CABIN LAYOUT

This charming 3 level log cabin features a king bed in the 2nd level loft with a TV, a tub that overlooks the window and an ensuite bathroom with shower.

In the main floor you will find a bedroom with a queen bed, a full bathroom with a tub that can be accessed from the bedroom and from the hallway, a full kitchen, a dining table with four chairs, a living room with a fireplace, a TV and last but not least, a hot tub in a screened-in area!

On the lower floor we will have a beautiful library as of March 2025 with books, games & a reading lounge that can be converted to a twin bed at night. This room gets cooler than the rest of the cabin (mainly during the winter), but we will leave extra blankets and a space heater for you.

✦ Unlike most cabins in the area, here are 3 THINGS YOU'LL LOVE about our cabin:

1 - The LOCATION is amazing. It is a 15 min drive or less from both Pigeon Forge and Gatlinburg

2 - Unlike most cabins, there is plenty of parking (3 vehicles will fit) since this cabin is the last at the end of the road

3 - Enjoy 3 stories of living space so everyone has their own space (and most importantly, their own TV ;) )!


✦ Here are 3 THINGS TO CONSIDER before renting our cabin:

1 - Mountain roads in this area are paved but your car will need to climb a steep section of the road to get there. A regular car is just fine to access the cabin most of the year, but in the winter when there is snow/ice it is recommended to have a 4x4 or chains just in case.

2 - Like many cabins in this area the kitchen is "fun-sized". It is well-stocked with dinnerware and kitchen supplies though and there is a kitchen island for additional counter space.

3 - The upstairs is in an open loft, and the other bedrooms have accordion-style doors. If you need more privacy than that, we totally get it!

This cabin is very nice and well kept. It was a fantastic way to get away and unwind. What you see in the pictures is exactly what you get. The host was very friendly and extremely responsive. 10/10! Can't wait to be able to go again.

The stay was great,the cabin was wonderful.the location was great, its between Gatlinburg and pigeon forge, gives you that option when planning your trip.the kids had a blast .

Weekend vacation

This was our first family trip for the four of us and we loved the cabin, the area and location! My 21 year old and 11 year old were both happy and we plan to come back for Christmas!!

Nice little cabin

Cabin was really nice and clean. Had everything we needed. Asked the owner a question and she replied very quickly and answered our question. Cabin looked exactly like the pictures. The kitchen is very small but it was advertised as small. We cook a lot on vacation and getting used to the small kitchen was interesting. We managed though. There’s no locks on any of the bedrooms which may or may not bother you. Kids loved the hot tub. Internet worked perfectly. Cabins air conditioning worked great. We had a great vacation.

Too many issues and poorly managed for what we paid.

Too many issues. Self-managed with no phone number to call, only msg. Tried to inform 'mgt' as feedback that cleaners weren't doing good job & quickly learned that the owner was the 'mgr' and she apparently took offense at our feedback. Accused us of seeking a refund. I have pics. Couch was filthy (food & even a used q-tip under the cushions), silverware and dishes were dirty, pile of stuff under the sink was very dirty, downstairs was musty (maybe not really used much?), it was very dirty under the master bed. Fireplace was full of ashes and had a pile of debris on the hearth just in front the doors that looked like the cleaner had forgotten to pick up. There was wood outside, but no fireplace shovel or even matches for the fireplace. There was used toothpaste and mouthwash in the medicine cabinets. The bathroom towels smelled bad on first use. The HVAC air intake right in your face as you entered the cabin was covered with dust/cobwebs even though it was so easily accessible for cleaning. Not what would be expected for the price we paid. There was a rain leak in the BR. Dripping on daughter. Took time out from day to meet owner & show where the leak was but owner broke contact & stood me up & never replied back after promising to be there before 4. We had to contact VRBO from then on. Didn't work well. Missing smoke detectors and probs with shower control. was easy to get too hot. Still waiting to hear back from VRBO on our complaint.

The cabin was decorated well and had conveniences that made it a nice place to stay. The only complaint would be that the clean towels had a musty smell and there were dust/cobwebs on hard to reach places. The host was very easy to communicate with. We enjoyed our stay!

Tired, Tired, Tired

It’s clear that this cabin was once beautiful, and the owners truly wanted it to be a nice place. But, neglect has left this cabin in pretty rough shape. The refrigerator has what appears to be rust and mildew spots all over it. The cutting board has what appears to be mildew or black mold all over it too. The electrical outlets in the kitchen don’t work, so we moved the toaster to bathroom sink and the coffee maker into the living room to make breakfast. Unfortunately, to pour a cup of coffee, we had to step over the futon mattress we placed on the floor because someone had (literally) nailed the futon frame in the upright couch position. The broom handle was broken in half so it was hard to sweep. The floor was sticky, but we couldn’t find a mop. The kitchen table was wobbly to the point where drinks would nearly spill. I crawled under the table and tightened the table leg bolts by hand and that helped a lot. No napkins, paper towel or Kleenex. But plenty of TP. It was comical how many things were just not working. But, we’re campers used to making the best of it. We adjusted and had a great time watching a movie in the big TV next to a roaring fire. Even made s’mores! The two beds that were working were COMFY! There was plenty of hot water and the water is softened/conditioned. The hot tub was good. The place could have been great, but actually a disappointment.

