We have created this Villa with the specific reason in mind to give our guest the ultimate in privacy. Joglo Exotico is truly a romantic place. Purposely build and maintained for those who want noting less then the best.

The Villa is situated on top of a small hill, overlooking the rolling hills of Bumiaji. You will have a wonderful view from the veranda. Inside you find a wonderfully and tastefully decorated ambiance with which you will fall in love instantly.

For those romantic moments we have added a huge socking bathtub in which you can enjoy those wonderful moments with your loved ones.

Joglo Exotico is 50 years plus old Central Java wooden house. We have bought this house and brought it to our property where it was completely reconstructed. During the reconstruction, we have taken care to leave the originality of the house as much intact as possible. We have only used old reprocessed wood where we had to change anything.
Then we have added modern and luxury appliances for our guests comfort. The outcome is a truly romantic place with all the comfort of a luxurious holiday home.

Por que o anfitrião escolheu essa propriedade
It is in the midst of a rural area. Overlooking the rolling hills of Batu. It is away from the hustle and bustle of Batu town. (A major tourist place in East Java) But near enough to reach all the interesting places Batu and Malang have to offer within minutes. The Joglo is situated in a 450m2 plot with lots of green and flowers all around it. Since it is a bit away from the main roads it is very quiet with fresh air. The temperature is very nice and not as you would expect in Indonesia hot and humid but nice and fresh at times in the evening even chilly.
The house itself breaths the old Javanese tradition and is very well equipped with all what our guest may need. Decorated with love so that our guests are feeling home as soon as they step into the house.
We are proud to say, that we have received only top reviews from our guests.
