Large and full size everything, tiny living at its best!<br>

Long term stay, discounts apply. Minimum stay 30 days. Gated age appropriate retirement RV resort with full amenities. You must meet the age requirement of 50 years old to stay there.
This is roomy park model, full of sunshine. Sun sail covered patio.
Very comfortable beds. Quality linens, and kitchen gear.
Everything you need to make your stay hassle free and easy. Kick back on the couch and watch TV that has basic cable. Includes Wi-Fi.

Comfortable and cozy. Home away from home. Quality throughout. Nice lighting. Mask required for entering all indoor spaces. "Quiet" just feels good! Big enough to retreat to different spaces if necessary. Lots of counter space, big refrigerator and full size electric stove.


You have the whole park model to your selves. On site laundry, billiards room. You are welcome to any activities that might be going on at the time of your stay. There is a mail room.


Please observe the speed limit of 10 MPH.
If you have relatives at the park, then you can have children stay up to 2 weeks.

Texas tiny house

Sandra the host great at communicating and very accommodating. We love staying here when we are in town visiting our children. Very clean and quiet area.

Great Place

I stayed due to a family emergency so was very nice to able to stay in a very nice place that didnt break the bank. Sandra was very nice and immediately responded to any need/question I had. Aweaome stay!

Wonderful Stay

My husband and I had a great stay. We are golfers and was close to a few courses. The unit was very clean and everything was in working order. Sandra was very easy to get ahold of and pleasant to work with. If we get the chance we will stay there again.

Very Nice

This was a great place to stay. I had a family member in the hospital and this place was only about 10 minites away. Very nice gated community. Owner responded quickly. I would stay again.

Nice location and friendly park.

We stayed at this place while we were searching the valley for a winter resident. So many of the locals in the park approached us and talked for a while. They were so friendly. We were invited up for ice cream the first night we were there! The unit itself is very clean and well maintained. All your linens were provided and all the dishes you needed to make a small meal. The unit is located as a corner property but did not bother us as there were not that many people in the park during the time we stayed. I'm not sure if I missed this in the description before booking but the unit did not have a coffee maker. Walmart is nearby so we stopped in to buy a coffer maker. A lot of residents in the park maintain their property very well. The park is clean and well laid out. Great place to say!

Economical and good location

Had a very pleasant stay in this park model in a winter Texan RV park. Beds were comfortable and the kitchen had everything we needed. RV park had swimming pool, exercise room, ping pong, laundry, and many other activities. We sat outside on the deck a couple of times when it was not too hot. May in south Texas can get quite warm. The outside sun screens did their job. However, it was really breezy during the time we were there, and the clacking of the hardware as the screens moved in the breeze got old after a while. Would stay here again.

I have a passion for making every space feel good! I love to incorporate all I know as an interior designer, feng shui practitioner, and bring the ZEN to a space.
Comfort and quality is a must for a peaceful and restful stay as well as a good night sleep.
