3-room apartment, comfortable for 4 to 5 people, 2 bedrooms, bathroom and separate WC, in a very quiet apartment block with caretaker.
Pleasant living room with sunny balcony and 180 ° view. West - South - East exposure. Private ski locker and collective parking reserved for the residence. Free shuttle at 100 m serving all ski departures from the Solaise and Bellevarde mountains as well as the center of the resort in 5 minutes (or on foot in 10 minutes). Small supermarket and petrol station 150m away. Covered parking option to book with the caretaker (€ 60 / week).

Fantastic apartment, great location

We were a group of 4 and we loved our stay in this apartment. It was clean and tidy, the kitchen is new and well stocked with everything we needed for cooking, and the views over the mountains are beautiful. The beds are comfortable. It was an easy check-in and check-out process. Le Crêt is a great location between Val D’Isere centre and La Daille so both are easily accessible. Guests should be aware that there is a charge for towels & bed linen which we weren’t aware of until the end of our stay

Wonderful property with excellent views

We loved our time at this apartment. The reservation process was easy and Michel communicated timely and effectively. Michel was kind enough to help us arrange a Christmas tree (sans decorations) which worked perfectly as upon settling in we spent time as a family decorating the tree. During check-in we had a few hiccups but those were easily handled by Mr. Grannat (the caretaker) and we began our week long stay in Val d'Isere. The hiccups included confusion about check-in time (it is 4:30 but information on contract and Homeaway say 3 or 4 pm) and about linens (which the cost is 20 Euros per person). We enjoyed the apartment which had all the comforts and was easily manageable for my family of 4 with two adults and children aged 12 and 14. We cooked most meals in the apartment and ate on the mountain when skiing for lunch. The shuttle is just a five minute walk away and town is only about 10 minute walk from apartment. We used the shuttle when skiing since it drops you at the base of each of the locations and walked when going into town. As for shopping there is a small market just down the road affiliated with the gas station SPAR and then there is another in town called Sherpa. The apartment was outfitted with spices and such but for perishable items and snacks we shopped ourselves. Traffic can be a problem getting to and from the resort according to the Val d'Isere tourism website but we didn't experience any upon arrival. Leaving was another matter and that was partly because we had a huge snowstorm the day before and day we left. We used snow chains and there were numerous accidents going down the mountain and some road flooding. It took us 11 hours to get to Geneva so just plan ahead. This is not a slight on the apartment or the resort itself, just advice for others. Mr. Grannat, the caretaker, was wonderful and so was the owner. We really enjoyed our time at this apartment. It was perfect for our family and we would gladly recommend this apartment to others and return ourselves. Thanks again for everything.

Schönes Appartment mit sensationeller Aussicht

Wir hatten eine tolle Woche in Michels schönem Appartment.Michel war jederzeit für uns zu erreichen und war sehr hilfsbereit.Die Organisation Mit der Concierge war ebenfalls prima. Wir können es nur empfehlen.

Wij hadden een fantastisch verblijf in het appartement van Michel. Het is een zeer ruim appartement in een rustige buurt. Zowel te voet als met de pendelbus ben je snel in het centrum. De contacten met de verhuurder en het inchecken ter plaatse verliep heel vlot dankzij de hulp van de conciërge. Het appartement beschikt over alle nodige voorzieningen, inclusief een zeer goede en vernieuwde keuken. De enige verbetering die we kunnen meegeven is een vernieuwing van de badkamer.

Un séjour exceptionnel

Nous avons passé un séjour exeptionnel dans l'appartement de Michel. Lors de la réservation, les échanges ont été faciles, précis et Michel est très arrageant. Michel a même prévu une pétite attention à notre arrivée qui a été très apprécié. Hugues, le gardien qui nous a remis les clés est une personne charmante, disponible et très serviable. L'apparetement est magnifique, fonctionnel, très bien équipé et très bien situé. La vue est juste magnifique. Il y a tout pour passer un très agréable séjour à Val d'Isère. Nous reviendrons.

Very good apartment

We had a very good stay in Michels apartment. Was exellent for 5 people and with a nice cosy atmosphere. Small walk to the bus and to the center. Nice view to the valley from the sitting room. Would like to come back.

