Ideal two bedrooms penthouse, at the top 5th floor of an apartment building, surrounded by huge garden and spectacular trees, located in North Athens at the area of Marousi, 10 minutes walking distance to suburban railway station that leads you to the airport and to the center of Athens in 20 minutes.
It can host up to 5 persons.
Very close to the apartment there is the Olympic Stadium of Athens, the two biggest shopping centers, the Mall and 1st in Europe Golden Hall and the most known Maternity and General hospitals like MITERA, IASO, YGEIA, IATRIKO KENTRO, KAT etc.
At the neighborhood you can find, a super market, mini markets, play ground for the kids, cafes, restaurants, pharmacies, bakeries, a traditional food shop, meat shop and a beautiful fish tavern.
You can enjoy breakfast or dinner with your family or your friends at the large nice view independent balcony with flowers.
The way to the main entrance of the building is wide and well lit with no stairs so the apartment is accessible to everybody.
A huge elevator (for 5-8 persons) can get you easily to the fifth floor.There is a private parking area in the building that belongs to the apartment.
The living room is cozy with a fire place, a ceiling fan, 3d tv, satellite tv programs, 24 hours Wi-fi, music system and a big- 4 persons-couch.
One bedroom has a king size bed and the other a semi double bed (1.20cmx2.00m), computer working space and a tv. Both are fully air conditioned.
One person can sleep at the huge couch in the living room and one more in a sofa bed.
It has a separate fully equipped kitchen with oven, microwave and ceramic cooker, dish washer, refrigerator, coffee machine for filter, espresso and Greek coffee, toaster, water kettle, six persons table and all the amenities to prepare any meal.
In the bathroom there is a bath tub, shower and a clothes washer.
The guests can access the whole house.
Pet hospitality will be considered on a case-by-case basis. The hospitality of aid animals is, of course, allowed.
