Studio flat in Urbino (Italy) Town center

For the moment rent only for short periods. The rest of the year I rent to students for the academic year. Newly renovated studio with kitchenette and independent bathroom It is located in the historic center of Urbino near the main square, the Palazzo Ducale at the home of Raffaello Da Urbino, you can easily reach Pesaro, Rimini, Ravenna, San Marino.
Not safe or unsuitable for children (0-12 years)
Smoking is not permitted
Animals are not allowed

Check-in time: 11:00 - 17:00
Check-out by 10:00

Please specify the check-in time at least the day before arrival.

Per il momento affitto solo per brevi periodi. Il resto dell'anno affitto a studenti per l'anno accademico. Monolocale appena ristrutturato provvisto di angolo cottura e bagno indipendente E' situato nel centro storico di Urbino vicino alla piazza principale, al Palazzo Ducale alla casa di Raffaello Da Urbino si può facilmente raggiungere Pesaro, Rimini, Ravenna, San Marino.
Non sicuro o inadatto per i bambini (0-12 anni)
