The villa is spectacular, abdul and his wife nade us very welcome, the food cooked for us was out of this world. I could not reccomend this highly enough

AMAZING PROPERTY, QUIET LOCATION

Stayed here for 2 weeks with family and friends. The pool was amazing and the villa is huge. The location is approx a 20 minute taxi ride from Marrakech. Abdul and his family live at the end of the property and are just so lovely and helpful and they had a meal waiting for us on our arrival. The pool is cleaned every other day. The manager Aimed was more than helpful and was just a WhatsApp away if you needed anything. There is a fun fair at the end of the road (smile park) for the children (and adults), the restaurant there serves most types of food and you can also buy fresh bread/meat there to take back to the villa. We had an AMAZING holiday here and would go back in a heartbeat. Can not recommend enough !!!

Agréable villa pour un super séjour à Marrakech

Nous avons pu bien profiter de cette agréable villa très équipée. Elle mériterait un petit rafraîchissement pour retrouver sa beauté d'antan. Le personnel Abdou et Chaimaa ont été aux petits soins avec nous et les enfants. Sofiane +212 697-483897 notre chauffeur était très professionnel et nous a fait découvrir des pepites comme le glacier Oliveri à Marrakech et bien d'autres. Nous reviendrons avec plaisir !

Très bon séjour.

Nous avons passé 15 jours dans ce riad à 7 personnes,merci à Mr Mouzoun pour les equipement de ce riad et un grand merci à Abdelali pour sa gentillesse et sa proximité en cas d'imprévu. Nous n'avons pas loué de véhicule,Abdelali a un 4/4 de 9 places,à la demande il fait des excursions et autres à des tarifs vraiment correct. Objectivement : Le Riad est très très bien équipés et 100% sans vis à vis à l'intérieur du riad. À l'intérieur du riad,la piscine a été refaite et elle a un promontoire pour plonger et elle est vraiment grande et nettoyée tous les jours par le pisciniste.beaucoup d'espace autour de la piscine ,fauteuils pour bronzer... toutes les chambres et salon sont équipés de climatiseurs de qualité,idem pour la literie des chambres.Salle de sport au top,sac de boxe gants,vélo elliptique,steeper,tapis de gym,corde à sauter ,banc de musculation,haltères......ballons foot,volley et plus de 10 vélos VTT avec casque pour adultes et enfants et un grand merci à Abdelali de nous avoir mis à disposition la petite moto Yamaha pw les enfants étaient heureux. En ce qui concerne la chambre d'observation,les télescopes sont géniaux surtout le gros,nous le sortions de la chambre sur le toit et là franchement la lune et les astres à portée de vue EXTRAORDINAIRE. Vu la température extérieure nous n'avons pas utilisé le sauna et ni le hammam,idem pour la cuisine nous mangions dehors,si ce n'est les petits ustensiles.Fonctionnement de la machine à laver impeccable. A l'extérieur,un grand jardin avec une grande partie en pelouse verte,et franchement chapeau pour cette pelouse à cette époque,au fond du jardin,des chèvres un âne,des paons ,moutons,poule,coqs... dépaysement total. Au milieu du jardin un grand Tranpoline fonctionnel ainsi que des hamacs,tables,chaises... Le riad se trouve sur la route de l'ourika à proximité de la ligne de bus 25 et 251 qui va directement à la place elfna. Sur cette route il y'a un arrêt en face du centre commercial almazar et franchement très pratique avec Carrefour ,glacier,pizzeria,crêperie bowling,jeux pour enfants,salle de prière ,cinéma megarama et autres,nous y allions en famille et en bus cela nous a bien dépanné. Quoi dire de plus,le soleil était au rendez-vous,belles ballades,baignade sport.Nous mettons ce riad dans notre carnet d'adresse.Convient parfaitement aux familles avec enfants.(chambres avec lit bébé). NB:le ménage était inclus c'est vraiment un plus,car c'est une grande demeure.

Week-end de rêve à Marrakech

Nous rentrons d'un magnifique week-end dans la villa Tigmi Mouzoun où nous avons séjourné 4 jours 3 nuits. Nous avons été accueilli à l'aéroport par Abdel Ali, point de départ d'un week-end de détente totale! Abdel Ali et Taieb sont super sympathiques, à l'écoute, très réactifs et serviables. Nous avons été très agréablement surpris par toutes les attentions portées envers leurs hôtes. Merci à eux!!! La villa est tout simplement magnifique et colle à la description faite; piscine, jaccuzzi, hamam... Le tout est propre et en bon état! En conclusion nous avons adoré et prévoyons déjà d'y retourner l'année prochaine! Antoine et Laura.

