This brand new, clean, well equipped and spacious apartment is nestled in the valley below historic Kennesaw Mountain. It is conveniently located within minutes of I-75, I-575 & Kennesaw State University. You will find yourself surrounded by upscale shopping, an abundance of entertainment, and over 150 area restaurants. Take a walk, run or bike ride along the 7-mile Noonday Creek Trail that connects to the property, a rare amenity in an urban environment.

This 2 bedroom, 2 bath apartment home can sleep 4 guests with 1 king bed and 1 queen. It is perfect for a short get-away or a longer stay. We are pet friendly! Amenities include a pool, fitness center, dog spa, business center, car wash, clubhouse and access to the Noonday Creek Trail which features Zagster Bike Share. You will enjoy a dose of fresh air sitting from the balcony on the third floor.

Great place!

Our stay in Georgia for a baseball tournament was great until it unfortunately had to be cut short because of a medical emergency back home. For the two days we got to appreciate the listing, it was wonderful! Plenty of room! Clean! Everything we needed! If we return to Georgia next year for baseball, we will definitely be booking again!

Our son was playing baseball in the area and this apartment served our needs perfectly. I especially enjoyed the pool on the hot afternoons that we did not have to be at the field.

Nice, secure, 2/2 apartment. Nice secluded area and tree view. Firmest bed I have ever tried to sleep on. Being on the third floor meant 2 long staircases and dragging everything up and down.

For the first step to the last it was a great experience. The location is excellent with easy access to shops, restaurants and places for sightseeing. During my stay I had a question and the host was very responsive and answered my question within virtually 5 minutes of me submitting the question. I would highly recommend this location to anyone looking for nice, clean, centrally located and secure property. If we had more stars to give we would give them.

Very nice place. nice people that will work with you. If you have a problem, they’ll solve it and in the area very close to Atlanta, and very close to other places that you can visit too. like the falls and train tours either way 20 to 30 minutes away. And a lot of good places to eat in the area to.

We were in town for Christmas to visit Dad in an assisted living home. Very nice condo that was pet friendly. Well stocked and comfortable. We were a little confused checking in but that was because it was dark and we weren’t sure where the unit was.

Overall it was a nice place to stay.

Overall it was a nice place to stay. There was an incredibly strong, chemical smell when we first got there. It did go away after a few hours. The bed pillows were awful!! We tried reaching out to management for over two days to remedy this and we were not able to get a response. The pillows in both rooms were incredibly flat and hard causing us neck and headaches. The unit was decorated nicely and it was very spacious. It was much better than staying in a hotel. Like other reviews mention, there are two flights of stairs to climb with you luggage. It’s on the top floor. The complex’s are situated behind a mall so even though the pictures on the listing look like you are out of town, you are not. There are a nice lining of tress to look at, but just on the other side is a mall. Press # after entering the gate code. Tap the pool card to open the pool gate, the key on the sponge bracelet does nothing, but taping the card will open the pool gate.

Nearly Perfect!

I could have easily given this booking a 5 star review, however, our check-in process was a bit frustrating. Upon arrival at 4:20pm we had everything we needed EXCEPT for the door code. Apparently the door code that was issued to me 26 days in advance was programed to allow access beginning at 5pm instead of the stated check-in time of 4pm. This was extremely frustrating, especially in the 90 degree heat, terrible traffic and multiple trips up two flights of stairs. We never received an apology from Stephanie about the issue until our check-out day (even though I had sent a message with my concerns immediately following our debacle of getting in). However, once we gained access to the unit, everything was nearly perfect! The apartment is very spacious, beautifully decorated and super comfy. The king size bed was comfortable and the sheets were super soft. The pool and surrounding facilities were gorgeous. Entering through the gated access was simple and gave a sense of safety. There was plenty of parking. We had no issues with noise or problem neighbors. There were lots of added bonuses, such as Shampoo and Conditioners, hair dryers, laundry detergent, coffee, foil, paper towels, trash bags and toilet paper. The only thing I could suggest to add to the kitchen would be: ice cream scoop, rubber spatula, a 2-4 cup measuring cup and dish rags/towels. This was an easy 20 minute drive to Lake Point for baseball games. I would stay here again in the future.

Great place!

We were in town for a baseball tournament and the apartment was in a great, convenient location to the highway, shops and restaurants. The unit was perfect for our family, It was very clean and the beds were very comfortable. Our family also enjoyed the pool! I would highly recommend this property!

Great place

Nice apartment, clean and in a great location. We would stay again. My only other feedback would be there was no soap, shampoo, etc and we don’t always bring those with us because they are typically provided. And there was only one roll of toilet paper on each bathroom so we had to purchase more. But we still had a great stay.

Great Apartment! Would rent again.

Fantastic place! Very clean, Nice size. Comfortable beds. Kitchen has all the cookware supplies you need. AC worked great. Apartment complex was very nice. Great proximity to KSU, highway, and shopping. Would 100% rent again! We didn’t bring pets, but they allow them. Which is hard to find! So we appreciate that for next time. Heads up: minimal toiletry supplies provided - so bring shampoo, extra toilet paper, paper towels, garbage bags etc.. Walmart Complex next door rundown but close for shopping. Unit is on the third floor - no elevator.