Was a wonderful stay!

Our family visited this cabin for Thanksgiving and had a wonderful time! The cabin was clean and just as advertised! The layout is nice with a bedroom and bath on the main floor, second bedroom and bath on the second floor, and a smaller bed and trundle bed in the downstairs game room. Communication with the property manager/owner was wonderful and check in and check out was super easy! Would stay here again in the future

Mice in kitchen

We paid top dollar for this cabin, comparable to Dollywood cabin prices. So we were expecting clean, comfortable accomodations for the 5day stay. There were minor issues from the start. The basement foosball/bedroom lacks sufficient working lights to be down there. So when I contacted the management number, she was super quick to send someone to add three seperate light fixtures to the room (floor lamp, table lamp and smaller desk lamp). We were happy with the prompt response and told them so. Other issues were the door handle to the screened porch falls off completely so it is a trick to make it work. The dryer and washer vents inside the machines were extremely clogged so I cleaned them before we used the machines. There were no bathroom mats upstairs and only one super thin one for the downstairs bath. We used towels but a few decent bathmats would be helpful. All those things were a bit disappointing but not even worth mentioning really until we found mouse droppings on the kitchen counter and in two kitchen drawers. Ending in my husband pulling out the drawer and finding a live mouse stuck to glue paper behind the kitchen drawer. This was found on our next to last day, so we ate out and didn't use the kitchen at all afterwards of course. We discarded the mouse, after taking pictures and sending to management. She replied that she was sorry but "I understand where you’re coming from. However we are renting the cabin in the woods so there are bugs and animals around unfortunately. Again, I’m deeply sorry about this! At this point we can offer half refund of the cleaning fee as to be honest entire cabin and cleanliness condition was okay and all was clean during your entire stay. Again I’m very sorry that you experienced this and apologies for this inconvenience and I hope this will help at least a little to feel better!". Needless to say, that made it seem like this was a problem we should expect and tolerate. Next day, the owner called me and after apologizing and my explaining we actually found and disposed of a mouse in the kitchen, she refunded my one hundred and twenty five dollar cleaning fee. Which was the least they could do. But was something. I'm writing this in hopes renters will expect a quality product for a price point that demands such. If u r going to rent this cabin or any other VRBO, do your homework and read reviews. U don't want an issue like this or to be told it's the woods and unfortunately there are animals...

Nice cabin but looks aren’t everything

Beautiful cabin, has lots of potential. Looks just as the pictures show. It had some issues though. From the moment we stepped through the door we could smell a musty smell in the cabin. The longer we stayed the more we noticed it has a bad dampness problem, we could even feel it in our clothing. Later in our stay we found mold/mildew on some of the furniture. Also, the day we left, we ran the dishwasher and it started leaking around the door so we stopped it and had to clean up the mess. Great cabin, just has some issues that need to be addressed so that someone else doesn’t unknowingly face the same problems. Great location up a steep road though. Even got to see a bear on the property.

Great place

The cabin is clean and cute, location is perfect, close to All major attractions, and the Great Smoky Mountain. The space is comfortable for six people. The details of deco is thoughtful and welcoming, very welcome and cozy, the managment answers your questions fast and friendly, we had a great time, highly recommended.

Fantastic - highly recommend

My wife and I took our 5 year old and 2 year old for a week in the mountains. The cabin was clean and well stocked with the basic items we needed. The beds were incredibly comfortable and the location was great. We visited Gatlinburg and Pigeon Forge. We needed batteries and Foosball balls and the property manager got it to us right away. We felt safe and comfortable the whole stay. We couldn’t have asked for a more perfect cabin for our getaway!

Beautiful Cabin

Beautiful cabin with a convenient location! Clean, nice hot tub and plenty of handsoap/dish liquid/laundry detergent. A few unfortunate events dropped our rating a bit though. Lost power the first night in a rain storm, but no batteries or candles to be found. Owner was very responsive with communication, but we went out to find our own supplies. Upon leaving we were blocked in for a short time while the owner had an appliance delivered. Apparently VRBO reported that we had checked out, but we did not. The person receiving the appliance sat outside as we packed up, but did not give us the chance to leave before the delivery truck blocked us in. Again, the owner was very responsive, but couldn't rectify the situation at that point. Otherwise, very comfortable cabin.

Nice Cabin

It snowed and iced up on the mountain while we were there which prevented us from being able to drive. Additionally, there was a leak that took place. However, the property owner was responsive and someone out at the cabin on Christmas Eve to provide us with accommodations.
