This spacious 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom condo is anxiously awaiting your arrival! Perfectly located just steps away from the sand with a majestic oceanfront view from the 17th floor.

Emerald Isle is located on the west end of Panama City Beach just minutes away from Pier Park. King sized beds in the master and second bedroom. Both master bedroom and living room overlook the ocean. Fully equipped kitchen. Flat panel TVs in all rooms. Free cable TV and Internet Service. The 10 and a half foot balcony has plenty of seating to enjoy the beachfront view. Amenities include an indoor/outdoor heated pool with a steam room, an outdoor pool, a hot tub, and an exercise room with an ocean view. There are stainless steel barbecue grills at the pool pavilion.

Our housekeeping staff is the best on the beach! Each unit is cleaned by a highly trained staff. Each unit is then inspected prior to your arrival to insure that it is in tip top shape!

Great stay!!

This was our 2nd time staying at this property and each time he been wonderful ! Helen has a beautiful condo and highly recommend her for any beach stay and look forward to staying again in the future !

Great Beach Trip

This condo was exactly what we were looking for! It was well maintained and very clean. The complex was also very well taken care of. It had one of the cleanest pools we have seen at the beach. Will definitely be staying here again in the future.

Great unit for the price

Everything was great! Was a little skeptical because there wasn’t many recent reviews. I it was under remodel so that explained why. Everything was as described. Nice having the beach chairs included with the rental.

Great property!

We loved our time here. Clean and well-maintained property with easy access to the beach. Loved that it included beach chairs and umbrella at no additional cost. Quiet part of the beach so it was not overcrowded. Loved the huge balcony for breakfast and sunsets! Would definitely stay here again.

Perfect relaxing get away!

What a great, relaxing vacation! The owner was very easy to contact and very kind. The condo had everything that we needed. Nice that a chairs and an umbrella were included. The beaches are excellent to walk up and down for miles and miles! Great location to go in either direction towards Destin or Panama City. We really liked being in between those two busy Cities. We pretty much lived on the balcony as the sunsets were spectacular! Definitely will come back again!

Rating Details: The property manager was very unhelpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We stay at this resort several times a year. This time was different. My husband was injured getting off elevator. Had to take him to ER for stiches and TDAP The Maintenance man took us to 4th floor to office to get help. They were not friendly at all. Basically gave me a 1st aid kit and left. This happen on 1st day so we were not able to enjoy beach or pool.

Emerald Isle 1708

Would highly recommend this condo! It was spacious and had everything we needed. The only thing I would suggest is bringing extra bath towels. We stayed 4 nights, 5 days with 3 adults and one toddler and didn’t have near enough towels. Other than that, it was perfect! The view is amazing from the 17th floor. Please pay attention to the rip currents and red/double red flags. There was a guest from this condo who was pulled out by the rip current and unfortunately did not survive. The flags are no joke. Thank you for a great stay Helen!

Wonderful beachfront property

We enjoyed our stay at Emerald Isle Resort. The unit was beautiful & we liked the blue tones that flowed with the ocean hues. The balcony was huge & we loved the view from the 17th floor. There were four elevators & it was not a problem to go & come. We liked that there was a sofa bed so we had plenty of sleeping room. There were a couple of issues, but the owner has someone on site & they were handled in a timely manner. I will say (and this is no reflection on the owner) that Emerald Isle is very strict about wearing your wristband & absolutely no beverages by the hot tub or pool. I understand about the wristbands, but to not be able to sip on water from a plastic bottle is a little extreme. But we had a wonderful time!

We are so happy you enjoyed your stay! I would like to take this opportunity to clarify that the rules our security staff is enforcing is in fact Florida law! No food or beverage is allowed in our around any body of water. If the health department made an unexpected visit and caught this happening the resort would be heavily fined. They are merely protecting the HOA! 🤷🏻‍♀️

Vacay 2023

Our stay was good in itself. We enjoyed our vacay and will do it again. Condo was excellent with only minor complaints…1. Floors do need a thorough cleaning (ie sand in carpet just try to get a little of it out of the carpet. Probably asking a lot on this but. 2. Tile floors need to be swept/vacuumed and MOPPED. Our feet were black from walking on the dirty floors. 3. Could use a new mattress on king bed wasn’t bad but worn. Other than these 3 issues it was great.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very dirty. I was very happy with the location. I was very dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Very dissatisfied with the cleanliness of the property. If you walked in the condo barefoot, the bottoms of your feet turn black. The draperies were stained. The furniture was stained with what I assume was sunscreen or some type of lotion. The deadbolt lock was broken. The rugs in the living area were old, worn, and dirty. It did not live up to the satisfaction ratings listed on the VRBO website.

Overall the condo was great. Dislikes: Mattress in bedroom next to balcony was very uncomfortable, could use a replacement. Bedroom next to balcony TV wouldn’t work. And the toilet in that bathroom was not attached properly and it would move when used. Some kitchen outlets did not work. The balcony was awesome.

First Vacation!

This was our first vacation and was a little nervous about the whole process. After the long drive, Helen and the staff at the Emerald Isle made checking and getting everything we needed so easy! Not to mention the unit was clean, the view was beautiful and the everywhere we needed to go was close. We plan to come back to panama and will use Helen again!

Overall a good stay.... Great Hostess! It does need a little updating and some tlc but the ocean view is beautiful! Though you may get chased off your balcony occasionally for the smokers in the other units :/ Very chill vibe.

Beautiful view!

We enjoyed our stay at the condo. It has a pretty good size kitchen and living area. King size beds and 2 bathrooms. The water pressure was awesome. But the best thing about it was the big balcony with awesome view of the beautiful ocean. Would definitely stay again.
