The house was very conveniently located. The rooms were clean. Everything we needed was provided ( soap, trash bags, toilet paper, etc.). The beds were very comfortable. The best part was the host didn’t require us to clean the house before we checked out! We would definitely stay there again.

The pictures that are used to represent the condition of this home need to be updated. Many items (appliance handles, shower handles, chairs, oven door handle, refrigerator handle, dresser drawers) are broken and are in need of repair and appear to have been in this state for some time. Owner was contacted.

Fit us just right

This clean little spot was a great fit for our family of 5, and I loved having an attached private garage. Despite being close to the airport, it was surprisingly quiet.

Perfect spot close to airport

Very easy drive from airport. Quick drive into San Francisco. The Mexican restaurant near by was very tasty. The house was very accommodating and comfortable. Communication with the property owner was easy and responses were quick.

Spacious enough for a family of 5 with 3 teenage boys. Amenities were accurate and great!

Good location

When we arrived our garage and door codes did not work. Fortunately the host replied to our message pretty quickly and that was resolved. The house is in a good location. Garage was a bit tight for our car. Kitchen was nice. Shower pressure was pretty low.

Tdlr: Not clean, old pictures on listing dont show everythingThis property has seen better days. Its probably been years since it had been renovated and the wear/tear with lack of proper maintenance shows. Living room seemed ok but with a very worn couch. The bathroom had a dirty bathmat that looked like it was never picked up and the shower curtain liners were disgusting. All the towels had a mildewy smell. The toilet seat was too small for the bowl but the host when we could reach him just said it needed adjustments. Why would guests want to deal with that? We even saw a roach crawl up the toilet.The bedroom walls had weird stains.When we visited SF it was actually very warm but the unit doesnt have AC. The central fan triggered our allergies due to dust. And theres only one other old and yellowed fan given.In general it was hard to reach the host and after describing the bathroom situation we did not hear back at all.

Just what was needed

My mom and I were traveling to the San Francisco area to visit family. My mom can't do stairs easily so this was the perfect little place. All the basic amenities were there with the real bonus being the garage space. I could tell street parking would have been difficult. Only issue was not being able to get the garage door code/opener to work the entire time. Contacted the property manager and he said he would check it but I never heard anything back the rest of our stay regarding this. I tried everyday (not sure if it was user error or not) and since it would not work, I had to go back through the house to close the garage every time we left. A minor inconvenience. Property manager came to our rescue however, when our flights were cancelled and we had to stay another night. The place itself is comfortable with nice beds and bedding, newer kitchen appliances and flooring. Very little pressure in the shower so beware, it might take awhile to get the soap out of your long hair like mine :) Would stay here again!

Newly renovated seems a stretch. Seems dated and needed some touchups and repairs. We started off with no hot water on our first day. It took some complaining but eventually was fixed. If you dont expect it to be like the pictures of the property showed and can live with some airplane noises, you should be fine

Good stay

Everything was clean. Towels were in the closets in the bedrooms. We had an SUV and it fit perfectly in the garage. Only two complaints: there were no coffee filters and the dishwasher top drawer falls out every time you pull it out. Would definitely use them again if I ever come back.

Clean and cozy

Great duplex for a short stay near SF. We were able to relax and adventure around the bay area. A quick drive to the beach. Lots of food choices nearby. There is a little bit of road noise and sounds of the nearby airport. All in all its a good value compared to hotels.

Amazing Location

As the header states, Darren's location is the perfect location for travelers of all kinds. You are literally a few mins from the airport 15 mins from Golden Gate and walking distance from all the good eateries. And the best part unit has its own parking garage with full laundry. So, honestly couldn't have asked for a better location it was a 5 start for us. I would stay here again if I am in town for vacation and/ or work. Darren was very accommodating. Our original flight got canceled and we had to catch an earlier flight because of that we landed way earlier than expected. I explained the situation to Darren and he said no worries now that's an excellent service. Thanks, Bud for an amazing stay and for being so accommodating during check-in and out

Great Central Bay Area Location

Great property in ideal location for access to all parts of the Bay Area. The family and I stayed in this location and it proved ideal for our four person family. We previously lived in the Bay Area and this location gave us easy access to visit the South, East, and North Bay Area friends and family. The property was clean and easily accessible and had the right amenities for our needs (especially the parking) Would definitely stay here again the next time we visit the Bay Area.

Great place

We were so happy to have the garage to park in and not have to hunt for street parking. The location was very convenient since we had to pick my brother up from the airport. We were afraid we would be to far from our daughter in Daly City or all the stuff in San Francisco but it turned out to be perfect!
