Welcome to Crystal Sands Beach House ll at Indian Rocks Beach! Your home away from home in the small beach town of Indian Rocks Beach.

Newly renovated with all new furniture and all the comforts from home. Free WiFi and cable tv with DVR and Smart TV to connect to Netflix and Hulu. We have included a wagon filled with beach chairs, umbrella, towels and beach toys for the kids. Very clean! Park your car right in front of the unit. No stairs or long walk with luggage or groceries. BBQ and outdoor picnic table.

Great location, 1 block to one of the best beaches in a Florida with spectacular sunsets . Also, within 1 to 3 blocks to some of the best restaurants like Guppies, Keegan’s, Chicago Jax, TJ,s Italian, Pajano’s, Salt. There is a bicycle rental, paddle board rental, surf shop, ice cream shop, massage spa, bait and tackle and English pub in our same street. For the kids there is a great park (Kolb Park) one block away. Be in the center of everything while enjoying the quiet location.

Indian Rocks Beach is right in between Clearwater Beach and St. Pete Beach. There are no high rises and limited beach parking therefore, it is all your to enjoy!

As per the City of Indian Rocks Beach Guidelines and Regulations by booking this property guests agree to abide by city of Indian Rocks Beach regulations regarding occupancy levels, trash, litter, noise, parking and sea turtles. They also agree to follow county & state evacuation mandates in the event of a hurricane.

The stay was great the only thing I have to say is the communication. I had to ask about check out procedure and never got a response so I am not even sure we did what we were supposed to do

The unit we stayed in looked nothing like the pictures online. Although it was clean and nice, there were little things that could of made it nicer. The lighting is lacking. The light bulbs in the kitchen were out. We weren't aware the washer and dryer on the unit we rented was shared with the front unit. And it was a surprise when we heard someone on the porch using it. The decor in the bedrooms were southwestern and would of expected it to match the rest of the home with a beach motif. The ceiling fan in the front bedroom was not balanced so it made noises all night. The biggest issue was the Cable and TV. Since it rained more than 4 hours every day we were there, we were inside a lot. It was almost impossible to get any reception or app on the TV to work. The host was very responsive and the distance to the beach and local eateries/carry-out was perfect.

This was a great place to stay! The accommodations and the apace was everything we were looking for. Comfortably housed 4 of us. The beach is 2 min walk and plenty of small restaurants and bars around. Would definitely book again

Cute little place and great stay! I brought my kids here for a long weekend before school started and it was perfect for us! I didn't want to have to rent a car and the location of this could not have been better. It's a super short walk right to the beach, good restaurants, coffee shop, and a trolley stop which will take you north/ south up the beach towns for cheap! We needed to check in early/out late and they were super accommodating.

This property is a great beach rental for a family or a group of friends. You can quickly walk to the beach and the house has a wagon full of beach chairs, toys etc. Having a washer and dryer in the unit was a plus. The house is very clean and comfortable.

Beach Stay

My daughter and I really enjoyed our stay at Crystal Sands! The place was well furnished and cozy with all we needed! We were a very short walk to the beautiful beach and there were plenty of places near us to grab a coffee, breakfast or a souvenir. We’d definitely stay again!!

Online listing is misleading

I rented this unit because of the “beautiful coastal decor” and description shown in the photos. Since I was going to stay for the month of March, it was important it “feel just like home” with recliner. I confirmed with the owner in January hurricane damage in the interim had been taken care of and was assured the unit was even better than before. Since the photos showed the beautiful unit, I paid the balance and rested assured that when I arrived from Ohio, everything would be fine. Not so. The unit has barebones, stark furniture, apparently replacement furniture after the hurricane. It was further from the beach than depicted in the photos. I would not have rented the unit if I had realized what the unit is like today. Also, beds unmade, not clean and stuff in refrigerator. I emailed the owner of my dismay. She fortunately contacted the cleaning crew who cleaned within the hour. In response to her question whether I was going to stay, I responded I had no other place to go in this high season and I had paid her for the month. I vowed to make the best of it. I ask her husband, when he came over the next day to set up TV reception, for a partial repayment as the unit bore no resemblance to what I rented. Irritated, he said he would convey my request to his wife, the owner. I heard nothing from her. Positives: kitchen well-stocked, appliances also new. Bottom line: photos show beautiful unit (not today’s) and lack of candor or desire to make amend, all disturbing to me.

