golf Courses and many local shops and shopping experiences.

The pool is not heated Nov 1- march 30th.

We have a propane heater and it is not economical to run the heater in the cold months. It costs 4.00 per gallon and takes 4-6 gallons per hour to heat the pool to 85*.

If you would like to pay the cost to heat the pool we can discuss a 200.00 per day heating fee during those months.

April 1- October 31 there is a 100.00 per day fee to heat the pool. Pool heating is not mandatory. We have a hot tub that is free to use all year round. Thanks for understanding
We want you to enjoy your stay at Via Viento Farms while helping us protect our home, working farm, and peaceful relationship with our neighbors. Please review these rules before booking.

Maximum Occupancy & Visitors
Maximum occupancy is 10 guests total, including adults and children

We have a strict no parties, events, or unregistered guests policy. This includes daytime visitors. Only registered guests included on the reservation may enter or use the property.

Sleeping Arrangements
Please sleep only in the provided beds. Sleeping on couches or other furniture is not permitted.

If members of your group will not be sharing beds, please plan accordingly. Guests are welcome to bring an air mattress if additional separate sleeping arrangements are needed, provided the total number of guests does not exceed 10.

The pool, hot tub, patios, and other outdoor gathering areas close at 10:00 PM. All guests must move indoors at that time.

Please keep noise contained within the property at all times. Although our nearest neighbor is approximately 90 yards away, we are located in a canyon where sound travels exceptionally well.

Please avoid loud music, shouting, or excessive noise, particularly around the pool and back patio. We appreciate your help in being respectful of our neighbors and community.

Parking
All vehicles must be parked inside the property gates.
No street parking or parking outside the gate is permitted.

Working Avocado Farm
Via Viento Farms is a working farm.

Please do not drive into the avocado grove and do not pick avocados from the trees. The grove is actively harvested and is part of the farm`s agricultural operation.

Dogs
Small and medium dogs are welcome with prior authorization.
Please clean up after your dog and dispose of pet waste appropriately.

Smoking & Vaping
Smoking and vaping are not permitted inside the home or around the pool area.

Pool & Hot Tub
Optional pool heating is available for $150 per night from March 1 through October 31.
The pool is not heated from November 1 through February 28/29.
There is no pool or hot tub use after 10:00 PM.

On-Site Property Manager
An on-site property manager lives on the back acreage of the property and is available if an issue arises during your stay.
