Somerset #101 is located beach block , just across front beach road. The unit can sleep 6 -8 guests with 2 beds and 2 baths, with a sleeper sofa. Its easily located by the beach to go for the day and come back up for a snack . The salty goat makes for a fun time to be able to walk too right next door with live bands and music for the night.

Watch the sunsets just across the road on the beach , and come stay afforadbly with us at somerset.

This place was perfect for me and my friends to have a chill weekend. Really close to food and a coffee stand. The beach is right across the street. We would love to stay again!

It was a wonderful place to stay and easy to check in. It had everything you would need from a full kitchen to even a washer and dryer. I would differently book there again whenever I go back to Panama City Beach

Perfect little get away !

The place is so dang convenient to everything ! You can walk across the street to the beach, next door for candy and ice cream , or the Salty Goat next door for live bands , good food and music and the pier is just a short drive away ! We would definitely stay again !!!

We stayed here June 8-13 and it was Fabulous! Great location. Beach accessible right across the street. Very quiet, very clean. Loved that it had a washer and dryer. Loved the balcony for early morning coffee. Highly recommend!!!

I had a wonderful experience with my stay at this location. Great check in , location and accommodations were good. The only negative I have is that the linens smelled of cigarette smoke extremely bad. You have a washer and dryer in the room if that helps. I will definitely stay there again. The pic is the view from the side of our balcony from the back side of the house. I definitely will stay again and recommend it to others.

Awesome place and value

This was a girls trip and we really enjoyed the location being right across the road from the beach! Super nice place with everything we needed. 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, washer, dryer and a loaded kitchen. Would definitely stay again!

Beyond Location, Nothing is Great here.

We stayed here for one night to break up our drive on our way to our final vacation stop and booked it again for our return trip. However, we ended up taking a loss and not checking it at all because the owner refused to respond after we messaged asking them to please cancel/refund our future trip due to the overpowering smell of smoke throughout the units and in towels/linens. Prior to asking for a cancellation/refund the host was responsive but it did take several hours for them to respond. The unit is decently clean but definitely not what Iā€™ve come to expect from VRBO properties. For example, the mirror on the back of the master bedroom door is taped at the top, and the bathroom has definitely been given the ā€œlandlord special.ā€ It has a great location; however, thatā€™s the only thing great about the unit. I cannot in good conscience recommend anyone stay here, especially if you have a travel partner with asthma or allergies to smoke.

We would definitely stay here again.

We loved the location. Even though we have to walk across the street, it still somehow seemed closer than when we stay in condos on the beach lol! My one compliant about the actual condo is that whomever does the cleaning needs to wipe down the appliances better. I could tell The handle on the fridge hasn't been wiped down in a while.our towels, sheets and even toilet paper smelled like cigarette smoke. Maybe they smoke in their car when bringing the linens back to the condo or the house it's stored in is a smokers house? I'm not sure.. i did change out the toilet paper and wash all the towels, but i couldn't wash all the bedding. So we just had to deal with it. With that being said, I would still stay there again.

Great location

The location across from the beach is great. You are in between Panama City to one side, the other side is the tourist restaurants and shops. You can walk to a lot of places, a car is needed for transportation. The pictures are true to how it looks. Place is surface clean but needs a deep clean. It is nothing that would deter me from staying. The deck was a nice bonus to be outside at an apartment. The Salty Goat next door was a non issue. Never heard anything while sleeping. If you bring a pet, the pet beach is a 10 minute drive. Pets not permitted at beach across the street. The only issue I had was the person I sent a message to regarding the wi-fi password was rude. They basically yelled at me via the chat. That is why I had a lower rating for communication. I would stay again if we went back to Panama City Beach.

Condo Not as appears in current pics online. Place Very dirty on arrival. Refrig leaks, stove top burners bad, toaster only one side works with broken lever, rugs filthy, wash machine did not work correctly, bathroom had mold & dirty toilets, black mold in patio tracks, dirty curtains, whole place needs to be painted. Kitchen tile cracked & loose, hear all the noise from people above, heard music till 2am from Salty Goat next door, experienced dizziness from either AC or furnace. Departed 5 days early because of living conditions. Not the best experience. Received No response back from host after departure & listing above issues. Asked for reimbursement for cleaning fee & early departure but received no response.