Great stay at Val d'Isere

We stayed a week during December 2021. We have been welcome with a bottle of white wine, which was a nice gesture from Michel. The flat is fully furnished with everything you need; the bedrooms are spacious (quite uncommon for flats in the Alps); lots of storage. We had a ski storage area which was useful. The free shuttle bus is just a couple of minutes from the flat. Only suggestion is to provide bed linen and towels for free :)

Excellente semaine à Val d'Isère

Nous avons passé une excellente semaine au ski. L'appartement est très fonctionnel et extrêmement bien agencé avec tous les rangements intégrés. Par ailleurs, décoré avec goût et dans l'esprit familial !! Des livres et des jeux de société à disposition en plus. La communication et accueil ont été très bon et agréables que cela soit de la part du propriétaire ou du gardien qui a assuré l'accueil sur place. L'accès au super-domaine skiable est facile par navette. Nous conseillons vivement !

Bright comfortable apartment. Fantastic views

Fast WiFi and outside parking included. Large apartment with two good size bedrooms, very comfortable beds and plenty of storage. Large radiators, perfect for drying gloves, etc. Nice bathroom with powerful shower in the bath and big tower radiator. The kitchen and dining area work very well and together with the lounge area this is a very pleasant space to relax in the evening or on stormy days. Big windows with views down to La Daille and up to Solaise. We will definitely stay here again if we can

Séjour au top!

Appartement parfait pour un séjour à plusieurs : beaucoup de rangements, très bien agencé, lumineux avec une magnifique vue sur les pistes! A 5 min de l´arret de navette qui dessert la Daille ou le centre de Val d’Isere. Place de parking possible devant la résidence. Accueil très sympathique du gardien, et du propriétaire. A conseiller vivement.

Très bel appartement

Nous avons passé un très bon séjour dans cet appartement spacieux, clair et très bien équipé. Il est très confortable et offre une très belle vue sur la station. L’ arrêt pour la navette est assez proche, le système de navette est gratuit et très bien fait. Nous n’avons pas eu besoin de la voiture pendant toute la durée de notre séjour. Le petit plus très agréable: la machine à raclette et la machine à mini crêpe. Le gardien a été très serviable, facilitant arrivée et départ. Bref, totale satisfaction.

Très bon séjour. Apparentement très agréable, confortable, spacieux, ensoleillé. Plus spacieux que d'autres appartements 2 chambres que l'on trouve dans la station. Balcon/terrasse idéale pour le printemps. A l'entrée du village, mais bien placé pour se rendre aux pistes, soit à la Daille soit dans le centre ville avec la navette (3 arrêts) ou à 5-10 minutes à pied. A 2 minutes à pied du supermarché, pratique. Concierge de l'immeuble agréable et disponible. À refaire.

appartement agréable dans un immeuble tres bien entretenu

Location toute a fait conforme à l’annonce proposée . L'appartement permet sans problème de recevoir 4/5 personnes bien que nous n'étions que 2 pour plus de confort . L'appartement est très bien agencé et comporte l'ensemble des équipements que l'on attend maintenant d'une location . Nous avons passé un fort bon séjour avec la complicité du gardien de cette résidence plus que sympathique .

Nous avons passé une super semaine à Val d'Isère. Appartement très ensoleillé, lumineux et spacieux. Grand 3 pièces, deux vraies chambres très bien pourvues, cuisine petite mais fonctionnelle. Grand séjour/salon, parfait pour 4 adultes. Rien ne manque. Les parties communes sont propres et bien entretenues. Le gardien est très sympathique et serviable. Idéalement situé entre la Daille et Val d'Isère centre, la navette gratuite est à la sortie de la résidence. Ajoutez-y un super semaine domaine skiable, c'est 5 étoiles.

well placed in the town easy access to everything.

After booking we had contact by email with Michel, who was more than happy to help on any aspect of our stay including transfers. We hired a car from Chambery airport.There was plenty of parking right outside the apartment which was secured by an entrance barrier this worked really well for us. For four adults the apartment was large and very comfortable with all the amenities we needed for the week. It was easy to find and on arrival we were welcomed by Mr and Mrs Grannat. The apartment is located on the outskirts of Val D'isere which was a good location for us. The bus stops are near the entrance barrier and it was so easy to take the bus to the centre of Val or to La Daille. Both only minutes away to catch the lifts up the mountain to a large and well maintained ski area. It is by far one of the best apartments we have stayed in in France. We would definitely revisit and highly recommend booking through homeaway.co.uk.

Nous avons passé un très agréable séjour en été dans cet appartement qui est très bien équipé et proportionné pour une famille de 5 personnes. L'appartement est clair et offre de jolies vues sur Val d'Isère. A noter la disponibilité et la prévenance du propriétaire de l'appartement et du gardien de la résidence.
