Beautiful and contemporary! This townhouse is located on a quiet, residential street and a quick two minute walk to downtown. Townhouse features spectacular Gorge views with floor to ceiling glass. It's architecturally designed with high quality and contemporary finishes throughout, including gourmet kitchen and nice bathrooms. The property sleeps 6: primary bedroom has king bed and private bath, the other bedroom has 2 twin beds, with bathroom across the hall. And the 3rd bedroom has a king size bed with a half bath on the same floor. The garage holds 2 vehicles plus bikes and sports gear. Private patio in the back perfect for BBQ and riverside porch balcony on the front to enjoy the view. Lic #395: Sorry No AMEX

One bathroom door didn’t close, and one shower didn’t have a shower curtain or a door which was odd, but otherwise it was great. Wonderful location. Great views

Property is perfectly situated for 100% pedestrian access to the entire town. The space inside is open and the views of the river and mountains are breathtaking. The property manager was accessible for questions and very accomodating.

Great place and location

We were in town for a wedding and loved our stay. The place was so well located, just above the main city to be quiet and offer great views but close enough to walk everywhere.

Great place! Just as advertised. Close walk to great restaurants, bars, and breweries. Awesome view from the back deck. Beds were comfortable and plenty of room for a group of 6.

Girl’s Weekend

You can’t beat this location, everything was perfectly clean, and beds are all comfy. Amy responded super quick when we had a question. Garage is big enough for two cars. Will definitely be back again!

Great location

Great location and view. The house could have used more 'welcoming' items like soap in the bathroom that isn't antibacterial or a hairdryer. Also big closet with only 2 hangers! Odd bedroom/bathroom configuration but could be way more welcoming with these simple items.

Prime location for access to downtown

A girls getaway in this condo was the perfect Autumn setting! We enjoyed the clear views of the Columbia River and the easy access to all the fabulous shops in downtown. Amy communicated quickly and efficiently. We had an excellent stay!

Perfect location for walking everywhere!

Myself and two friends stayed here over the weekend, and it was great. The house had everything we needed, beds were comfortable, and the patio overlooking the river was the perfect spot to enjoy a morning coffee. We were able to walk to all the shops, bars, and restaurants easily.

Nice place, convenient to downtown

Nice condo in Hood River, very close to downtown. Easy walk down to the hook and great views of the Columbia from the balcony. Place could have been a bit more clean, lots of ants and crumbs under the couch, but other than that good.

Fantastic Condo!

Fantastic stay in Hood River. Rented for our wedding weekend - condo is very spacious with phenominal views. Great open layout of kitchen living room area. Free street parking and 1 car garage. Clean, modern.

Views for days

This condo is the absolute perfect location for walking to enjoy Hood River. We went in for a golf tournament weekend with family and friends and enjoyed coffee on the patio and cooking dinner in the evenings and enjoying the sunset over the gorge. All the beds and bedding were extremely comfortable… Lots of couches for kids to crash on. And ample parking! Highly recommend.

Very nice condo. Convenient, and everything in the condo worked well. Pull-out bed in third bedroom was comfortable. Clean superficially. The couch was quite dusty and can use a deep clean, as well as under furniture.

Great location and views!

I hosted my friends from out of town at this beautiful VRBO. The views are spectacular and the location is very, very convenient to downtown. They each enjoyed their accommodations and the beautiful view. My three buddies who stayed there all are fit. It should be noted that there are lots of stairs in the unit. A tiny critique: There was no soap or washcloths in the bathrooms showers, which is unusual in our experience of a VRBO. The exterior light to the entrance was out.

The location is great, we loved the proximity to walk places and having a garage was so helpful. The property manager was kind enough to give us early access to the garage so we could put some belongings in early. The unit itself feels very worn and dated, the half bath upstairs had a toilet handle that was nearly falling off and would barely flush, all bathrooms were in poor shape with water streaked walls, missing tile, and a few lightbulbs out. For the price we paid and the amount of cleaning that was expected prior to checkout it was a little disappointing. I understand that the cost of rentals in this area is high but this didn’t feel justified. There were also no personal touches that an owner would have left because the whole area seems to be operated by rental companies.

Location , Location!

Pros: This townhome is really nice. The location is great. We took some walks into town (5 minutes) took the stairs in the neighborhood to get into local shops (great exercise) The kitchen and living room area have an open space feeling and the appliances are great! The rooms were great. We had 2 kids using the twin beds and they liked it. The other two bedrooms have king beds and the sofa in the living room is very comfortable. The garage is very large, which was great. The washer, detergent and dryer were nice to have available as well as a working -not noise dishwasher. I loved this home and will save it on my list of places to stay. it simply has an upscale feeling. Cons: There are 2 sets of wood floor-stairs so if you have small children and other adults it could be challenging (Slippery). It was not a challenge for us and our kids are 9-12 years old and there was a 80 years old as well.

Rating Details: The property manager was very unhelpful. The vacation rental was somewhat dirty. I was very happy with the location. I was very dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Great location! Wonderful floor plan!Bathroom doors are hard to open and shut and it needs a deep cleaning, deck, under beds, linens. I was expecting a much cleaner experience for the nightly cost.

Rating Details: The vacation rental was very dirty. I was very happy with the location. I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Home was not clean. Popcorn in primary bed, dirt, food on floor, spilled sticky spill in kitchen, outdoor areas very dirty, sour towels, closets with owners items thrown in, bedroom drawers had to be wiped out before use. Had to clean before staying. Would not return.