Uncooperative weather

The weather was not good for beach walking. Unit was: Comfortable, clean, quiet, close to the beach and in walking distance of good restaurants. No TV without membership in UTube or other visitor paid TV and complicated to get current news, etc. For the price paid for the week I expected free TV.

Another Amazing Stay

We needed ann impromptu escape after unexpectedly losing our black lab. We had stayed at one of the hosts other properties before that was not available. I was able to message Nicole and she had availability at this location and was very accommodating. It was another perfect location, a block from the beach, great restaurants nearby and exactly what we needed to heal our hearts for a few days.

Great Location, but not as pictured

To start, we get to our place 10 minutes until check in. I tried several times to contact the host to see if we could go ahead and at least get things set by the door. It kept going straight to voicemail so we decide to sit in the spot for the 10 minutes. Then, as i make way to the unit (traveling through the palm trees that overhang the sidewalk), I see the cleaning person there. He asked which unit and I said "B". At which point he advises he had not finished cleaning and would need 15 MORE minutes. That puts us 15 after check in after a very long travel day. We finally get inside in hopes to sit and relax with some tv. Nope, can't do that because internet is not working. I try both the host numbers listed and both go straight to voicemail. Looking around it was an ok place. I questioned the use of some appliances so I made do with the other things I had. Microwave looked like it was about to explode when used, coil on the stove damaged and shower head was not clean. The saving grace for this property was the location. Had it not been so close I would have taken a star away. We were able to load up the wagon and get to the beach by walking. No annoying task of trying to find parking.

Crystal Sands Beach House

We had a wonderful time staying here! The unit was clean and nicely decorated. It offered all beach amenities. The location was the best! Short walking distance to the beach and a few restaurants, but also tucked away from the busy road. Nicole was available for any questions or concerns, which was very appreciative. We will definitely come back!

Great place to stay- Close to everything

Had a great time staying here- walked to beach and restaurants. Hosts were friendly and responsive. Definitely would recommend it.

Great location ! Perfect small getaway !

We loved the location and the cute outdoor seating ! the power/breaker kicked the first day but clicked back on. The cooling was a little hot stayed between 75-78 all week (we set it to 67/68). We definitely needed more trash bags (5) and toilet paper (2 rolls) for 6 people for 7 days . The stove tops (only the two small burners worked) . We bought groceries to cook before we knew it didn’t work. We took an Uber to Walmart (I’d recommend doing that instead of buying at the local market). We loved having a beach cart , umbrellas , beach chairs and the amazing outdoor area ! The lizards and birds was a plus ! :) The location was absolutely amazing for us and what we was looking for . We will definitely come back to visit !!!

Not clean and not worth the money

Not clean. Furniture dirty. Shower tub backup with water. Refrigerator leaked inside on shelf. dryer handle missing. Door weather stripping hanging off. Front door hard to open and close.

Loved it with a some issues

People in Indiana Rocks are very nice and friendly. It's very quite. I loved that we could walk to most things like the beach, restaurants, park or a convenient store. I was upset when I got to our place the light was burned out over the kitchen stove and the sink had a very bad leak. I had to put a towel and keep a bowl under the sink and empty twice a day when I did dishes. I cooked breakfast and super everyday. Was never fixed before we left to go home. It was nice they did send a family member to look at the issues but she was not able to fix the problems. Over all I still would recommend staying in Indian Rocks.

Great location for family

This was a great location to restaurants and beaches. Short walk to 15th Ave access! Great for families and close to many restaurants. The host had us set up with children books and coloring books with crayons! Which was amazing! Place was clean and beds were really comfortable! Kitchen all set up with the essentials and everything we needed for the beach with little ones! Having a washer and dryer is amazing for us as a family! Would stay here again!

Comfy & welcoming

The rental looked exactly like the pics. Super spacious and in a wonderful neighborhood. I was able to communicate with the owner and she got back in a timely manner. We had some issues with the washer and she had it handled asap. I would stay here again!
