Recently renovated! Flip Flops Forever is a traditional Florida home just steps from the beach nestled in the quiet residential area in the heart of Holmes Beach. Offering 5 bedrooms/3 bathrooms, Flip Flops Forever is located in the perfect location for a great family vacation. Only a few seconds walk (around 200 steps) from the world-renowned white sandy beaches of the Gulf of Mexico. This home offers enough space for everyone to have their privacy while still enjoying quality time together. Sit back and relax - you are on vacation! Flip Flops ensures you have it all. Make memories as a family that will last a lifetime! Vacations are for fun and relaxation. The outdoor area at Flip Flops Forever provides just that. Have fun in the pool which is heated year round for your enjoyment or play on the mini golf hole.

The family dogs are welcome to join you here. The weight limit per dog is 30 lbs. The entire family, including the dogs, are sure to have a great time and never want the vacation to end.

Cancellation Policy - SeaBreeze Vacation has spent a great deal of time and effort into formulating a cancellation policy for you. SeaBreeze Vacation has the most flexible cancellation policy on the Island. You are allowed to cancel your reservation up to 14 days prior to check-in to receive a refund. Primary bedroom is located on the second features a king bed, flat screen TV and private balcony to watch the sunset.
There are also 2 twin beds located off the primary bedroom with private closet.
Bedroom 2 is located on the second floor and features a queen-size bed and flat screen TV.
Bathroom 1 is located on the second floor and has a walk-in shower with a separate vanity area.
Bedroom 3 is located downstairs and features a king-size bed and flat screen TV.
Bedroom 4 is located downstairs and features 2 twin beds and flat screen TV.
Bedroom 5 is located downstairs and features a queen-size bed and flat screen TV.
Bathroom 2 is located downstairs with a walk-in shower and single vanity.

Perfect location for a beach vacation! The house had everything we needed! The beach towels, chairs, umbrella and wagon were a bonus! We loved Anna Maria island. Great food, beautiful sunsets! Very friendly people! Can't wait to come back!

Enjoyed our Stay!

This was our third year in Flip Flops Forever. We loved the upgrades from last year. The location to the beach was perfect. The house was well equipped and even had new beach chairs and umbrella for the beach. We spent two weeks and enjoyed it. The house is great for dogs you just need to remember to block a narrow opening that does not have a gate. We put a chair in front of it and had no issues.

Unforgettable 40th Birthday Bash

Stayed at Flip Flops Forever for my 40th birthday celebration with friends. We had the best time, everything was perfect. The house is so close to the beach so it was great for going back and forth and the pool was great for anyone needing a break from the beach. Highly recommend!

Flip Flops Forever was the perfect house for our family of 10, 4 of those 10 were 4 years and under. Highly recommend for families with small children. The pool was great and plenty of floaties for play in the pool. Beach was so close and easy walk. Wagon for hauling everything to the beach was a huge plus! Lots of parking for multiple cars. Our family loved our stay!

A lovely property and had a wonderful time!

Our family of 12 stayed for a week and had a wonderful time. The location is perfect being steps from the beach and a short golf cart ride to restaurants. There were pool floaties, sand toys, beach chairs, canopy and coolers. Plenty of towels, pillows, and extra blankets were provided. The staff was very responsive to our inquiries and even followed up with a call to ensure all had been taken care of. They were wonderful.

Great Stay

5 bedrooms, Location and price were the reason we picked this place. Walk across a street, and now you are within a few steps of the beach. Made it so easy to take the kids back and forth. Pool was nice and warm, and kids loved it. Space a little tight around the pool, but workable. Lots beach chairs and flooties. Place was clean, and had by far the most supplies in the kitchen from any rental I have every had. That was very nice! Didn't have to run the dishwasher as often, etc.

Perfect Birthday Getaway.

The vacation was a 50th Birthday celebration for our family. The accommodations were wonderful and fit ours needs perfectly. We have been renting homes on AMI for years and this was by far the best pool set up. It was in the sun most of the day which was good for our 2 little fish that wanted to swim sun up to sundown. We had only a couple issues like no working coffee pot so we went and purchased one and left it in the house. And not enough towels which they brought more right away.

Beach breeze hideaway

SeaBreeze vacation rentals were great. They were 100% professional and we felt they were completely dedicated to making sure our stay was the best it could be. We had a few small issues that were quickly dealt with and resolved by their maintenance crew. We stayed at Flip Flops Forever. It was even better than described! Our family of 10 had a fabulous time. When I started my search for where to stay, I started with the leasing companies. The house was secondary. We could not have been happier.

