Family getaway in beautiful Ellicottville!

Our condo is on the ground level in the Wildflower complex that is located across the street from Holiday Valley ski resort. New flooring was installed in the summer of 2023 on the first floor and the whole unit was painted in 2022. Amenities include all kitchen necessities, single cup coffee maker, all bedding, towels, hair dryer, washer and dryer, two TVs, free wi-fi, and easy, key-less entry. We also have a gas fire place, air conditioning for the warm months and a patio that has a view of the ski slopes. Excellent set up for a family with one queen bed, a queen pull out sofa, and a full size bed. We are walking distance to town and all of the excellent restaurants and shops there. For the skiers, Holiday Valley runs a shuttle to take you from our building right to the ski slopes.
