Memorial Day Getaway

This property was exactly as described! The location is fabulous and the property is beyond amazing. Relaxing on the veranda and people watching was so much fun. The amenities are plentiful and well stocked. We had such a delightful time and CJ is wonderful.

Perfect and Beautiful!

We thoroughly enjoyed this beautiful property, the description was absolutely accurate every way! It is located in Market Square, close to restaurants, shops and not far from the river. Our host was above and beyond in providing instructions for our stay and also included fantastic restaurant recommendations. I would absolutely stay here again!

PERFECT!

Everything was perfect; the location, the home, the decor and the amenities! The property manager was amazing to work with. I have recommended this property to all my friends and family and I'm hoping for another opportunity to enjoy myself as well!

Perfect Weekend

Memorable stay celebrating our daughters engagement. CJ was wonderful to work with and his home was beautiful and perfect for the small event. My husband and I enjoyed Market Square and restaurants reminiscing on Saturday. Thank you CJ.

Lovely home - perfect location!

Our group had the pleasure of staying in CJ’s beautiful home for a week while in Knoxville for a wedding. It was a completely delightful experience! Beautiful, historic second floor condo!

The condo was clean, updated and had a roomy layout! The owner was super friendly, very accommodating, and easy to work with! My questions were answered via phone, text and/or email. It's location is perfect as it sits in the middle of Market Square/downtown. I would totally stay there again!!!!

Prime property. Lots of common space for gatherings. Two bedrooms (king and queen beds) and a partitioned space with a queen bed. Also has an air mattress. Excellent communication with property manager - he’s very responsive and accommodating.

What a GREAT Property!

This unit is fantastic overall. The floor plan is perfect for relaxing and having enough space to enjoy each other's company without being crowded. CJ thought of everything! The kitchen is perfectly stocked and lots of little extras you don't see many places were included. You won't be disappointed with the lovely front balcony where you can people watch and relax. I would not hesitate to recommend or stay again! Book it!!

Wonderful experience

Not only was this place amazing , CJ and her husband were so nice n friendly. They even offered a free bottle of wine . This place is amazing n as soon as I win the lottery I hope they sell it to me , lol . I will absolutely will re book anther stay with CJ . Worth every penny . Thank you so much CJ .

Absolutely gorgeous and not a spot of dirt in the entire place! Perfect location. We spent most of our time on the massive front porch just people watching. Excellent communication with property manager. Very helpful and nice! You have to stay here! Do it! Unless it’s a weekend I want to go back 😂…. And we will. Love! 5 stars.

Perfect Gathering Spot for our Family Reunion

Our family celebrated my sister and brother-in-law's 25th anniversary with a family dinner for 20 and we were completely comfortable in this wonderful space. We had 8 people on the balcony, 8 at the dining table, and six at the kitchen table. Everything about the property is on a generous and comfortable scale. We could not have been more happy with the accommodations. The location is terrific with great food and affordable parking nearby. We loved sitting on the balcony and watching the doings on the square below. We took an easy day trip drive up to the Smokies. This would be a great spot for a UT game weekend. The owner, CJ, was supportive and responsive to all of our needs. I strongly recommend this property.

Great Downtown Getaway

I can't say enough good things about this property. Beautiful throughout and everything was immaculate. We stayed here with my family while we toured UT. There is no better location and the veranda overlooking Market Square was amazing! I could have spent the entire time on the veranda people watching. The unit is very spacious very luxurious. Everything you need is within walking distance. We parked the car and never went back to it until we left. The owners were amazing and offered up a ton of great suggestions for activities and dining. Even with everything you would ever want in walking distance we spent a great deal of the trip just hanging out together in the unit. I can't imagine a better place to stay to experience downtown Knoxville! We will stay here anytime we visit Knoxville.

This place is unbelievable!

This is just a fantastic place, on every possible level. It's gorgeous and very well decorated, yet a really comfortable place just to hang out and enjoy The location is literally the best you could have in Knoxville - right in the heart of Market Square with a balcony overlooking the fun and energy there. It's perfect for a tailgating weekend if you have people to entertain and meet up with. You are close to all the bars, restaurants, and even the stadium, but this place is so nice you're tempted to just stay there and enjoy it! I cannot recommend this condo highly enough for anyone who knows Knoxville, or wants to. Owner is great with communication and a wonderful host. I feel like I'm cheating her giving this unit only 5 stars but that's all they let me do.

Elegance and convenience in the heart of Knoxville

This apartment is lovely with its high ceilings and beautiful appointments. It has a comfortable layout and a balcony overlooking excellent restaurants and cute shops. The kitchen--notably spotless--is gorgeous and is stocked with all the necessary equipment for cooking. The owners are quite helpful and delightful. Overall, a fabulous experience.

Football Weekend with family

We spent the weekend in Knoxville to visit our daughter who attends UT. 4 of us (1 couple and 2 other single, older adults) stayed in the condo and we had other family that stayed nearby in an hotel also. Having dinner at the condo and the patio overlooking Market square was amazing. Parking was close in the garage behind the condo. Items to note are: the unit is a 2 bedroom + 1 queen alcove space (cubbie) with a moveable screen down the hall. There are stairs up to the unit. Staying on Market square and being able to walk to stores/restaurants is so convenient. There is also an outdoor market at Market Square on Saturday mornings. The kitchen and living room are so spacious. I would highly recommend this condo.