A beautiful home from home

My friends and I loved our stay at the villa. We all spent a marvellous time relaxing in the olive grove, swimming in the pool, sunbathing in the secluded courtyard and stargazing from the roof terrace. We were greeted so warmly when we arrived and looked after very well while we were there by Abdelali and the gardener, who brought us fresh herbs from the garden to cook with, and honey and olive oil and pots of tea made with fresh mint. We also loved to see the baby goats in the garden. We were all planning our return visit before we had even left! And hopefully for longer next time. Thank you all for your hospitality and sharing your beautiful house.

Excellent stay! Photos don't do it justice

We had such a great time in this villa. Firstly we would like to thank the owners they were so helpful and particularly Ali who took us around Morocco for our stay and was always at hand to help us if we had any queries. The villa was nice and clean with traditional decor and artwork throughout. The main reason I chose this villa was the facilities like Sauna/steam, hot tub and the secluded pool all to ourselves, it was well worth the money. There was so much room the kids had a great time running about on each floor. Also there were some toys and games and the kids loved the PlayStation. 2 towels were provided in each room all of which had new bedding and duck down duvets. There was a new washing machine and fridge. Kitchen was large with lots of pots and pans to cook. Complimentary lunch upon arrival in the traditional tagine was superb. Ali even gave us a tagine to take home. (made it home on 1 piece). We would definitely return again. Photos don't do it justice.

Stunning, peaceful and truly beautiful..

Definitely exceeded our expectations. Pictures do not do this property justice! Location was ideal. Abdel ali and the team were extremely hospitable. Hopefully see them for another stay in the near future Inshallah!

Chance to live like kings

What can be said that hasnt already. Wow, talk about living like kings. This place is huge. Wendy and I went without expecting to be stunned as much as we were. Our jaws hit the floor and stayed there till we left 10 days later. Ali and co made sure we wanted for nothing, bending over backwards for the whole stay. I could go on and on about how amazing this holiday has been, even the weather which wasnt great, didnt spoil the adventure. Got to say though, marrakesh market is huge, we did get lost in there, seriously lost. But that just added to the thrill, and you must get the bus. So easy to get to the super market. Wendy cooked all our meals and there was ample utensils to see to any meal, even a barbecue outside, which we never got to use. Garden was fantastic. This will surely go down as the best holiday ive ever had. Many thanks to Ali and gang, and his mum and dad for making our stay so amazing

Gigantesca e stupenda villa nella periferia

La villa è davvero molto grande, con grandi spazi aperti molto piacevoli. Le camere sono belle curate ed hanno tutto il necessario, cucina e salotto sono non troppo grandi ma molto accoglienti.Il bagno in cortile con vasca, sauna e jacuzzi ha reso la nostra vacanza ancora più rilassante. il prato all'esterno è enorme, molto molto bello sia per grandi che per bambini. Le persone che hanno assistito il nostro soggiorno sono molto gentili e premurose, l'ospitalità è davvero davvero molto bella. Da tenere in considerazione la distanza dalla città. Ottima scelta, molto consigliatauna casa in cui tornerei sicuramente

great holydays

We had a very nice time in Tigmi Mouzoun, all the team is very helpfull and always keen to help, the food was also very good! Thank you very much to all of them. This house is actually bigger than what appears on the pictures, we were impressed at our arrival and the kids loved playing in the garden with the animals and the trampoline. I recommend this house very typical and full of charm.

Location très agréable, à la hauteur de l'annonce

C'est la première fois que nous louyions un riad. En arrivant , le riad correspond exactement aux photos. J'ai même l'impression qu'il est plus grand que sur les photos. Le jardin est également très vaste et bien entretenu. Il est à mi chemin entre Marrakech et la vallée de l'ourika. Ça a été une bonne expérience, l'endroit est très calme, parfait pour se détendre. Le point négatif est qu'on a loué en octobre, pour profiter de la piscine, c'est largement faisable, mais elle se trouve vite à l'ombre. Je conseil de louer plus tôt.

Fantastic!!!

