Amazing Downtown Denver Rental

This was the perfect place to stay when visiting Denver for a Broncos game! We could walk to many restaurants and bars, a grocery store, and Milehigh stadium. The home was clean and the beds were very comfy. We were there for over New Year’s Eve & never heard any noise when we were ready for bed. The only thing missing in the kitchen was a wine opener, but I always carry one in my travel bag. The owner was very responsive and accommodating with some early and late check ins due to weather and holiday travel. We will definitely be back!

Great, quiet neighborhood

Comfy beds and great backyard. Close to everything but out of the main city traffic. We loved this house. We walked to the brewhouse around the corner which was very good! Highly recommend this house. We will stay here again next time we are in Denver.

Great experience!

We came to Denver for a couple of days on a business trip. Great location to downtown. The house was very clean and neat as a pin. Had a great backyard space to enjoy morning coffee. The beds were super comfortable. Parking was mentioned in the other reviews but we had no trouble with the street parking. I would definitely book it again.

Modern and spotless in Jefferson Park

We had the best stay at this quiet and totally rehabbed property. Convenient walking distance to Mile High Stadium and tap rooms. Linens and towels were lush. We enjoyed the sunny outdoor space. The kitchen was top notch. We will stay here again.

Denver 2019

We enjoyed our stay in Jefferson Park. The location is great; you can bike or walk to downtown Denver, or take a sort drive to the mountains for an afternoon of hiking. The house is comfortable and clean; thanks for sharing your place with us!

Perfect!

This house/ side of duplex was AMAZING! I was very impressed with the remodel they did and the furnishing. The beds were very comfortable and each one had there own bathroom! Kitchen was gorgeous but we were only here one night we didnt get a chance to use it. Highly recommend. Especially for the walking distance from Broncos stadium , aquarium a park and a brewery!

Perfect place to stay for work trip

Well appointed and great central location. Easy communication with owner and easy to get in and get settled. Great alternative to staying in a downtown hotel. Loved that they had a coffee pot and coffee. Great little brewpub is a block away with good food and drink. Parking was crowded out front but not a huge pain. Shower gel dispenser was out in both showers. Easy fix.

Brand new! Great location!

This place has everything you need! It’s clean, & brand new with comfy beds & pillows! The location is great! Just minutes to the highlands & downtown. Wish it had its own parking. You have to read the signs to avoid getting a ticket. It would be great if the owner could provide a permit to park. But overall it wasn’t too big of a deal. Also wish the king size bed was in the bedroom attached to the bathroom. Overall a great place!

Hello! Thank you so much for the great review! You were a pleasure to have! Unfortunately we did have a permit for guests but it was lost mistakenly by one of our previous guests and the city will only provide 1 per year! We will get it again next year. In the mean time street parking is very easy in the neighborhood with limited restrictions! In terms of the bed placement the ensuite bedroom can only fit a Queen but the King bedroom has its own bathroom use a few feet down the hall! Thanks so much and please come back any time!

By far the coolest weekend getaway pad denver!

Living in the mountains, I always look forward to my weekends away with a handful of frinds. This place was the coolest! Amazing location just minutes from all the downtown and Lo-Hi restaurants and action. Amazing cool, hip ultra modern accommodations in pristine condition. This place is now going to be my #1 go to spot when in Denver!

Perfect!

This home was the Perfect home base for our stay in Denver! Comfortable, very clean and stylish we loved hanging out here. The kitchen was fully stocked with everything we needed and the beds were soooo comfy. We walked to Lohi for dinner at Linger which was amazing and Sassafrass for breakfast just up the street is a must do! Downtown is super close yet this is a quiet residential neighborhood so it was easy to sleep at night. Would highly recommend for anyone coming to Denver. We will be back!

Comfortable & Clean

The pictures are great, but the place is even better! Checking-in was super easy! We were really impressed by the high end finishes. The beds were super comfortable. There was a great booklet that helped us find a few fun restaurants nearby and we didn’t have to drive anywhere! Favorite neighborhood in Denver... we will be back!
