Ground Transportation: For $18 per person you can book your transportation with the resort at least one week in advance. Transportation to Vidanta Riviera Maya is provided by Cancún Bay. When you get through customs at the airport, look for a driver wearing navy pants and a blue shirt with a Cancún Bay logo, carrying a sign for your resort hotel.
You will have to pay for the return shuttle ride to the airport and can register the trip with the concierge.

$18 per person fee for taxi ride from Resort to Airport. Contact Concierge for reservation. $25 Fee for Covid Test to return to your destination.

Things to Know
Passports are required for anyone traveling to Mexico, including children.

When you pass through Immigration, the officer will give you a portion of your immigration form. Please keep this in a safe place—we recommend inside your passport—since you will need this upon departure from Mexico. We take great care to create safe, healthy environments for our members.

We provide purified water and bottled water in all rooms and we use purified water in all of our restaurants.

Activities - There’s always fun to be had at Riviera Maya! Enjoy resort nature walks, fix up a drink in our mixology classes, or hop on a grand excursion. Activities are available for kids, adults, and the whole family.

Timeshare presentation - I highly recommend you do not sign up for the presentation unless you want to spend 4-6 hours listening to them tell you how much money you will save. Book it on VRBO and save yourself a lot money.
