The house and pool deck command open unrestricted sea views.
Comprises five substantially large bedrooms + studio apartment:
- Main double bedroom with en-suite bathroom leading from walk-in wardrobe. Balcony / sea views
- 2nd twin bedroom with balcony / sea views
- 3rd twin bedroom with sea views.
Bathroom for 2nd and 3rd bedrooms.
- 4th and 5th twin bedrooms on lower level having ample light with electric windows. Bath/shower room on same level for 4th and 5th bedrooms.
-6th studio apartment with shower room and kitchenette.
Large spacious lounge combined with dining area leading on to the sundeck / pool area, perfect for entertaining. Billiards, table tennis and table football are also in this large area.
Guest toilet.
Kitchen, living / TV room and breakfast area combined, leads to the front sundeck with canopy for dining and back garden.
The sizeable swimming pool has ample sun deck space, shaded areas and a pool shower.

Beautiful villa, very well equipped and maintained. Very spacious for 9 of us. Nothing was too much trouble for Andrew or Wilfredo. The pool was wonderful, very cooling in the heat. Good advice provided in relation to eating locally and a great tip about Greens supermarket deliveries!

We recently stayed at this villa/bungalow for 11nights. The property had everything we needed for a fabulous stay. Very spacious with an open plan kitchen/living area. Great games room and spacious bedrooms. Fab views from the house and pool area looking out to sea. Nothing was to much trouble for the hosts. Some great trails in close proximity and a good taxi service if wanting to venture further afield at a reasonable price. We would recommend this property.

Beautiful stay

We were a group of seven people and stayed about one week. The house is great, clean with a nice view outside and equipped with everything you might need. Andrew is a really nice guy, helped us a lot and give some tips for trips around. We really can recommend to stay here.

Excellent villa

We stayed here as a group of 10 and found it to be plenty big enough. The apartment is in a good location and has lovely sea views. Would recommend to any large group visiting Malta!

Villa with a view

We had a fantastic weeks stay at this villa, Andrew couldn’t have been more helpful. The view from the property was amazing and the amenities were extremely good, with the added bonus of a basketball net which we weren’t aware of until we arrived. We all had a lovely holiday. We would highly recommend this villa to everyone.

Magnificent Villa

The villa is magnificent, exactly like in the photos. We had an excellent week. Andrew is a thoughtful and helpful host, as well as his assistant. However, you need to be careful with electricity and water to avoid any extra charge. The location is perfect for visiting the island. I highly recommend it.

Wedding anniversary celebration

A most welcoming host; Andrew and his assistant Wilfredo were waiting for our arrival, a very good briefing on the Villa and the amenities was given along with an easy contact route if needed. The rooms were all very good and the bedrooms setup to match our specific requirements. We really enjoyed the pool and the outside patio. The Children (and some adults!) enjoyed the games room. Spacious and relaxing

Thank you Andrew for being a great host. The house was clean, spacious and well equipped. The pool was nice and deep and a great size for our family to enjoy together. Beautiful Villa

We had a wonderful fortnight here! The villa is spacious and modern; the outside area beautiful with a fabulous pool and amazing views. It was close enough to local supermarkets to make shopping easy with a hired car. The local beach was within walking distance and towns a short cab ride away. There is a lot of local building being done but this didn't really disturb us at all. Thoroughly recommended!

Great week in this lovely villa

Had a great stay here for a week when coming to Malta for a wedding. Villa had everything we needed and more. Loads of space and activities to do. 10 min walk to the water park. Kids loved the pool. Few issues. Parts of the ceiling did fall down ina bedroom but host got it cleaned up right away. And there was a problem with the en-suite toilet on the last night. Did keep getting reminded about electric and water usage which was odd when you’ve have paid thousands and the villa was half empty for half of the week.

Views cannot be matched! Beautiful villa in great location

Wonderful villa in great location. Easy to get to everything on the island. This was a 50th birthday trip back to my birthplace and it was great to have so much space for the whole family. Andrew was very nice and accommodating. He was always there if we needed anything - helped with our taxis - but did not intrude on our stay at all. Villa had everything you could need on vacation. AC has a limit per day so make sure you are aware of that if traveling from the US like us where we are used to unlimited access! Still it was handled well and we managed! Would definitely stay here again!

Amazing Luxury Villa

We hired the villa for a week to celebrate my 60th birthday with my husband, 4 adult children and their partners. It is really true-the photos do not do this villa justice. Five marvellous bedrooms including one master en suite- best bedroom I’ve ever stayed in. Quality of linen and towels superb. 3 further bathrooms including the separate walk in pool shower and a further toilet. The 2 downstairs bedrooms are equally beautiful - with daylight through clever roof windows. The pool, grounds and outside seating is nicely equipped with plenty of choice for sun and shade. Nice cushioned chairs and sun beds. BBQ new. The whole house including the kitchen has everything you could possibly need- so good we chose to eat in about 5 nights out of the 7 enjoying entertaining as a family Andrew and his housekeeper were on hand to explain the set up and actively helped the holiday run smoothly from a housekeeping view. From the initial booking till leaving the communication and checking in was great. Although Andrew lives below the villa in a completely separate accommodation we never felt intruded upon in any way. The villa exceeded our expectations in every way. There is parking for one vehicle within the gates and plenty on the road outside. There is some building work next to and in front of the building- a little noisy in the morning but it didn’t get my kids up before 9! We didn’t notice it too much and it certainly didn’t spoil our stay. AMAZING! .

Superbe Villa

Superbe villa très bien équipée.( Billard, babyfoot table de ping-pong, piscine, cuisine, barbecue....) Andrew le propriétaire est vraiment a l'écoute et nous a accueilli très gentiment. La villa est extrêmement propre a l'intérieur comme à l'extérieur et conforme aux descriptions de l'annonce donc aucunes mauvaises surprises a l'arrivée. Je recommande fortement la location de cette villa pour les grandes familles ou les groupes d'amis qui voudraient passer du bon temps à Malte.

I am from Malta!

The whole of my life I've been surrounded by travel and hospitality. This is thanks to my Dad’s and his brothers shipping agency and travel business at the time. Along the journey we also owned hotels which I worked in, as well as working at the agencies. I gained valuable experience providing services for all sorts in the trade. It resulted into, thankfully, owning this magnificent villa which truly ignites my passion to rent out.

My hobby is sailing, having participated in various regattas.

Thea area is peaceful and enjoys open, extensive sea views. On some days and nights you can even see the island of Sicily.
It is perfect for walking in the country side as well as on the seaside.
It is most ideal for a families.

The location is unique for a villa rental because since it is a quiet, sought-after residential area. most of the properties are lived in by their owners. It is amongst the most sought-after area on the island because although it is a quiet residential area, it is still quiet close to St. Julian's, Sliema and Valletta.
The property enjoys open, extensive sea views from most rooms.

It is within walking distance to the seaside rocky beaches, The bus stop is also within walking distance, as well as the 'Splash and Fun' water park and a few good eateries.
