Super convenient to UK, real close to the Arboretum for nice walks on well groomed and paved trails, walking distance to great restaurants and grocery and plenty of space for off street parking. The family/game room is well stocked with board games and the kitchen had everything we needed to prepare our meals (utensils and spices) and came pre-stocked with a dozen variety of Keurig pods to get us started. I really appreciated all the extra bath towels that were available. Seth was a super responsive host. We arrived on an extremely windy day and the driveway gate had blown down. There was also a minor maintenance issue in the bathroom and Seth responded to both within minutes and had a plumber out first thing the next morning to fix the bathroom as well as someone out to fix the gate later that same day.
