The 130m² apartment is located on the first floor of a nineteenth century villa, completely restored. It has an independent entrance and is composed of: large frescoed hall with sofa, TV and Wi-Fi; a large kitchen / living room with dishwasher, cooker, oven, fridge, fully equipped with pots, pans, dishes, cups and cutlery. It has three large and comfortable bedrooms: the yellow room with two windows overlooking the woods, extra-large double bed and extra bed and / or cradle, with adjacent bathroom complete with sink, bidet, shower and hair dryer; the blue room with double bed and an adjacent small bedroom / study , private bathroom with sink, bidet, shower and hair dryer and the pink room with double bed and private bathroom with sink, bidet, shower and hair dryer. All rooms are equipped with blades ceiling fan and decorated with original furniture completely restored. Total number of guests: 2 to 9.

From the apartment, you can reach the garden through a wide frescoed staircase. The garden is at guests’ full disposal and is shared with the owners who live, on summer, on the ground floor in a totally independent apartment but will be happy to meet the needs of the guests.

The garden surrounds the house with a beautiful flower meadow. Going down to the lowest level guests have at their disposal a large park with old trees where they can spend time relaxing in the green and silence.

In the garden, guests can take advantage of the following services:
. “NEW 2021”. From June 2021 will be available WELLNESS ROOM with Jacuzzi heated hydromassage (five seats) , Jacuzzi Shower Box with steam bath. Pictures available from 20th of May 2021.