The property was exactly like described. Extremely spacious, which was great as a family of 8 people was staying, and it never ever felt crowded. The swimming pool is just perfect, and the place was very clean throughout. The beds are very firm, and the hammam is a great bonus (although we only used it once). The location is great, 15 min from Marrakech, and 20 min from Ourika for a good day out and a great tajine!! Overall great stay, and the gem that made it even better was Tayeb, the guardian. Very discreet, but always very friendly and available for help when needed: top man! Thanks and we will definitely come back next year if the villa is available when we are in Marrakech!

A beautiful and spacious property. Highly recommen

The villa was absolutely beautiful with a beautiful garden and all the necessary amenities. Extremely helpful ,pleasant and well mannered people who help you from the beginning of the booking through till the end of your stay and beyond. I would definitely recommend Tigmi Mouzoun to any family or group of people who are wanting to go to Marrakesh. The olive and orange trees add to the beauty of this very spacious property which is actually a lot bigger in reality than it looks in the pictures. The ideal place to relax and unwind.

Séjour inoubliable!!!

Notre séjour date d'octobre 2015 et nous n'avions malheureusement pas eu l'opportunité de poster notre appréciation quant à ce lieu magnifique..... nous tenions absolument à faire un retour, certes tardif mais très positif! Nous sommes un couple avec deux enfants âgés de 3 et 5 ans qui avons passé une semaine au sein de la villa. Dès notre arrivée nous avons été chaleureusement pris en charge et un thé marocain nous attendait déjà. Nous avons tout de suite été charmés par le cadre; la villa se trouve au milieu d'une campagne marocaine...très dépaysant. Une fois arrivés dans l'enceinte, la grande étendue d'herbe et la petite basse cour au fond du jardin donnent le ton : un vrai havre de paix. De nombreux arbres fruitiers parsèment l'immense jardin et les oliviers viennent rappeler le sud marocain. Avant d'entrer dans la villa, une large terrasse parcoure tout le pourtour de la maison, de nombreuses tables et chaises sont installées et on a tout de suite envie de s'y poser. Dès l'entrée dans la villa, nous sommes frappés par l'espace et par cette cour à ciel ouvert où des transats nous attendent. La maison est parfaitement équipée : de la cuisine, en passant par la salle de musculation, et des chambres qui possèdent toutes une salle de bain privative. Le jacuzzi et le hammam sont tout juste au top et permettent de se détendre le soir après des sorties dans le Haut Atlas (nous vous conseillons fortement de vous rendre à Setti-Fatema! Vous y déjeunerez les pieds dans l'eau ;)). La piscine quant à elle est suffisamment grande pour accueillir plusieurs personnes et elle peut être chauffée. De nombreux jeux gonflables sont à disposition pour les enfants. Nos filles se sont beaucoup amusées et ont pu profiter de l'espace; elles ont d'ailleurs fait du trampoline, qui se trouve dans le jardin, et elles ont pu approcher les animaux de la petite ferme (mouton, âne, poules..). Des vélos ont été gentiment mis à notre disposition et nous avons pu faire des balades en famille dans la campagne marocaine. La gentillesses et l'accueil de notre hôte AbdelAli nous ont particulièrement touchés. Il a été très à l'écoute et se souciait de la qualité de notre séjour, sans pour autant être trop intrusif...S'agissant des alentours de cette location, vous pourrez aisément rejoindre Jamah Elfenna, la Koutoubiya ou le jardin des majorelles. Le Haut Atlas est à 15 mn en voiture et mérite d'être visité. Nous recommandons à tous ce magnifique endroit!

super adresse , service au top!

Nous avons passé 1 semaine en famille (11 personnes, dont 4 trés jeunes enfants) dans la belle maison de M. Mouzoun. Dés la réservation, M. Mouzoun a été trés disponible, prévenant, répondant favorablement à toutes nos demandes (prise en charge à l'aéroport, poussette pour les enfants etc..) . La maison est trés agréable et trés belle, bien plus vaste que sur les photos, trés sécurisante pour les enfants qui vont et viennent autour du patio et peuvent voir les animaux dans le jardin. L'architecture est vraiment traditionnelle, les chambres et sdb sont vastes, les espaces de vie confortables. Abdelali est aux petits soins, tous les jours, pour l'entretien des espaces communs, et résoudre illico tous les petits tracas. Surtout demandez à bénéficier de la cuisine de Fatima pour les repas du soir et le petit déjeuner, on a eu droit à tout l'éventail de la gastronomie marocaine, un vrai régal!!. Vous êtes ici en pleine campagne, rien de luxueux autour, mais avec l'ambiance et la chaleur de gens simples qui vous accueillent comme des amis. Pour les transports, nous avons pris le bus tous les jours pour aller à marrakech (au milieu des étudiants et des habitants..) 30 minutes de trajet pour la Place Jema el fna .Sinon, pour aller aux golfs et plus loin, c'est en taxi qui arrive sur demande. En bref, on s'est régalés!, une super expérience, qui change des riads du centre ville . Merci à toute la famille Mouzoun

