The space

The Location of this resort is a short drive to everything southern Utah has to offer. The views from the balcony are unsurpassed. Enjoy barbecuing and cool beverages and watch the sun glow off the red cliffs and mountainsides of Ivens in the distance. Plenty of seating on balcony for everyone makes for an awesome meal together as families or a romantic setting for two. There is plenty of room for together time as well as room for private time.

The master bedroom has a king size bed with a large flat screen TV with 135 cable channels. Master walks out to balcony as well. Bedroom #2 has cozy full over full bunk bed with a wall mounted 32" flat screen TV with 135 cable channels and also walks out onto the balcony. The kitchen has new appliances, plenty of dishes, serving ware, coffee maker, crock pot, toaster, all new pots and pans, salt & Pepper, and assorted spices. Everything is top notch. Enjoy soft bath and pool towels, soap, shampoo and hair dryers. Washer and dryer with complementary laundry detergent and dryer sheets.. ironing board with iron as well.. plenty of paper towels and trash bags.

Guest access

Access to unit is given via E-mail one to weeks prior to arrival as well as the WIFI password. To access the Las Palmas Spa and resort which includes one indoor pool with hot tubs and a diving pool, olympic size pool and a children's pool, basketball, tennis, racquet ball, miniature golf, pickleball and Fitness room just go to the clubhouse use the batman lanyard hanging on the wall as you walk in. To access family pool, waterfall pool and smaller gym use the UofU lanyard next to the batman lanyard. Simply wave it in front of the gates and you're in!! ā€¦. (don't lose lanyards, they are $50.00 to replace )
all equipment rentals are free as our guest ! ( except tennis racquets )

Other things to note

Las Palmas Resort in Sunny St. George. Located at 1845 west Canyon view drive. Coming from the north or south take the Dixie Drive exit, turn Left if coming from the south and Right if coming from the north , proceed west on Dixie drive 2.5 miles, Canyon view drive is a left turn ( look for Pelican Hills on the south corner ) go up the hill and turn right, Las Palmas Resort is your first left.

St. George such a relaxing time!

Had a wonderful time with the family. Just as expected. The condo was spacious for our party of five and walking distance to the pools.

Great place to stay

This was a beautiful property with lots of things to do for a family. St George has wonderful hikes then coming back to the property to cool off and swim and relax was perfect. There were just a couple glitches when we arrived but my host took care of them right away. We would stay here again.

Grateful for the spacious place! The appliances worked well, and we are glad for the dishwashing brush and soap! One thing that could have make it even better was a potato masher when we made mashed potatoes for dinner.

Lovely Well Maintained Unit - Excellent Host

We stayed for 10 days for the Huntsman Senior Games. Upon arrival there were a couple of items that required attention. Devin, the host immediately corrected the items ensuring we had a great stay. Devin was extremely easy to work with. The unit is well furnished and maintained. We hope to stay here again. You will enjoy your stay.

Great Condo / Softball Trip

The Condo was extremely clean, the complex had a lot of amenities, was very quiet and very well kept. St. George has an amazing landscape to explore. The property manager was very responsive and easy going. The furniture/beds were extremely comfortable and the balcony with a BBQ and very nice washer and dryer were a great perk! We would consider staying in this condo again.

The place was clean and the location was great. The bathroom was a bit worn, which pictures did. It convey. The manager didnā€™t send me check in instructions, even after I emailed a couple of times that day. When I called he said he would send them right over. But no codes were included. When I called back he acted like I didnā€™t read what he sent. Oh I did, the information I needed was not included. Luckily he had rattled off the code and my friend heard it and we were able to save the information for ourselves. The unit was clean and comfortable but the bathroom really needs a refresh. We spent a lot of time in the unit due to an injury of a group remember and found it comfortable enough other than the tub/ shower combo and hey did not give a welcoming vibe.

Clean, Fun, Family-Friendly Condo

My wife and I and our two kids (7 and 9 y.o.) had a good time staying at this condo in mid-April 2022. It was very clean and had most everything that we needed. Plenty of towels. There is a newer washer and dryer. The kitchen with the refrigerator was convenient and we used it for several meals. We enjoyed sitting on the couch watching Netflix In between our other adventures. The kids said the bunkbeds were comfortable and they liked having their own television. The master bedroom is on the small side, but the bed was comfortable and was fine for us. We used the grill on the balcony to make gourmet sausages that we bought from a local grocery store. The Las Palmas Resort is an older property, and it does show its age in some areas, but they try to keep it taken care of. The fitness area in the clubhouse is large compared to the fitness centers at most hotels I have stayed at, but the equipment was older and not all of it was functional. We enjoyed using the indoor pool and the outdoor shuffle board. Had we come when it was a bit warmer, we would have liked to use the outdoor pools. There is a lot to do in and around St. George. It is a nice place to visit with a young family.

Spacious 2 bedroom condo!

This was a perfect home away from home for us. It had plenty of room for us to lounge in the living room, and cook in the kitchen. My son kept saying how much he loved it and wanted to come back. It was very well stocked and the beds were very comfortable! We will stay here again!

We spent six nights in this nicely decorated condo. The living area was spacious, and kitchen well equipped. The beds were very comfortable and the linens and towels were nice and soft. It is very convenient to have a washer and dryer. We enjoyed sitting on the balcony which overlooked one of the pool areas. The location is perfect for visiting many national Parks, Zion, Bryce, Grand Staircase etc. If you do visit this area, be sure to go to Snow Canyon State Park, less than 10 miles away, hiking and spectacular scenery!!
