Excellent Stay, Great Location

Had a wonderful one week stay at the property with my daughter. The property is located in the center of downtown Ann Arbor and easy access to downtown and had everything we needed. The property also provides a parking pass to a garage a few blocks away which was very convenient.

We had an amazing stay at this beautiful condo! It was spacious, clean, and we were provided with all of the amenities you could ask for. This is a fantastic location, right downtown Ann Arbor, steps from restaurants, coffee shops, nightlife, shops, and campus. Ryan was a great host. He provided all of the necessary information, and was a great communicator,I highly recommend this property to anyone looking for a stay in Ann Arbor. This is a beautiful condo in downtown Ann Arbor. Easy access with outside and interior door codes, wonderfully decorated and light-filled with large windows overlooking Main Street. It came with every amenity...plenty of outlets/charging codes, coffee/tea to start the morning, iron & ironing board, hair dryer and even a parking pass for a nearby lot. The area is filled with great restaurants and shops and you can walk to State Street, University of Michigan Central Campus & the Big House. I just wish I had more time to spend there.

Spacious, sun-filled, artfully-decorated apartment in the center of Ann Arbor. Ryan has stocked the apartment with every amenity, making our stay extremely comfortable. There are so many restaurants, coffee shops, and book stores, farmer markets, and grocery stores within walking distance that you wonā€™t want for anything. Highly recommend this apartment if you are visiting Ann Arbor!

Great location and cool place

This place was incredible. Perfect location to walk everywhere in Ann Arbor. Host was very accommodating and had coffee supplies ready for us and the thermostat set to our preferred temperature when we arrived. The home is incredibly cool and has an urban loft kind of feel with exposed brick. There is even an old school Nintendo! We had a great time and would love to stay here again.

Perfect base camp for an Ann Arbor weekend

The location and gorgeous apartment were ability perfect for a family vacation to see our UMich graduate. Incredible coffee, restaurants, and bars are right there, but still quiet enough to get a toddler to sleep. The host was so accommodating about our travel schedule, and such a joy to interact with. Location is AMAZING!!Right in the heart of the city. Great home in an excellent neighborhood

This is such a fun home for a family. Room for all and the loft beds offer a fun sense of adventure. The home is stocked with all the things you will need, including cozy blankets for snuggling on the couch and extra supplies for what you might have forgotten in the bathroom.
