The house is 1.5 km from the beach. The beach of Omaha beach is directly accessible on foot by the paths or by bike by the cycle route.
Side holiday rentals, exterior:
Terrace and private garden of about 700 m² in front of the house, south side, with a small house at the bottom of the garden.
The entry on the ground is independent, with the possibility to park several vehicles.

On the ground floor :
a large living room with wood burning stove opening onto the south facing terrace,
a large kitchen,
a large room communicating with a 'room', a bathroom,
large entrance, WC, bicycle storage.
On the 1st floor, accessible by an external staircase giving on the terrace:
entrance, 2 bedrooms, 1 bathroom with toilet.
Linens provided.
Wood provided for the stove, electric radiators in all rooms.

Services offered: personalized welcome to the nautical base of Omaha beach (1.5 km, 10 minutes by bike or car, 20 minutes walk).
Activities offered at the nautical base: sailing, catamaran, sand yachting, sea kayaking, kite surfing, long-coast, standing paddle, fat bike, bike rental, etc.

Horse riding on the beach from the village of Cabourg (2 minutes walk from the house).
