COTE JARDIN is a beautiful modern and tastefully decorated 1 bedroom apartment ideally located in the heart of the Carré d'Or.



This housing is tastefully decorated in warm tones and touches of bright color. Its parquet floor adds to the rooms a cozy appearance that makes you feel at home immediately. In addition, the rooms are bright and the garden view is very nice.



You will be seduced by the modern and design decoration of this apartment as well as its ideal location. In addition, you can only appreciate its calm, the apartment overlooking the private garden of the Anglican Church "Holy Trinity Church".



The apartment is located on the 2nd floor with elevator and is totally air conditioned. It also has a free wifi internet connection.



You will be ideally located in the heart of the Carré d'Or. You will find nearby a large number of shops and various businesses. In addition, you will be only a few meters from the pedestrian street and the Promenade des Anglais. A few minutes walk, you will reach Jean Médecin and its shops, Place Masséna and the Old Town of Nice with its typical shops and its market of flowers on Cours Saleya.



A few meters from the apartment, you can find a bus stop, allowing you to move throughout Nice without incident. In addition, by joining the tramway a few minutes, you can reach the train station in just 2minutes, very convenient to visit the surrounding cities.



COTE JARDIN is arranged as follows:



LIVING ROOM :

Beautiful living room with a beautiful leather sofa, flat screen TV with access to international channels and board games. It has views of the garden and is therefore quiet.



KITCHEN:

Very modern American kitchen with a large fridge, kettle, coffee maker, toaster, microwave, oven and dishwasher. The dining table can accommodate up to 4 people.



BEDROOM :

The room, completely quiet, has a Queen size bed with a thick mattress of 25cm thick, a storage cabinet with safe.

You will also find a board and an iron.



BATHROOM :

The modern bathroom has a shower, toilet and is equipped with a washing machine and a hairdryer.

Another excellent stay

This was the second time staying at this property and it did not disappoint. The location is excellent and close to both the airport and the central parts of the city.

Great Property, Even Better Location

My wife and I thoroughly enjoyed every aspect of the place, the ad was accurate, and the space itself was great. The best part was the location, as it was 2 blocks from the beach and about 10-15 minutes to the heart of old town and the main train station. I would for sure recommend this place to anyone else looking to stay in Nice.

The apartment is in the best location, easy to walk and access what you need, shopping, dining, beach even easy to commute to airport. The apartment is very clean and have what you need for you stay, coffee machine, dishwasher, washer, fridge,…even the beach umbrella. We were so happy with our stay and will choose it for our future vacation in Nice.

Overall the stay was fine, but being expected to use one towel over an 8 day stay is ridiculous and unhygienic. It’s unacceptable that a stay that long is required to pay for towels.

Très bien situé au calme

Le lieu calme, proche de toutes commodités, proche de la gare accessible à pied, bref endroit très bien situé pour visiter Nice et ses environs sans véhicule. Les ustensiles de cuisine et le micro onde n'étaient pas très propres, le rideau de douche était crasseux (bon à changer), la literie et les draps sont de qualité moyenne.

Great location right near main pedestrian street in Nice. Apartment very well equipped and nicely decorated. Loved the quiet overlooking church garden. Bathroom really nice lovely shower. Kitchen fully equipped. Good elevator. Quality feel everywhere. A/C and heat works well. For this quality of apartment we thought better towels might be in order. The ones provided quite small. But a very small point in a great place. We will return.

Perfect for two

Great location, short walk from the tram stop that connects to the airport. Tastefully decorated, everything was provided for a comfortable stay. The bed was comfortable and the apartment was clean with a pleasant view of the Church yard. The apartment is a short stroll to the seaside and local restaurants & shop. We would stay here again.

Ideally located, spacious apartment in the heart of Nice

This bright, spacious 1 bedroom apartment has two large windows that overlook the gardens of the church next door. As a result, it's very quiet at night and bright yet peaceful during the day. There is a fully-equipped kitchen, living area, full bathroom with enclosed shower (rain shower head as well as hand shower) and separate bedroom. We were there during a heat wave, but the split-unit air conditioner kept the place cool and was quiet. You'd think from this description that it's a bit out of the way, but au contraire, the location is fantastic! The apartment is located just steps from the start of the Rue de France pedestrian street, you have restaurants, shops, ice cream parlours, grocery stores and pharmacies just minutes away by foot. Promenade des Anglais is about a 3 minute walk away, and the beach perhaps 5 min away (depends how long you wait for the light to cross Promenade des Anglais). The train station is about a 12 walk in the other direction. We would be happy to stay there again next time we're in Nice.
