Wonderful property for families. We had two families each with 3 kids. The loft bunk area accommodated all the kids perfectly. The pinball machine was a huge hit! Would definitely stay again.

Great winter getaway

We had a great experience at the property. We had nine people, 4 adults and five kids and had plenty of space. The place is centrly located, clean and well stocked. Bathrooms are nice and new and linens were comfortable. Had an amazing stay and will definitely stay again.

The property was incredibly spacious with large open Family areas and bedrooms. The three full bathrooms made a convenient for everyone. The floors were a little squeaky but other than that the place was great and we would definitely stay here again.

Great condo near shuttle to slopes!

Loved being by so close to a shuttle stop and a very quick ride to the Eagle lift! Condo was well equipped, clean, and comfortable! Nomadness was excellent in their responsiveness to any and all questions. Bonus was that the loft bunks are full size, not twins! My teenager is 6ā€™3ā€, so a twin bed would not have been as comfortable. We had a great week - mammoth did not disappoint!

Need Baby gates !

We enjoyed staying at this condo however, for our family, we needed a few baby gates to keep the toddlers off the stairs !!! This is a great place for kids from 7 years old and up but not so good for 3 and under. šŸ¤¦šŸ»ā€ā™€ļø

Everything we needed!

We really enjoyed this property. The location was great, parking was convenient (though spots were small/short), and the setting across from the golf course is beautiful. We only had five people staying in the unit, but other family members staying nearby came to hang out with us because the unit was so nice! The kitchen has everything you could want, from coffee maker to waffle maker and instant pot. The rooms are spacious and there are plenty of bathrooms. I would love to come back and try this spot in the winter. We have stayed at many rental properties in Mammoth over the years, and this unit ranks right up there with our favorites.

Wonderful vacations.

The property has a great location. Is quite and the neighbor is friendly. Property is nice but needs to replace the upstairs carpet, the living room sofas and the Matt. In order to avoid the traffic we arrived to Mammoth early and I call Nomadness for a possibility to have an early check in. And we couldnā€™t.. they didnā€™t call me back. We were waiting for more than an hour outside and nobody was inside the property was empty but either way we have to wait in our cars until 4:00 pm. If the property was ready why canā€™t we go in. The company needs to be flexible and helpful with their clients if the property is ready for the customer what is the reason to wait outside. After that everything was great.

Couldn't Ask For Anything More

This was my family's first ski trip and it couldn't have been better. The place was spacious enough for two families of four (2 adults and 2 kids each) and it's located minutes away from hiking trails and ski slopes. Fully stocked kitchen and baths made it easy to arrive and be comfortable. Highly recommended.

Great condo but read review.

This place is very nice and very well equipped. Location is fantastic. It was very clean and very comfortable. I really donā€™t have any complaints about the condo itself but just a few suggestions. The two downstairs showers have unbelievably poor shower heads. Sporadic spray. And if you have children it is literally impossible to wash a small child in both of the showers. Those could be updated. The other suggestion is that the refrigerator should be cold when you get there. You should not have to wait potentially 12 hours for a refrigerator to cool. When we go to Mammoth the first thing we do is shop at Vons and load the fridge. So this was a bit frustrating. Lastlyā€¦ this condo shares a wall with another condo. The residents of this other condo actually live there they do not rent. These people happen to be extremely sensitive and obnoxious. Like knock on the wall and tell you to turn the tv down at 7pm sensitive. Or start to complain about the way you are parked the second you pull up to unload your vehicle. No greeting or introduction just rude right out of the gate. The parking is really tight for this unit so you need to not fully park to unload your vehicle at first to make it easy. Soā€¦ this itā€™s not a dig on the condo itself but should be taken into consideration if you have large trucks or children who like to have fun and play in the evening.

Dissappointed

The cabin is very outdated with disgusting old kitchen and bathroom cabinets and showers. The downstairs bedroom bed was broke and my friend's had to sleep on the sofa upstairs. The upstairs dining room area thermostat was barely working.
