Beachfront rental of approximately 70 m², a stone's throw from the central market halls. This apartment is located on the embankment, in an old building on the 2nd floor without elevator. It consists of an entrance hall and a living room with two small balconies facing the sea. The kitchen is equipped with a ceramic and gas hob, an oven, a microwave, and a dishwasher. You will find a bathroom with a shower and washing machine. A separate water closet. The first bedroom has a small balcony facing the sea and a double bed. The second bedroom, which serves as an office, has a double sofa bed, and the third bedroom has a bunk bed (2 x 90x190 cm and a 90x190 cm bed). Linens not provided. APPA 125 Free Wi-Fi.
To be paid upon arrival: tourist tax and security deposit by credit card or check, as well as a cleaning deposit of €120.
