"JUNIOR'S PLACE" Peaceful & Private, 2 blocks to beach - LOW PET FEE

This renovated beach cottage is just two short blocks from the public access to the beach. The living space is 576 square feet plus a large screened-in porch. Partial ocean view from the porch. The cottage is located in a quiet residential area a short drive from the boardwalk. Linens and towels provided. Fully equipped kitchen with range, microwave, refrigerator, toaster, coffee makers, can opener and all glassware, dishes, cookware, and utensils. Washer and Dryer.

Spectrum Internet and Cable TV, Ruko TV with multiple free movie channels, and a soundbar audio system.

Junior's Place is a cozy beach cottage that gives our guests the "good old days at the beach" feel, clean and comfortable.

The cottage was built in the early 1960s as a typical beach house for the time. 2 bedrooms and 1 bathroom- no closets. It was totally renovated in the summer of 2018 with new wiring, plumbing, bathroom fixtures, kitchen cabinets, appliances, drywall, insulation, windows, flooring, and a Ductless Heat/AC unit. Due to the lack of closet space, we have provided plenty of hooks, hang bars, and storage cubes.
The screened porch is a wonderful place to hang out and relax with a partial ocean view. There is an outside shower in the back of the house for cleaning up after a walk to the beach and hooks on the porch for wet towels, beach toys, etc.
The backyard has room for badminton, volleyball, corn hole toss, etc.
It's a great little place and we know you will enjoy it.

Very clean, host was next door and let us know we could call if we needed anything. We didnā€™t but was comforting to know just the same. Juniors place was as advertised and took me back to when my uncle had a similar house in Carolina Beach. Off the beaten path far enough for peace and quiet but convenient to both Carolina and Kure beach.

Great day as always. We stay here when we go to the beach because the house is clean we can take our dog, with a decent pet fee. itā€™s only a block from the beach very convenient and love the house.

Awesome stay at in an amazing location

We stayed for a week, house was clean, location was perfect as we were only 2 blocks from the beach, also only blocks away from many activies and local restaurants, hosts were very communicative and easy to reach. Had some boards break on the porch and owner came and replaced them the very next day. Overall awesome experience and would stay again!!

My family and I stayed here for 5 days and it was great. Peaceful area, Close to the beach, pretty much near everything that we wanted. Anita and Greg were very nice and we're very responsive.

Close to the beach

So very close to the beach which was a highlight. It was a bit small for my family of 5 and 2 dogs, but that was on me for not properly researching the size. Owners were prompt and responsive. Screened it porch with rocking chairs was nice.

Nice little getaway cottage

Short walk to the beach and perfectly located to get to things in Carolina Beach and Kure Beach. We had everything we needed, the home was clean and the beds were comfortable. We really enjoyed our stay and will look to book future trips to this home.

This beach house was bought by the owner's parents in the 1980's as investment property. The owner inherited the property and decided to fix it up and bring it back to the old beach charm for guests to enjoy.