Had a great time on Anna Marie Island

We came to area to play golf in the Bradenton area and this home is within 45 minutes of many golf courses. We really liked the island- all the people we met were very nice and welcoming. We visited many restaurants and pubs and utilized the Monkey Bus- the free transportation service for the island- what a great idea! The home was pretty much as advertised- clean with plenty of bedrooms for the 11 guys that came on our trip. Although we were on a golf trip, the home is just steps away from an awesome beach- we were there every morning to take a quick walk and have a cup of coffee. The back yard and pool are very nice- wish we would have had a chance to use them- the weather was just a little too cool in the evenings. Would definitely rent this home again.

Flip Flops Forever

This is our second time staying at this property. It is great because of the close proximity to the beach. The pool is a great size and really wonderful to swim in after being at the beach all day. The area around the pool has become a bit jungle like. I think some maintenance is needed on the bushes. We were sitting around the table and had bushes hanging onto our heads and the palm like leaves were well into the path making it difficult to walk around the backside of the pool. The tv's were a little frustrating to figure out but we finally managed. The kitchen is well stocked with dishes, etc. I would definitely recommend an upgrade on the mattresses. A good night's sleep is very important on a vacation and everyone did complain on how uncomfortable the beds are. Beautiful island and love the location!

Everything you need for a great stay

We had more than we expected when we booked this property. It’s a really short walk to the beach (beautiful and clean), just across the street. The pool was heated to about 85 degrees and the maintenance people came twice during our week to ensure its cleanliness. The bedroom layout ensured plenty of space, especially since the upstairs king also had a twin with a trundle. There were plenty of towels including beach towels. The pool was equipped with many floating pool rafts and rings. Also available were 6 beach chairs, three of which looked brand new, a collapsible cabana plus a wagon to transport everything to the beach. We enjoyed the putting green and ping pong table (a great place for the young early risers to go in the morning and let the rest of us sleep in), plus we found a corn hole set with the pool toys. There was ample cookware even for us being there over Thanksgiving and more than enough dishes, glassware and silverware. There wasn’t, however any spices, etc., so come prepared. There is a Publix supermarket on the island for anything you need.

House was big enough for the whole family.

The house was clean, but needed a lot of updates. Bathrooms dated. Pool was very nice. Short walk to the beach. Handles in all showers were very loose. Not enough water pressure. Upstairs bathroom door did not lock. If sleeping upstairs you will need a fan. Plenty of parking, shade. Would be nice to update kitchen tables and chairs.

Perfect location in need of upkeep

The house has a wonderful location near the beach. Two minutes walking! Which is great! The pool area is beautiful. Although the chairs are in need of some TLC and the grill did not work. The house had plenty of bedrooms for everyone but is in need of a little upkeep. New doors are needed. Along with mattresses. If the outside matched the inside it would be perfect!

We had a great vacation for two families for a total of 7 people It was awesome! Very close to the beach. Great heated pool. Very nice for families. Only negative: There was construction and jack hammering from next door for a few days.

Piece of Paradise?!

This home is in a great location with a terrific pool, however, it needs serious TLC. Outdoor furniture is well worn, rusty and just plain sad. Pool toys/beach "cart" need to be thrown away. Home needs a deep clean and new furnishings. Prices are increasing substantially in the area and this location is not worth the $$.

Great house. Perfect location

We had an amazing stay here. Owners were very communicative, and on top of any need we had. The house is spacious (we’re a group of 7, and had plenty of room) clean and in a great location - a short walk to the beach, and a fun bike ride around town. Everyone in the neighborhood is very friendly. The only minor issue is that the grill doesn’t have the power to char a steak - so don’t expect to be out there BBQ’n up the best burgers for a whole group. The pool is great, heated to 82 - but in the shade a lot of the day, so get on that early if you’re swimming in the pool. All in all a great place. We’re leaving today, and already making plans for next year!

Great get away!

We had a great trip to Anna Maria the week of Thanksgiving 2021. We had to families with 5 teenagers. There were plenty of bedrooms, the pool and game rooms were huge hits and the proximity to the beach was perfect. The temps got a little chilly and the pool heater stopped working the last 3 day so that was a bummer but other than that, no issues and everything was great and as expected.