Fantastic House and Holiday!

I cannot fully express how lovely our stay at Tigmi Mouzoun was. The photos really don't do the villa or gardens justice. They were stunning. The flowers and blossom scent was magical. Abdelali and his family were amazing and brought us so many surprises, meals and fresh produce from the gardens and fresh eggs. They really made the holiday very special. If we need to stay near Marrakesh again, we will definitely be back. The location of the house is extremely convenient for Marrakesh and the mountains, everything in the house was clean, working and as described if not better! Wonderful in every respect!

Lovely stay

Very pleasant stay at Tigmi Mouzoun. Very smooth airport pickup, and it was nice to arrive to a hot meal cooked for us. They very helpfully provide a local mobile phone and help on site for any issues. A little far to Marrakech (30 mins) but very quiet and relaxing location. Great safe place for children to play, and the trampoline was a big hit! I didnt like the lack of privacy in the en suite bathrooms (glass walls and no doors!!) and the beds are VERY hard. Otherwise, no complaints!

We all thoroughly enjoyed all the facilities the house offers and could not have been more impressed with the care and attention shown to us by the owners brother who provided us with a lovely welcoming meal on our arrival, and also the guide and driver who collected and returned us to the airport and showed us around the Berber market in the mountains - an experience we will never forget, and took us to be shown around the atmospheric centre of Marrakech. Wonderful trip!

Wonderful Tigmi Mouzoun

Hard to know where to start with our good thoughts. The villa is wonderfully comfortable and has facilities we do not have at home, which we loved so much - the Hammam, hot tub, games room and obviously the views to the surrounding countryside and Atlas Mountains. We enjoyed the views so much, especially sunrise over the Atlas and sunset over the plain. The pool was always a delightful temperature and we had lovely, lazy days sunbathing and swimming. We used the outside barbecue, which was great and we mastered kebabs and bananas with Nutella as delicious meals. We also used the tagines and cooked local beef and chicken from the souk - both very successful. We took a cycle ride one day and whenever we wanted to do something Abdelali and the team were so helpful and kind. The gluten-free food Abdelali brought was so kind and I took some away when we went to the desert, so it was greatly appreciated. Also, Abdelali brought us surprise meals such as fish from Essaouira and soup when we were tired from a long day travelling, again so much appreciated. Abdelali went over and above anything we could have expected, making our trip even more enjoyable. Rachid's trips were great. Essaouira including a spectacular fish lunch and carpet kasbah (stretching our luggage capacity). Marrakech highlights really interesting and a great lunch in the new town. 3 valleys day trip including Setti Fatma where the guide who took us to the waterfalls was fantastic, bearing in mind we had at least 3 people scared of heights and I have a metal knee joint! Lunch by the river was really good too. Sahara trip including Ouarzazate, Ait Benhaddou and a wonderful night in the Dades Gorge at a lovely, welcoming hotel. The next day Todra Gorge and on to Merzouga to dress for the desert and meet the camels. A night under the Saharan skies was amazing with shooting stars, good supper and drumming and a sandstorm! Very authentic, although it sent us into our tents. We loved the camels! Rachid chose such good places, even the stops for coffees and juices were spectacular and he helped us bargain for a plate, all wonderful service! All the driving arrangements were very good and we had lifts whenever we needed them, which included a Sunday souk and another village to buy local food, which made a really good change from Carrefour! So, I think I have covered all of our lovely holiday and I hope we will return to see blossom in the spring or snow in the winter.

