Located in between Little and Big Cottonwood Canyons in Cottonwood Heights, you have access to four World Class ski resorts; Solitude Ski Resort, Alta Ski Resort, Brighton Ski Resort and Snowbird Ski Resort. Utah is now a Michelin 3 star destination. This is based on the Ski resorts as well as 4 National Parks that Utah plays host to. Biking, and hiking are also world class and the views from the top of some of the trails are just breathtaking.

Porcupine Pub is just a short distance up the road and for fine dining La Caille is just down the road. Many other restaurants are nearby including the traditional fast food options should you be looking to eat and get some rest.

The home has been completely renovated and nothing was overlooked. This is the epitome of luxury. Quartz countertops provide a beautiful and clean look for your kitchen where brand new appliances complete the look of class and quality. All the beds are new top quality mattresses for comfort and that great night rest you need to tackle the next days adventure.

The master bedroom provides a King bed and plenty of closet space to really unpack and feel at home during your stay. Large flat screen provides the seclusion many look for after a long day with the family or friends.

Two additional bedrooms upstairs add sleeping for 6 more adults with one room private with a Queen bed while the third bedroom boasts two full beds and enough space for four adults.

The main living room is central to the home and allows for conversation from anywhere on the main floor.

A second fully-furnished living area in the basement provides ample space for entertaining. Choose to sit and watch a movie on the large flat screen or play a competitive game on the Xbox. The kids often find this an area of sanctuary and a bedroom with bunk beds and a full bath so they can stick together but not be too far away.

The spacious layout and accommodations makes this home the perfect choice for families or large groups of friends traveling together. Wireless internet, Xbox and a Blu-ray player along with a wet bar and quality furnishings throughout make this a real home away from home.

Amazing property and amazing location.

If youā€™re visiting SLC itā€™s tough to beat this property. The location is perfect. Feels like youā€™re 15 -20 minutes from everything. Airport, all the ski resorts, anything that we needed to do, this location is perfectly situated. The house itself is in a quiet neighborhood, and all the beds are comfortable. The decor is awesome. Plenty of space for lots of people. Grill on the porch came in clutch and was awesome to be able to relax in the hot tub. Owner is incredibly responsive and took care of any questions we had quickly.Would absolutely stay here again

NCAA Gymnastics

Four of us moms were coming to town for gymnastics and at the last minute decided to look for a house versus staying in a hotel. This was the perfect place and we had an amazing stay. David was great to work with and appreciate the last minute booking! Highly recommend!

Wonderful!

Came to ski Alta and Snowbird with my three adult boys. The condo was a perfect 15 minute drive up the pass. Communication with host was excellent and the house was clean and even better than the pictures. Large bedrooms and plenty of space. We didn't use it at all, but bonus TV/basement room was a nice surprise.

yearly ski trip to Utah

We have been traveling to Utah for a yearly ski trip to Snowbird for past 10 years- Great Condo and great Location to ski Snowbird/Alta and Solitude/Brighton. Condo was clean and well stocked, also really close to supermarket-Smith's, which is great. Look forward to booking here for next year.

Ideal ski vacation home base

Perfect spot for a large family or mixed families. Directly between big and little cottonwood canyons, so 4 ski areas within 20 miles. Large living room + basement media room/wet bar. Impressive storage and room sizes. Bathrooms are well done & plentiful.

Only issue was with the hot tub, it had a strong smell and when we researched it on line it said it was likely due to biofilm and that we should not use it. Otherwise an ideal property in an ideal location for our stay

Anne and I decided to walk away from our corporate jobs and focus on spending time outdoors and with our kids. We bought this property as the first of a plan to own 5-6 rental properties and manage them so that we can support ourselves and provide for our two girls as they grow up. It has been an experience renovating our first rental property. We definitely spent more than we planned but the end result is exactly what we hoped for. This property is stunning. We actually thought about moving into this and renting our home which is right around the corner.
We have fallen in love with the mountains and the beauty of Salt Lake. Living between two of the more popular canyons in Utah has been a blessing and we hope that people visiting and staying with us will get out and see some of that beauty as well. Hiking up to a lake or waterfall and seeing Moose and deer is just a dream and our goal is to continue to build and successfully rent out about 5 properties so that we can have a schedule that allows us to be with our kids more and get outdoors daily. Please check out our property and come and stay. You will find so many things to do here and so many beautiful places to see.

This property is just beautiful. It was completely renovated in 2019 and backs right up to a large park. The view is excellent, the location is perfect. It sits right between Big and Little Cottonwood Canyons and is within 20 minutes of Alta, Solitude, Snowbird and Brighton Resorts. There are literally hundreds of hiking trails within a few miles and of course the Utah culture that is so rich in Salt Lake. You are 20 minutes from downtown Salt Lake and the airport. The property has many amenities and is a relaxing place to stay while you visit this great state.
