Come, Stay, and Play at this Slice of Beach Paradise located just across the street from the Atlantic Ocean in Popular North Myrtle Beach! This cozy, one bedroom with one bathroom condo is all you need for a getaway at the beach. You are just steps from a public beach access where your toes hit the sand for a day of fun in the sun. The condo is decorated in beach decor with a living/dining room combination. You have plenty of seating in the living area, and the kitchen comes equipped with all the appliances and kitchen accessories you need to cook in while on vacation. There is a pull-out sofa in the living area to accommodate more sleeping arrangements. The bedroom has a queen bed and connects to the bathroom area. You can spend some time doing some front porch sitting and listen as the waves crash along the shore or people watch along Ocean Boulevard. Another way to beat the heat is to check out the pool located across the street. If you love lounging and playing on the beach all day and enjoy long walks on the beach in evening, you donā€™t want to miss out on this piece of heaven. You are just minutes away from Main Street North Myrtle Beach where there is dining, entertainment, and shopping for all ages. Book your beach retreat today!

The housekeeping fee includes departure cleaning service and linens, including towels, washcloths, hand towels, and bath mats. Any stained, non-washable, ruined linen will be subject to additional charges. Our linen is NOT to be used to remove makeup or clean up messes. However, guests will need to bring additional supplies, such as toilet paper and paper towels, as only a starter roll is provided.

House parties and Groups: House parties and groups with members under the age of 25 are prohibited. We do not rent to non-family groups unless ALL members of the group are 25 years of age or older. Any misrepresentation by groups of their age will not qualify for refunds.

A girlfriend get away

I had stayed in this condo with my husband,so I knew that it would be clean and a reasonable rate for myself and a friend. It is a great place for two people or a couple and a child. It offers everything you need to cook a good meal. It is just a couple blocks if you wanted to walk to restaurants or IGA grocery store and beach stores.

We didn't locate the pool until when we were leaving on the final day. Didn't realize we were sharing with condos across and down street a bit. Location was very good, right across the street from beach access.

Labor day away

Small,but great for two, would be ok for four also! Even though it was small,it was spaced out well! Decor and dishes and furnishing was nice! I liked being able to have coffee and see a view of the oceans waves!!! Great location, we walked to the shops and Basils Pizza!!!

The condo was equipped with everything we needed. It was clean and comfortable. We didnā€™t know how to start the air conditioner so we called maintenance and he came in just a few minutes to help us. Amazing service! The condo is a short walk to the beach Which we prefer, very convenient.

Cheap, good value, good enough for me

Positives: It's a place to stay with everything you need while you spend as much time as possible at the beach or out doing stuff. It has great natural sunlight and is right across the street from beach access (~90 seconds from front door to the sand). You get slightly more amenities and privacy than a hotel for about the same price, and the beach is waaaay less crowded than it is around the hotels. It is a short walk from a big grocery store, bars, and restaurants. As for negatives, I would have loved an ottoman/table to stick my feet on for the living room, but with the pull out limiting space in the room I get it. The bed frankly sucked, I wished they would cancel the HBO subscription and spend that money on a mattress topper (or three) instead. The rules (and fines for breaking them) scared me a bit, but I just texted the property manager with comments/concerns and they were chill about everything. The security deposit took a while to get back (~13 days) just so you're aware. Basically it's a little rough around the edges but if you're planning on not being there as much as possible, it's good enough, and it's really good for the price. A- would recommend.

Cozy and great location

Check in was super easy. Can see the ocean from the balcony. Had games for the kids to play. No dishwasher, but I prefer washing as I go anyways. Only downside is that thereā€™s not a washer and dryer, but Iā€™m pretty sure the listing says there is. Not the end of the world, but I definitely wouldā€™ve packed differently had I known. Overall a wonderful stay! Best experience Iā€™ve had in a vacation rental.

Very nice location and easy access to beach.

It was clean plenty of space for two adults.Only issue with the stay was mattress was awful. Itā€™s way to soft for two people. New mattress would make it a complete 5 star stay.

Great stay! Cozy 1 bedroom with new blue pull-out couch. Perfect for our family of 4. You can get a glimpse of the beach from the balcony and great access to the beach with just a walk across the road. Clean, cool, and family friendly. Will definitely be returning! Internet and TV line up great for kids and adults. Close to shopping grocery, restaurants, and treats!
