We don't live here, so this modern, upscale home is fresh, clean, and ALL YOURS to enjoy! There's room for up to 7, but 2-3 people can stay here too. Convenient location: easy access to Hwy 4, 24 & 680. NO CATS. 1 (one) small pet on a case by case basis for >30 day stay only. Discount for > 60 days stays. Longer-term reservations available. Corporate and displaced families welcome.

HOME DETAILS: Our own home is identical and adjacent to this one, so this house is YOURS! No need to deal with the pesky clutter of staying at someone else's house. All the closets and dressers are empty for you to use. Beautifully furnished, luxurious but carefree. Clean, light and bright. Everything you could want is here - La Dolce Vita!

Every amenity has been thought of at your home away from home:
Internet: super fast Gig fiber optic wifi and Ethernet
TV: big-screen 4K smart TV with Netflix and Roku (the modern streaming version of cable TV).
Living room with comfy couch seating for 8 including 3 very recliners.
Kitchen: fully equipped with microwave, cooktop, toaster oven, full size oven, air fryer, quiet dishwasher, fridge, electric kettle, and coffee maker.
Master bedroom has a quee bed and ensuite, full bathroom with shower.
Bedroom #2 has a queen Tempurpedic bed (a regular spring mattress is also available).
Bedroom #3 has two twin beds that can also be placed together for the equivalent of a king bed. One or two additional twin mattresses can placed on the floor for a total of up to four beds, for a fun sleepover for kids.
Main bathroom has a shower/tub.
Work spaces and desks available in each room for corporate rentals.
Central heat and air conditioning, washer, dryer, detergent, iron, hair dryer, and toiletries - everything to feel pampered. If you need anything at all that you don't see here, just ask! :o)

The whole house is yours. You're welcome to enjoy the back yard. The cottage and swimming pool are not part of this rental. There are three steps up to the front door. Unlimited parking on the property and on the street, including RV parking.

LONGER BOOKINGS: Future dates not shown on the calendar are available and can be booked. Lock is re-keyed at the end of each stay.

*HOUSE RULES
- No shoes worn inside the house (it has light colored carpet)
- Each adult to provide photo I.D. at check-in
- Pets: small dog only by special arrangement. No cats - no exceptions.
- No smoking inside or outside
- No guests, parties, events, or loud noise
- The fireplace may not be used
- The cottage and fenced-off swimming pool aren't part of this rental
