Great views and pool!

My wife and I had a great time during our 1week stay. The apartment fit our needs perfectly, fun decor, a lot of walkable restaurants, and Bayside. Parking was an adventure every night and,of course,by the last night we had that figured out. Having an additional key for the elevator would have been convenient, but overall... highly recommended!

Pretty Good for First Time Trying VRBO

We have been to Miami multiple times on vacation but this was the first time using any site like VRBO. So starting from the beginning.. When booking there isn’t a lot of information about checking in until you get closer to the trip. So when we booked we didn’t know that we aren’t supposed to mention that the penthouse is with VRBO/Airbnb. That was a red flag because we were traveling from out of state and didn’t have any back up reservations for lodging. When you “check in” you really are just telling the receptionist which room your going to, but they won’t let you in without verbal confirmation from the person on the lease, so we had to rely on the owner answering the phone so we could gain access to the elevator, and he didn’t answer the first couple of times we called because he said his phone was broken. Once we got into the room we noticed that the pictures are pretty accurate to what you are getting, although the furniture was a lot more worn. And from the pictures I got the impression that there was a wrap around balcony but in reality it was very small. And with being on the top floor it felt very uncomfortable to be out there. The last issue we had was parking. There is valet but it’s $35 per day and very slow. There are self parking lots near the building but the area is not that safe with a lot of homeless people sleeping in the street and some lots actually cost more than the valet. Besides all of that, the actual stay itself was really nice. We enjoyed our time and it was super relaxing. If you do stay we recommend trying Fratelli Milano, it’s an Italian restaurant right down the street and the service is amazing! And their fresh made desserts are to die for!

Modern apartment in a hot neighborhood

Humberto was responsive to all our questions and provided some great recommendations. His place is very modern, clean, and spacious! The washer/dryer was a great perk for our 8 day trip. We had quick access to South Beach and Wynwood because of Downtown's proximity to those neighborhoods. The rooftop pool is gorgeous and makes you feel like you're at a posh Miami hotel. The people who live in the building are all young and friendly. We would definitely come back here next time we're in Miami!

Perfect Apartment with spectaculär pool on roof in Miami Downtown

This apartment is perfect located in Miami Downtown - close to Beaches and to all other places. The apartment is as penthouse with amazing view over Miami. It is complete furfurnished, super kitchen, bg TV, washing machine and tumbler,and more. All is exactly as the fotos on the page. Everything was in best function and there was nothing to complain!! Master Bedroom is real big and you have enough space in the different cabinets. The sleeping sofa is also big enough for additional two persons. The building is brand new. Next floor on the top is a perfect Gym with newest equipments and a fantasic lounge for relaxing or to work. Next floor is the roof pool , real big for swiming and spectacular overview over Miami as well Seaside. There was no crowding on the elevator - everything was smooth and relaxe. It is real best place which you can get to stay in Miami. Parking is only as Valet parking possible ! Mr. Hernandez was allways reachable for help or for support. We have had the best stay ever and when we will come back to Miami , we will stay in this apartment definitiv again !! Thanks Humberto for all !!!

A Good Penthouse

Overall, a good experience. We would stay again. With a few adjustments this location could easily earn a perfect rating. What went well: • Humberto was responsive to phone calls • Humberto will work to make your stay comfortable • Nicely designed apartment • Beautiful views at night • Comfortable bed and couch • Great in-unit amenities: in-unit laundry, good wifi, expansive cable tv options • Great building amenities: bellman cart, gym, steam & dry saunas, rooftop pool, lounge • Building amenities were easy to access and not too crowded • Quick walk to museums and arena on Biscayne Blvd • Easy walk to shopping in Bayside and Brickell • Direct access to the highway for driving to nearby sites/beaches • Fellow residents are young professionals What could have been better: • Better response time to text messages • Kitchen faucet was broken and without water for 4 days! • Top half of various electric outlets didn’t work. • Sliding glass door to the balcony didn’t lock • Key fob stopped working for a bit (this is the only way to access the building) • Some furniture (chairs, desk, shelving) were in poor condition • Some dishes and cups in the cabinet were dirty upon arrival • Kitchen needs more: utensils, baking sheet, basic sundries • In the living room you can hear the free weights used in the gym drop to the ground • The afternoon sun can make the place hot and tv hard to watch • Valet parking can take a long time. • This section of downtown can go from nice to sketchy in a few blocks • Fellow residents aren’t very personable with you/each other

Very nice experience

Great apartament perfect localization we really enjoyed everything! Building is good but very busy mainly on the elavators . Very nice young atmosphere . As an observation i would love if the apartament had more kitchen supplies because there was only one pair of fork and knife , and we wanted to bake a pizza in the oven and it didnt have a support . But overall everything was great thank you Humberto

O que faz essa propriedade ser única?

This brand new Luxury building is on the heart of Downtown Miami, with excellent 360 city view, walking distance to good restaurants, rooftops, and bayside miami. The incredible thing of this apartment is that because it is a Pent House the Gym is one floor up and the pool is two floors up!!! So you do not need to wait for elevator to enjoy this areas, plus the views are insane!!
