Stunning Regency end unit, sparkling with 2 amazing views!

Our condo is a second home to us, and we want our guests to feel like it is their beach home as well! We've gone to great lengths with extensive recent renovations to make it a full 5-star experience - just read the reviews! There are several things that set our unit apart from others, most notably the incredible views in two directions! Add in beach chair service, along with new appliances and other renovations that are too numerous to list fully, and you have one of the best beach vacation experiences imaginable without spending a small fortune! The 5th floor is also a great level, providing a birds-eye view of the beach while not being too high and far away.

What about our location? Navarre Beach is among the world’s best beaches, and the Regency has more beach space (over 400 ft in total) per unit than almost any condominium on the NW coast! Expect beach crowds at other locations but not here! The Regency is also one of the most desirable buildings in Navarre due to its solid construction (you rarely hear any noise above, below, or next to your unit) and its location near the pier, water sports and restaurants. Forget the traffic and crowds in Destin and Pensacola – Navarre Beach is where experienced beach lovers go!

We only rent to non-smokers only, and pets are not allowed.
