Everything was considered when we planned Luna's Flat 145, including super comfortable furniture, comforting and light draperies with charming accessories. Everything is bright, cheery, and sparkling clean.
We are located 3 miles from downtown Aiken and nestled on 10 beautiful acres with lush evergreen trees, flowers, and beautifully landscaped yards and window boxes filled with flowers in all seasons. We are also rabbit farmers and currently have 7 rabbits.
Flat 145 is a well-appointed furnished one-bedroom flat.
The living area has a very comfy cheery print fabric sofa with a matching chair that is great for watching TV, reading, or taking a nap.
Our fully equipped kitchen with built-in craftsman wooden cabinets, dishwasher, refrigerator, microwave oven & stove, and Keurig Coffee Maker.
All cookware, dishes, and utensils are included.
The patio is furnished with chairs and a table and a market umbrella.
No trips to the laundry mat. Our Large Laundry Closet has shelves for storage and includes a washer and dryer. All linens, towels, wash clothes and sheets are white, crisp, clean, and well-stocked.
Our Full bath has a full-size tub with a shower and the bedroom has a beautiful queen-size heirloom iron bed with comfy bedding and a large walk-in closet for clothes and storage, an ironing board, and a vacuum.
Flat 145 also has assigned two-car parking at your door.
Most guests especially enjoy the large open space and many trees and the beautiful environment, homey feeling, and privacy.
Westwinds has 7 flats and we have accommodated doctors, vacation travelers, nurses, engineers, and well-known equestrian trainers as well as folks relocating to Aiken needing a short or long-term stay.

We are only 6.5 miles from Aiken Regional Hospital and 3 miles from downtown Aiken, 25 miles from Augusta, Georgia, 2 ½ hours from Charleston, SC, and 3 hours from Asheville, NC, and the Great Smoky Mountains.
We are MOVE IN READY and love both short and long-term stays and rent month to month.