Fantastic Place and Excellent Hospitality

We booked this villa for our family of six, myself, my wife and 4 daughters (22, 16, 12 & 9). This was our first holiday in Marrakech and we all had an absolutely wonderful time. We were greeted on arrival by AbdelAli (manager) who treated us with a complimentary Tagine lunch and mint tea. Even the owner (El Houssine) who was at the time working in Cyprus telephoned to welcome us, which was a really good touch. We were given a mobile phone with all the necessary contact numbers should we require any assistance. Their hospitality was exceptional, in particular AbdelAli who went out of his way to meet our every requirement. He arranged for Marika (the cook) to prepare meals at short notice and also went and sourced all the ingredients for us. One evening he even ordered & collected Pizza’s for us from Dominos in central Marrakech. The villa itself is huge and the photos really do not do it justice, there is a lot of floor space and all the rooms are big and have air conditioning. The pool is also a very good size and was cleaned on alternate days. All the facilities were present as advertised and we made use of them including Jacuzzi and the Hamam (Steam room) which were superb. There is also documentation on a range of excursions should you wish to book them with Rachid, their appointed driver, who makes you feel safe and secure throughout. Loads of garden space for relaxing with hammock, trampoline small slide etc and large veranda with sofas, tables, chairs etc. Cycles are also available if you wish to use them or even take them to go down to the local shops. The villa is really well located in "la route de l'ourika" between Marrakech downtown (20km) & Atlas Mountains. There is a Carrefour supermarket about 20 minute drive from the villa towards Marrakech. I highly recommend a stay here as it provides excellent value and everything you could ever need and more, best of all the lovely people who went out of their way to make sure our every need was catered for. We had a fantastic stay!!!!!

A Great Villa for larger paries

A great villa 20km easy drive from Marrakesh. We stayed here with our adult children and partners, 8 of us in total. We were pleasantly surprised at how large the villa was; a good deal larger than it appeared on the website. It has five good sized bedrooms, all with efficient air conditioning. The courtyard is large and offers plenty of room for sunbathing on the loungers and double loungers provided. There is even more space on two levels of rooftop; plenty of room to get away from others if required! For those wishing to be active there is a small gym with weights, a punchbag, stepper and oblique exerciser. For those wishing to relax further there is a hot tub. The swimming pool is elevated and 1.6m depth throughout. It is of painted concrete rather than tiled finish which gives the appearance of not being so clean, however this proved not to be the case and it was well maintained throughout our stay. There are plenty of spaces to escape the sun if required. The buildings provide shade around the southern edge of the courtyard and to the north and there is a huge dual-aspect undercover verandah which has a sofa and three sets of tables and chairs. We alternated between eating here and moving one of the tables onto the lush grass in the middle of the olive grove which the verandah overlooks. Both locations made for relaxed al fresco dining. Wonderfully there were no mosquitos whatsover! Beyond the olive grove is a smallholding which has sheep a donkey and chickens. The kitchen is adequately equipped but has no dishwasher. This would be useful for the large groups for which the villa is suited. It also gets quite hot, particularly as the fridge/freezer has to work hard. A good fan is provided though which provides useful air circulation. A nice touch is the Nespresso coffee machine with free capsules. The villa is managed by the owner's brother (Ali for short) who couldn't have been more helpful He even lent us a Moroccan mobile for the duration of our stay which was useful for contacting him without having to walk the length of the drive. It was also useful to call Marrakesh by Air to book our hot air ballon ride! There are also 12 bicycles provides for guest use, although we didn't use them in the August heat. The drive to and from Marrakesh is very straightforward with a large Carrefour about 15-20 mins away on the main road. We thoroughly enjoyed our time at Tigmi Mouson and are happy to recommend it

très positif! riad extra! Famille formidable!

Nous garderons à jamais le souvenir d un très bon moment passé en famille dans ce riad, tout est là! Le confort, la propretée, la déco art artisanale et savoir faire du maroc! Une grande piscine et un jaccuzi! comme sur les photos du site! Les restaurants et les attractions sont nombreux dans le coin! à seulement 20min Marrakech la ville magique vous ouvre ses bras! Nous tenons à dire également que le plus beau trésor de ce riad c est la famille Mouzoun qui vous accueille et vous conseille dès votre arrivée une chaleure humaine extraordinaire! Pour nous! un vrai coup de coeur! Nous recommandons ce riad à tout ceux qui veulent passer de très belles vancances! Nous espérons pouvoir y retourner très vite!
