Home is located just south of John Pennekamp Park. Direct ocean access. Very clean canal that you can enjoy kayaking and swimming. You will be paddling thru the John Pennekamp Park canals where you can enjoy nature at its best. There are two double kayaks for your use. The neighborhood is beautiful and quiet. There is a pool with lounge chairs to enjoy reading, music and favorite beverages. The house is two stories. Bottom floor has a sitting area with a full refrigerator, a full bathroom and the bedroom is ample with a king size bed. The second floor has a very comfortable living room area with a big screen smart TV. It is open concept so your kitchen, dining area and living area is all together for great togetherness. There are three bedrooms and two bathrooms. Two bedrooms have queen beds. The master has a king size bed with a very big and splendid bathroom. All mattresses are new and top of the line. House is stocked with plenty of beach towels and extra linens. Kitchen is fully equipped with everything you will need to make a grand meal. Every bedroom has a smart TV. Upstairs balcony has a beautiful water view. The living room sofa is also a queen sleeper.The downstairs area has plenty of very comfortable seating to enjoy the ocean breeze. There is a full kitchen downstairs and also a gas grill where you can cook your favorite meal. It is equipped with a Teo burner Gas stove, stainless steel sink, refrigerator with granite countertops. Upstairs balcony has a charcoal Webber for those who prefer charcoal grilling. The area downstairs has its own private entrance so you could enjoy having some privacy and still enjoy the company. There are plenty of restaurants a couple of minutes away. Supermarket and drug stores are two minutes away. You will be very happy and comfortable in this home. It is a happy and peaceful place.
