The living area features comfortable furnishings and a beautiful river-rock gas fireplace. The large flat-screen TV is perfect for catching your favorite show or watching the game as you relax after a long day of skiing Breckenridge Ski Resortā€™s world class terrain or shopping on historic Main Street. The kitchen is just off the living area and has everything you need to whip up a culinary masterpiece for the whole gang. Thereā€™s plenty of room for everyone at the dining room table, which seat up to 9. And of course, the private hot tub is also the perfect place to rejuvenate after an action-packed day in the Rocky Mountains.

The home also boasts a private attached bathroom for every bedroom, a 1-car garage, and a private laundry area with a washer/dryer. Place is nice and roomy. Basically enjoyed everything. The only constructive criticism I have is that the hot tub could be cleaner. There was clumps of hair floating around in it.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We had a great experience, I was a little hesitant based on no recent past reviews but was pleasantly surprised with the rental. It was clean, great location close to main street- pretty much across from the Gondola. The porch had a nice outdoor dining table, hot tub, and 2 Adirondack chairs with a limited view of the mountains. The master bedroom was really large which was nice b/c kinda served as a 2nd living room. We requested fans for each room and they delivered them right away. Lots of extra blankets and they stocked more TP, paper towels, soap etc then other rentals typically do. If I could make one suggestion it would to have room darkening shades in the bedrooms.

Great property, but one thing prevents 5 stars

The property is awesome, it's very well appointed, fantastic location very close to Main St, and impeccably clean. However one thing lets it down: the window treatments in the bedrooms, they are wholly insufficient and let in light from dawn to dusk. Probably not an issue in the winter, but in May we were bombarded with light from 5am onwards.If that issue was fixed it'd be a 5 star for sure.

Bachelorette Weekend!

The location was right off Main Street making it very accessible to all stores and resturants. It was very clean and enough space for my friends and I. The hot tub was great after walking around town all day.

Location, location, location

Steps from Main Street and a short walk to the Gondola make this place perfect for your ski trip. Hot tub on the front deck looks straight up at the mountain. Nice kitchen. Parking for two cars ā€” one in the garage, one on the driveway.

Lovely spot for a girls weekend!

This house was perfect for our group of 8 women! The location was lovely, the kitchen was well-stocked for us to cook meals together, and the deck and hot tub were beautiful spots to relax. The rental contacts were quick to reply and very helpful. We would absolutely stay here again!

Excellent Place to Stay

So close to downtown it was walkable to all shops and restaurants. Grocery store was right around the corner. House was great layout, great views, clean, and so easy to get into. Hot tub was warm, clean, and perfect way to end the days after long hikes. Property manager was super responsive and helpful.

Perfect location , needs TLC

I usually dont mention exterior condition but property suffered from excessive deferred maintenance. Inside, property was suffering from overdue updates, hair clogged sims and drains , we had to clean both in master on first night at 11pm due to clogs. Tile grout all needs serious refresh to clean and garage was filthy which tracked heavy dirt into the home. On the good side property had a beautiful deck, great location to main st., property managers were responsive and location was close to grocery store and nice restaurants. Be aware that it is adjacent to a very active Fire station/EMT which ran in and out 24 hrs a day. Morning comes early as upper windows had nothing to block morning rays.

Family vacay in Breck

This house was perfect for the 6 of us! It was clean and had plenty of room for everyone. We all enjoyed being able to walk to Main St. for food and activities.

Rating Details: The property manager was very unhelpful. The vacation rental was clean. I was happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: I would be careful about using this company and their properties. We stayed at a townhouse in Breckenridge that was filled with faulty smoke detectors. At 2:00 AM they all started going off, which required the local fire department to make a visit. The alarms were unable to be turned off for quite some time due to them being faulty, and led to all of us having a sleepless night. I was told management would call me to discuss the situation multiple times, however they have never reached out or offered any kind of refund or apology.Kind of scary knowing the house was not properly equipped with the right safety equipment and disappointing their lack of communication from management after the fact.
