Space includes the whole apartment, japanese-style garden, hammock, art deco pergola, and terrace with movie projector.

Fully private space everything is completely private to you and your group. The place is amazing. It has lots of light, a private garden and hammock to relax, read or take a siesta. All under a softly lit wooden pergola. Many environments in which to relax and sit back, including a terrace overlooking Guatemala City.

1) large living room with brand new queen-sized bed and large sofa,
2) lounge area with fully equipped kitchenette, breakfast den and vintage chairs,
3) medium living room with brand new queen-sized bed, couch and your cozy laptop desk.

Guest access

Art Deco Pergola. Enjoy a chill afternoon or mild night drink in our wooden pergola under soft light overlooking a japanese-style garden.

You'll have access to the entire apartment which is fully private.

Interaction with guests

I live next door in a neighboring apartment. And I work three blocks away, so anything you need I am always 5 minutes away.

I'm happy to show you around zona 4 and give you insider tips on where to go out and dine in Guatemala City and Antigua Guatemala. I'll also share cultural activities you might find interesting.

For the full tourist experience I'll introduce you to Julie (my cousin). She organizes personalized tours of all places Guatemala. If you're looking to travel in Guatemala you will love this part of your stay with us.

Other things to note

Fiber-to-the-Home WiFi Internet connection at 90Mbps. Works perfectly in all areas of the apartment including garden and terrace.

Private parking at additional charge.

Airport Pick up at no extra charge. Our private driver is very punctual, he will pick you up and drop you off in time (so far we have 100% on time success rate).

Please also note that our housekeeper will be on vacation from December 22nd, 2018 until January 3rd, 2019. During this time we are not able to offer daily cleaning and laundry service.
